Food here is always on point. Service is very good, Sunil especially. Attention to the small things too (like heated plates and cutlery). 👌🏽

I usually don’t go out for food, mainly order take away. Either way these guys are always spot on with food, service and presentation. If you are even in west brom, make sure you check them out! Big shout out to Sunil for always looking after us

Been here a few times, and they smash it every time. Honestly their food is on top, their service is on top. No words to describe it. Staff is lovely especially the manager. (Sunil), and loads on lovely girls on floor. If you ever go, you must try the chilli cheese chips!!😄

This evening I visited The Soho Oak and had the pleasure of being served by Kai. Kai was extremely kind and delivered exceptional service during my . I had a few questions and he took his time when answering them, not to mention the knowledge he had! I was impressed. Kai was patient, well presented and is of value to the team. A true asset.

I had the pleasure of being served by Kai during my first visit to Soho Tavern, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in and went to the bar, Kai greeted me with a warm, friendly smile. Not only was he incredibly personable, but he also had a great understanding of the menu, offering excellent recommendations that perfectly suited my taste as a vegetarian. His attention to detail and excellent customer service made the experience standout. Whether it was his genuine approach or the way he ensured everything was just right, it was clear that Kai takes pride in his work. I'll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend anyone visiting Soho Tavern to ask for Kai!

Had a veg/vegan Grill at soho Tarvan West Brom. It was brilliant we always enjoy veg grills from manny pubs but this was the best one. Hence this review.. 100% recommended for v/ve people..

Went there for the birthday party with friends. I think this is a very good place to eat Indian cuisine have some grill and veg food there. And some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. That day kriti were looking for us. Thanks for good service and will be back again.

Banging Indian food, friendly staff nice vibe I usually go to Soho Cottage in langley My only suggestion would be to bring the soho chips (battered masala chips) over to tavern as they are the best chips in the uk!

Good place, but sometimes when you come with family, it can be a very, very loud environment, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, with big groups of lads who take up the bar. This isn't the restaurants fault, although they do have function rooms, which can cause the issue. The one up Henley in Arden is more couple and family orientated and will make that one my regular going forward. Food is always amazing in both

Soho was my first time and place was so beautiful and mesmerising i was so pleased with the service from the ashmita and bimala who were very helpful.

Absolutely outstanding. I have tried a few desi places and this is THE best. Jatty the manager looked after us and everything was spot on. The chilli cheese fries are delicious. The crispy wings are amazing. Honestly the bestest food I've had in ages. Food is delivered promptly and all staff are lovely. The carling dark fruits is a nice drink. The interior of the pub has been refreshed to a very high standard.

The place is good, and the staff are helpful and friendly. However, stay away from the chicken wraps. Partner sent one back because it was ice cold, staff members brought out another one for it to be luke warm. It's ashamed as it's a really good place.

I would like to give it 5 but, the food 🥘 is mediocre just like the other soho taverns. Unlike other soho’s the atmosphere was great, staff were brilliant, friendly and the service was great too. It was loud with football commentary on, music and everyone’s voices as expected in busy places. However, you can still have a chat on your table with out having to shout across 🗣️the table. I would pass it as family friendly place. Its got highchairs for the little ones and well spaced out too. Toilets were clean and the place in general was pretty tip top in cleanliness. Theres also lots of screens too with skysports etc to keep the socially awkward ones entertained 🤭 or to just go and watch the futy 🏟️ Theres a good wide selection of beers, ciders, 0% beers and almost all the spirits 🥃 from low to high end you could want in a pub. Plenty of bar staff too, so no long queues. Even during busy days the bar staff attend quick, leaving it down to them on how fast can they pull a pint or two 😅 Cheers 🍻 Please do consider booking in advance if going during busy periods. Lastly probably not a biggy for most but, they don’t accept AMEX payment. 💳🫷

Had a Christmas do with colleagues. Food is super spicy 🔥🔥 I had just a pork steak, was nice two peaces of pork, but still a bit spicy. Cocktail pinacolada was non alcohol, but I ordered alcohol one. Very loud and crowded place, and looks like people like it. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. But very spicy..

We came for lunch, placed our orders , people who walked in 20 mins after us were served their food before us...it took an hour before the food came out. Such a shame as good was lovely but wouldn't come here again purely based on service!

