Best pizza I've ever had Lovely place,great service

I had my husband’s birthday party at the Stable and it was a great venue. From the moment I contacted them to the day of the party they gave me the best customer service. Super accommodated in my requests and always open to help. The venue is perfect for a private party in the top floor with plenty space for dancing and enough place for people to hanging around. With a private bar for the guests I couldn’t ask for a better set up. The food was great and everyone was happy with the pizzas, salads and nibbles. Special mention to the manager Callum, assistant manger Renato and our host of the night Amelia serving the drinks and making sure we were fine until the end. For anyone looking for a great venue, location, food and service for a party this is a perfect place

Food was good, nothing amazing. Service was dire. Food was best part of an hour, others waited longer. If they can't handle functions, they shouldn't book them in.

One of my favourite restaurants. They are a "stable" restaurant. Guaranteed goodness!

It's the best place in Bournemouth to hang out with friends, good food, great drinks and the entire staff are super friendly and welcoming, I feel like I'm at home there. Everyone will find their place for them self - I heartily recommend ❤️

Excellent place to get a good pizza. They have a great selection of pizza and tremendous ability to customize to your preferences. The garlic bread appetizer was outstanding. Services and excellent. Strongly recommend. Five star.

Recently had a bottomless brunch here and it was very disappointing. The food was great but the staff were militant with their drinks and didn’t seem to want to give you any! They were checking our glasses to make sure we had drunk at least half of the drink and refused us a couple of times. If you want a fun brunch this isn’t the place for you! Very disappointing 2/10

Used the app to order before we had to go for a show so time was key. All the tables that ordered with the waiter/at the bar came out before ours. The waiters never even asked if we were OK or if we needed anything as the table had nothing on it. As per the photo. It wasn't until we went to the bar to see where our food was that they started to sort the food and drinks out. Most upset about the waiters not checking on us and us doing the chasing.

Great vegan pizzas! Could do with a few more options though as there's only 2 and then 2 veggie ones which you can ask for the cheese to be swapped. Nice vibes

Lovely pizza....Went for an evening meal at this well-located restaurant overlooking the lower gardens. We booked in advance but found the main door unmanned upon arrival. A welcome sign directed us to take a table and order at the bar or table via the app, but the app wasn't working. We ended up ordering at the bar. The interior boasts a rustic wood style with casual benches and tables. The restaurant specializes in pizzas, which are expertly fired and cooked to perfection. We enjoyed the sausage, chorizo, sizzler, and goat pizzas with sides. Other main courses are also available. While the service was a bit slow, we didn't even bother with extra drinks or dessert due to the wait.

Still drooling over this pizza. It was so so good. Definitely recommend this place. Service was quick and food delicious 🤤

Not sure what has happened to this place but the staff are a bit slow and the food wasn't cooked properly, and service is shocking..will never grace this establishments presence, especially at 7 quid a pint

Able to accommodate a walk in ok, food was really good but service was a little slow but really good when it came, it was busy but not full.

Stunning deck area and staff are amazing!

I visited this restaurant as a walk in. They were able to provide me with an indoor table at my request (I needed a break from the sun). Very tasty Sandwich was well presented with my beautifully cold glass of Pinot Grigio - I would not hesitate to go back.

Delicious pizza and exciting options. If you're a fan of ciders they have an interesting and unique selection of those too! Though a little pricey, very delicious for a treat.

One of perhaps three places for pizza in Bournemouth. Genuine good quality traditional dough with some quirky untraditional toppings, that just work. The cider selection is great and pairs perfectly. My only gripe is that the music can be too loud, off-putting and unfitting to the place, but I'm not eating the music, so this only goes so far. Edit: The last visit we discovered the prices had been bumped up and, on the day we went, the quality of the pizza had reduced (reduced in size and topping quantity). A real shame that it seems Stable is heading the same way as so many other restaurants do, that start out on the right track.

Great pizza patio and atmosphere! The greek pizza was really tasty and the cider is really good.

Tuesday evening - great value, £10 for a pizza, side salad and half a pint of your choice.

Attended a party on 1st floor and everything was spot on. Staff were great and the food was superb. Also great location. Would definitely re-visit

It's disgusting, it's vile, it's the worst thing I've ever tasted. Few friends went, all got different things - they do a standard cider tasting, I got that. One smelt like cheesy feet. My other friend got a cider which was warm, and it tasted like apple cider vinegar. £7 for apple cider vinegar. I can get a bottle that tastes just like it from Aldi or Lidl and sit and swig that if I want to be poisoned. Never go here - avoid at all costs.

