Amazing food served by friendly staff. A limited but varied menu that would cover most tastes. We had an open steak sandwich and honey chicken ciabata sandwich, both served with fries. A++

Having seen reviews we booked in advance for the full english breakfast on a Saturday morning - a group of 10 guys. We were travelling from Manchester to Northumberland and pulled off the A1, We all loved the breakfast - everything was perfectly cooked. Possibly the best breakfast we have ever had. The service was excellent. Thank you very much - we will be back both as a group and indivually.

Sadly cannot comment on the food because it was closed. We were visiting Bedale from Darlington and decided we would visit the best rated on Trip Advisor. I checked opening hours and found they only opened 4 days a week Thursday-Sunday and only from 10-2.30pm, so we decided we'd go around 11am for brunch. It was Thursday but they were closed!!!

The food took ages to arrive, so long that they apologised and offered me a drink on the house. I got the last remaining table in the centre of what is a very small space. I noticed only one table had been served, everyone else was waiting. I could see the chef was working non-stop so I guess the problem is that they don't do enough pre-preparation. One table had a dog which I thought surprising for such a small space, particularly as there are tables outside which would surely be more appropriate. I was a bit concerned to see one of the waitresses petting the dog quite extensively. I don't know if she washed her hands immediately after, maybe so, but it's really not a good look. The food was OK but not as special as the menu suggested it would be. The chef came out from the kitchen to talk to the people with the dog and he too spent a long time petting the dog. Again, it's not a good look. The dog was off the lead and came under my table snuffling around my legs, something which I dislike intensely. I doubt I'll be back.

Was googling ‘ cafes in Northallerton’ and this place came up and was so keen to try it didn’t end up visiting Northallerton in the end! I had avocado, eggs and sundried tomatoes and halloumi- delicious . My husband had potato cakes with eggs. The coffee was also lovely so had another plus some lovely flapjack. The staff were also really lovely and friendly. We will be back thank you. Highly recommend this quirky place

Visited this lovely cafe after reading the reviews whilst visiting the area. Great relaxed atmosphere, friendly service and a menu with lots of choice, especially as a vegetarian who gets bored of the same offerings. The food was tasty and fresh. We will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes. Oh, and great tasting coffee too.

What an amazing find! We dined here with friends for lunch.A cute little bistro opposite Wensleydale Railway Station. The food was so tasty it melted in your mouth 😋 From succulent brisket with amazing gravy, which I could have taken home! Gorgeous salads with an array of selection. Great atmosphere with excellent service from the amazing crew. Will definitely return 😀

Just had a fabulous Greek meal for two. Prawn, feta and tomato/ cheese saganaki starters, then swordfish and chicken souvlaki mains. Wonderful.
