I am a regular of o'neill's however, tonight has been the worst for my friends and I. We have been treated like we were a criminal and we were aggressively pushed out by a security guard called "Ellie". It was because my two other friends and I were in a same toilet cubicle together because we did not want to hold up the queue. But sadly, when we came out of the toilet we werebeing pushed and shoved aggressively by the security guard called "Ellie". We tried to explain and she accused us of doing illegal substances in the cubicle which we didn't, she then proceeded to gaslight us and threw us out without any proper reason. We asked to see the manager and she said the manager would not see us and she said to me that "i was too drunk and i should go away". I had only come into o'neill's 10 minutes prior to this horrible, disgusting incident and I had no drinks. My friends and I were horrified by this incident and will not be coming back to this o'neill's ever again because of how we were treated. I believe that 1 star is too good for this place.

Polite and friendly , only a few bar staff knowing how to pull a Guinness properly, food was warm and filling nice atmosphere while watching the Celtic v Atalanta champions league match

Lovely food Staff like to clear tables quickly but that involved then reaching over people whilst they were still eating or better yet taking food whilst people were having a break from it . Great vibe especially when a football match / sports is on , good set up to allow room for more customers to enjoy a game

Staff was rude waited to get served for ages they kept skipping my turn serving people behind then gave me attitude, expensive drinks will not be coming back!

Was watching rugby there. Good vibe and stuff was friendly with sound request and putting the rugby on where we were sitting. Also had a dog with us sitting oustide.

To be an Irish bar your Guinness has to be a lot better than what I was served. Stick to the lager if you’re going here. Lovely beer garden.

Very friendly staff, Hannah and Morgan are amazing. Went in to watch the football and the atmosphere was really good and the food was very good quality.

Sheltered from a shower: pleasant pint served by a stylish barmaid.

Not sure what chefs work here but they must be inept because it takes them 5-6 working days to cook simple meals. When in reality, we all know it’s not from scratch. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.

This place is a great night out, large range of drinks, great vibe and lush live music. Charlie, the manager, is the life and soul of the party and her staff replicate that effortlessly. A great night for Saturday bevs and boogies x

Bouncers are extremely rude. We came in as a couple and were hoping to get a drink on the way home but they wouldn’t let us in although we are regulars and the whole place was empty. Never going back. Do not recommend.

A really nice pub! We came with a group from Germany. Everybody was happy. Nice atmosphere! The Fish & Chips were pretty good! The Tikka Masala was also really good! Nice stop to have a good beer and some good food. We were now 2 Times at this place and we dont regret it! The only thing: All the tables and everything sticks. Like no one is cleaning or so. And i mean everything! Tables, Bar, doors... But exept that - all is fine.

Was here for the football! Great atmosphere and felt really safe due to The family I was with. Hannah made my stay amazing as she went above and beyond helping me with the family due to how busy it was!