Unable to make a reliable statement about the atmosphere as I went when it was quiet but the ability to watch the Pizzas being cooked was a nice touch. Food was great and cocktails were perfect - I'd recommend their espresso martini. Service was friendly and fast.

The pizza was good, atmosphere of the place was really good but the service was poor, the service guy literally just threw the pizza at us leaving us without any tissues or sauces , we looked for people around but nobody attended the table.

Waited nearly 40 minutes for 2 pizzas to arrive, we had a show booked and arrived late! Pizzas delicious. Service and help from staff terrible! Lovely being ignored!

We literally stumbled on this place, but what a find. A superb selection of ciders, and the pizza is one of the best I have eaten.

Shout out for the excellent service received by Abbie behind the bar. Great recommendations on cider! Me and a group had drinks and a few different pizzas. They where all excellent, when I revisit Bournemouth I will definitely come back for more.

Food was lovely. Just the rest was disappointing for the price. Self service style dinning with QR ordering is a very negative way to start a meal and I would urge any business to cut it out. In the end had to wait at the bar for service. Waited 45 mins for 4 pizzas at a quiet point in the day. For the price you expect a better service than that. So much potential to nail it here with quality management.

We had our wedding reception in the upper floor of the stable and it was fab! We were given the freedom to decorate and use the space how we wanted and we had our own team of staff ensuring everything went smoothly. There is a minimum spend to cover to use the space but it stretched to enough food for all of our guests with some leftovers and an open bar all night! Excellent food, very happy guests and a perfect alternative wedding venue.

Decided to go in on date day as my husband enjoys a cider. We ordered the cider tasting board, a pint , pizza & garlic bread. Ordering was easy via the QR code. Food was lovely and my husband enjoyed the cider. Friendly staff , would certainly go back 🍕

Coeliacs beware. The Stable will charge you for having a food allergy. I was never charged when I used to visit The Stable in Southampton, however I noticed a charge for being a coeliac when I visited the Bournemouth branch.

If you like cider, you'll like the Stable. Knowledgeable, friendly bar staff, cider on tap which you can try before you buy and the pizzas were great. Would definitely visit again if in Bournemouth. Only put 4 stars for atmosphere as it was a little early when we were there so didn't get a feel for what it might be like in full swing.

One of the best pizzas I had in Bournemouth was definitely here. They make decent sourdough pizzas, and I loved their Hawaiian one. You should definitely try their classic cocktails as well. Service staff was extremely polite and fast. It is a very stylish place and deserves all the hype it gets.

The food deserves five stars, it was very good. Good pizza and very tasty. The rest, unfortunately is not getting to the same level. First, the place feels like a regular, even average pub around the corner. It is a shame, could be much better. The toilets were really bad, they were deep cleaned probably months ago. Overall, the place wasn't clean at all. The service and paying system, way under expectation. Nothing to give you the feeling of a restaurant in the centre of Bournemouth. Ordering on your mobile, paying and then waiting without any confirmation from the staff? It's like a delivery order or take away but you decide to take a seat, for a while. Service in hospitality industry is something way different, not this. Not at the end, the music was too loud for 2pm. And because of this, people were almost shouting. If you want to have a pizza or pasta in a restaurant than choose a restaurant. For just a pizza the place is ok if you can get over the flaws. Sorry, just three stars.

Food was good, but Caitin, Team Leader was so rude to us when we asked for cutlery to eat our meals. She held a wooden pot saying, "I've only got 4 sets" I replied, "Well, we're 8 people, how's that going to work?" She shouted at me saying, "I haven't got any more" threw the cutery pot onto the table, She continued to shout, "I've only got 4 and it isn't my fault. I've never been spoked to like that before - it was awful and spoilt an otherwise lovely Hen outing. Shocking!

My girlfriend and I had the bottomless brunch at the stable in Bournemouth today. The service from katlyn was incredible and the food and drinks were very very good as well!!! Would recommend

Excellent service, excellent food , very pleased. Just a bit cold the environment.

I met a friend who I'd not seen for 17 years. We both ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, shared some naked tots. He had a cider flight and really enjoyed that. The food was ok. Staff were friendly but no table service for anything. The venue was pretty much dead but it was clean, had candles burning on each table and was nice.

Won’t say disappointing but wouldn’t come back. ‘Slice of Bournemouth’ pizza looked a bit sorry. Decent portions and pretty good prices.

Pleasant friendly place. They made space for us, I think its recommended to pre book, and they surf the best pizza, especially the one topped with caramelised onion paste. Second visit , looking forward to my third. Well done.