I think in soho oak its my 7th time there. We always love to go there with friends and family. They have been always nice to us from the very beginning. The food, service and atmosphere always on top 100/100. Big shout out to the all the staff members for great service.

10/10 food , best in Birmingham

Not great. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. First we ordered some tandoori chicken wings. We spotted a small hair on one of them. The butter chicken had no salt that we could taste. The masala chips were weird because some of them were cold but not all. And finally whilst in the toilets a waiter exited the cubicle and didn't even wash his hands!!

Travelled 2hours to celebrate my son’s 18th. Absolutely diabolical service. We had a booked table in advance for which we had put down a deposit. No table service had to keep going to bar to order. Staff walking around with blue latex gloves .. like an and e but no customer service what so ever! No one told us the wait for food was over an hour, the sitting is limited to 2.5 hours! Our guests left hungry, we left to travel home as my son was so upset- didn’t cut his birthday cake. The place is a not ft for a dining experience. After raising my voice after complaining multiple times we finally got food which was cold and soggy. Poor management, dishonest, overrated. Plus their glasses are dirty - most had lipstick marks on and we had to take drinks back to bar. Overall the worst dining exoeience. They need to maybe just do take always or Deliveroo cuz that food was coming out fast! What a farce and manager is arrogant would not accept responsibility and thought the lack of customer service and dishonesty was an acceptable way to run a restaurant ! I actually asked him do u think ur lack of customer service and dishonesty about the wait for food is acceptable … he said “yes I think this acceptable” had a very upset family driving home … but we hit Burger King… at least we managed to get some food!

Fantastic place. Fantastic food. Jatty the manager made us very welcome. Food is served piping hot and the chilli cheese fries are outstanding. Special mention to the crispy wings too. I've been to loads of desi places and this is the best. Could not fault it at all and it is lovely inside. Very welcoming for families.

We booked the larger function room for our wedding reception - nice intimate space for a few of our really close ones to share in fellowship and a good meal and we were blown away by the service given. From booking the room weeks in advance….to paying ahead of time for all the food…from the setting up of the room….to the up to date information the team gave us over the weeks leading up was outstanding. We had people meeting from different parts of the country and they ALL said they enjoyed their food and was pleasantly surprised at the larger portions they got. Most could not finish all their food but this did not stop them making the most of it - they packed it all up and took it home courtesy of the takeaway packaging provided by the restaurant. The food came out quickly and was very fresh and full of flavour despite we were 1 hour later than expected to arrive. All the staff that took care of us were great but I have to give a special shout out to “Sunil”, “Annol” & “Kriti”. They came with the dishes for individual people with everyone’s names based on who had ordered what, which made it really easy to point them to the correct person who needed to receive the food. They were really caring and nothing was too much effort for them. Ultimately they made the whole experience the best. My wife and I even went back a few days later because we was craving some more good food 😂😁 Couldn’t recommend this place enough, it is fantastic and thank you for making our special day even more memorable and special for us with outstanding service and food.

The food was cold, oily, tasteless and looks like stale. Driver called me and said he couldn't find my house, and my food was cold with missing item. The worst experience. Never order again. I have to eat cold food in this cold evening..

Visited today for my sons 21st, good always great, but my wife noticed one of server's using the Toliet did not take her gloves off and continued to exit and carry on serving... why? Some retraining needed...

Had an Absolutely fantastic time for my birthday! I was able to book one of the side rooms with the manager Sunil. He made me feel at ease and ensured all my needs and queries were met!! Food was AMAZING, staff were attentive, friendly and very polite. Even though there were over 30 of us food arrived promptly and was hot. My family and I are planning on returning very soon! Defo 10/101!!!!

Easily one of the best mixys around!! Food is spot on!! The crispy chicken wings are deffo a favourite. And the prawns on the mix grill so good!! The veg mixy is really nice too. Don't ask for your curries too hot if you can't handle the heat!!! Clean place lovely atmosphere. The private rooms are really lovely for small gatherings. Service 10/10 friendly staff and nothings too much trouble!!

Guess what..... This place is bang on! Food taste, atmosphere, large toilet cubicles hand-wash and clean table n chairs in dining area. Spacious overall. Some staff in training but are very willing and enthusiastic to learn. Friendly service. I reccomended anything tried, the prawns, goat, chicken and lamb keema, all the chips and mixed grill and garlic nans. I can't wait to go back!! Ps there was a group of us which was not a problem. No loud banging music either 🤣
