Chris B was superb! He was amazing, met all our needs, lovely and friendly. Also looks like Louis Theroux, so made our night!

Booked a table for 2 just for drinks, usually love a Slug but this one wasnt for us, extremely noisy for 4pm in the afternoon, music was very loud, Christmas cocktails weren't the best either, Halloween ones were far better, lots of kids running around. Wont stop us going to others tho

Coeliac, had bottomless evening brunch. Emailing about gluten free food was not very helpful. I was quite anxious about what it would be like and whether if be able to eat. Once I arrived Libby made me totally comfortable. She was really knowledgeable about allergens and what I could safely eat off the menu. Some gluten free menu items are not listed, such as the gluten free cheeseburger. It was absolutely lush, we were so well looked after by Libby, with drinks flowing...what an absolute babe she was!

Our server was Libby and she made us feel very welcome and kept our drinks flowing. She has got amazing manners and so respectful, it was a pleasure to having her serve us on my gf birthday. Thank you Libby for ur great service x

Booked this on a whim with friends thinking it would be a budget friendly bruch with not overly high expectations....how wrong were we. Service was exceptional, big shout out to Chris B!!! Food was delicious and drink didn't stop flowing. Great atmosphere, great value...100% recommend!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt it was definitely necessary!! We came to the slug and lettuce bottomless brunch as a group of 3, and had the best time!! Chris B was our server and ensured drinks were kept flowing, orders were taken, and overall positive vibes!! I really appreciated his smiley character and made us 3 girls have the best time!! He always remembered our orders, and even when it was we busy made us aware when he would be back to take the order, a real credit to the team 🤩 Would recommend the bottomless brunch to anyone who is visiting Bournemouth, brilliant food, music and service!

Very nice experience, food and drinks. Only bad thing is they wanted to kick me out for wearing some regular black trousers/sweatpants. It’s a nice place but not “that”fancy, especially when I can see other people wearing hoodies and not so “formal” stuff. Overall good service, and amazed with Libby’s table service, always attentive and friendly.

Absolutely ridiculous, went out for my brothers 19th birthday and they ID us all let us all in then followed us and said his ID was fake and kicked him out!! His ID was not fake! Ruined his whole birthday experience!!

Went for a bottomless brunch with a group of 5 friends. It was a first time for 3 of us and we were impressed with the quality of the food. The best part of the evening was our lovely service we received from Charlotte, she is a credit to the team at the slug and lettuce.

Bottomless for a 30th , fabulous service. Speedy at refilling drinks ! Def got our moneys worth.

The food and the drinks were amazing but the most important thing when I visit a restaurant is the service and Dan was super helpful and kind.