Lovely pizzas , cozy restaurant, friendly quick staff, what more can you want . The kids loved it, the festive pizza was yummy, quick order on Scan code but the staff still very efficient when we arrived to clearing the table and checking on us , full marks .

A busy Thursday night.. 14th of Dec..Poorly thrown together pizza... looked like a target.. bread outer circle with a red ring of passata/base sauce and cheese only in the middle..skimped on the toppings too..quite a let down really for the Xmas works do..!

Ok, I rarely do this but getting a little fed up with poor attitudes. Ordered two pizzas with garlic bread as a starter. 30 mins later pizzas came with no garlic bread. Mistakes happen but its how you deal with them that really matters. So, told the waiter we were expecting garlic bread, didn’t apologize and whipped off the two pizzas. Asked what happened and he just said the pizza came out first and off he went. Garlic Bread arrived 10 mins later, no sorry about that. I’m writing this 60 mins after placing our order and still waiting for the pizzas to come back, or hopefully made fresh. It’s the managers/owners that set the culture and standards so don’t really blame him but they really need to set their expectations of what to expect of their staff, our perhaps they don’t care? Btw the garlic bread was delicious.

Superb pizzas and great selection of ciders.

It was a very wet night so wanted a restaurant close to our hotel. Husband likes pizza, so we went here where they make Sourdough Pizza, I had the Hawaiian , with fresh pineapple, very nice it was too as was my husbands pepperoni one. My only reason for marking it down was that its not table service, you order at the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful, not many actual seats mainly benches. But the food was good.

Not food related I constantly receive phonecalls from this business. Usually trying to sell mobile phones etc but when I call them back they act dumb!

Can’t quite decide whether I prefer the cider or the pizza, but either way, this is a great place to get both! Their thin pizzas may well be the best in town and there’s a cider for every taste. Also great service, so an all around 5/5 experience.

Absolutely adore this place! The food was excellent, lovely service and great atmosphere. Definitely recommend the nachos which were divine. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we had a fabulous time.

I had a lovely green mac and cheese. It was very quiet and the lady behind the bar was very attentive, friendly and quick! What a lovely place to go on my own for a couple of gin and tonics and lunch. Would definitely go again. Lovely quiet seat out back in sun/shade with a smashing view over the park. In town but felt out if town!

We are regular visitors to this place :) A great spot for family friendly casual dining. Pizzas are yummy! Aubergine kernobi is my favourite - a great choice for vegetarians. (I note one of the reviews below and I also questioned the parmasan but was assured it was a veggie version) The staff are always super friendly - always welcoming us and our dogs with big smiles :) Our go to place for catch up sessions!

We came here as a family group and the atmosphere was nice and there was plenty of space, we saw people being turned away which seemed odd as the place was half full. There was a QR code to order and Payne but it took forever with no search function and you could make any requests such as gluten free or without an item. We finally placed our order and then had to go to the bar to make the specific request, then someone came to the table to ask for the extra £2 fir the gluten free pizza as the rest was paid for online. If you can only do half the job why have an electronic system?! The pizzas we ordered were fine and the drink range was good, the children’s Mac and cheese however, was just watery and didn’t taste of much. If you want a simple pizza and a pint it is fine, but I don’t think I would rush back.

This was probably the worst pizza (if you can call it "a pizza"...) I've ever had! And I've been a pizza lover all my life...I felt insulted when I opened the box for I had paid £12.50 for a pizza and all I got was a tiny, thin piece of bread that didn't even had the formof a pizza. Absolutely disgusting! Honestly I wouldn't pay £2 for it. PLEASEEEEE, DON'T CALL WHAT YOU MAKE "PIZZA"!!!!

My biggest gripe is your menu. I am a vegetarian, so, naturally variety benefits me massively. Parmesan appears on A LOT of your products listed, but you also note on your menu this is vegetarian?! Any reputable chef will know this is false. Perhaps research ingredients before incorrectly advertising things like this. My hope is coeliac's and others with specific allergens don't get caught short by your lack of understanding. I won't be dining at your establishment again.

Worst mac and cheese I have ever tasted. The pasta was overcooked and had zero flavour. The pizzas were good but the Boss Pepperoni had scarce toppings. Not worth the money unfortunately.

Dropped in here without a booking and we were lucky to get a table. Delicious pizzas and refreshing ciders on offer. Freshly cooked and absolutely delicious.

If you like cider and or pizza then you can't really go wrong here. I tried the tasting flight and they offer a rich variety to sample.
