The Soho Oak in Sandwell

Food was cold when arrived. Over a 2 hour wait after the 30 min delivery time already. If you’re busy don’t take the order!

I want to start by giving a big kudos to all members of staff in this establishment they were all exceptional. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left service, ambience and most importantly food + drinks were brilliant! We had spent a long day in the city and we was hungry and not disappointed by the food and drinks! The Soho Mixed Grill is awesome as were the chilli chips + we loved the sauces on the table. I will defo be returning again thank you for a 10/10 experience. 31/07/2024 - Food is still Banging!

Decent service but the salad came so late after we finished the food, n the chicken was bit raw, atmosphere wasnt that great overall decent

An amazing discovery. Love this place. What makes it is the atmosphere: the people around you are happy, courteous and willing to engage. The food? It's West Brom, so it has to be good just to survive in this market. But the food here, it's better than that: it exceeds expectations, even in Best Brom.

It was a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and courteous, particularly Asmita and Sushma, whose hospitality was outstanding.

Saw this on YouTube and said we wanted to try it and we finally did tonight and what a meal it was fresh tasty and delicious we will definitely come back 10/10

Stopped here for lunch after a business meeting. The place is very nice and service is excellent. I had the small mixed grill, it was very generous and nicely cooked. Will definitely be back when in the area.

We went to the Soho Tavern in West Bromwich for the first time. The location is very modern and clean. The food is plentiful, especially the fish pakora are very tasty. The meat is fresh and well seasoned. It is highly recommended for a family evening.

Draft beer terrible. Missed grill ok, lamb chops and kebabs terrible. Curries ok. Customer service excellent.

Food was lovely and service was great.

Definitely not as good as the hockey branch. The chili chips are the highlight. The kebab was ok but the Mikey prawns are terrible. Never again. The service was good and the place is kept clean and the Guinness is good so gets 4 stars for that.

As always, the place is very clean. The service is very friendly and quick. The food speaks for itself, one of the best Indian mixed grills you will have in the Midlands area. The fish and kebabs are our favourite along with the chilli chips. A wide selection of drinks. It really doesn't get much better than this for desi grub.

Went last night and it was rammed! We were a group of 10 and they told us at least an hour wait. To be fair we got seated pretty quick considering the fact there was no space to stand 😂 Food was delicious and piping hot, everyone one jumped right in, I’m considering going tonight as well 😂😂 Thanks Sunil for sorting me the table out.

Came all the way from Leciester and it was worth the journey. I loved the food i will definetly be back again. Dee was really attentive to our needs aswell, she looked after us all evening.

Been here a few times, and they smash it every time. Honestly their food is on top, their service is on top. No words to describe it. Staff is lovely especially the manager. (Sunil), and loads on lovely girls on floor. If you ever go, you must try the chilli cheese chips!!😄

This evening I visited The Soho Oak and had the pleasure of being served by Kai. Kai was extremely kind and delivered exceptional service during my . I had a few questions and he took his time when answering them, not to mention the knowledge he had! I was impressed. Kai was patient, well presented and is of value to the team. A true asset.

From the moment I walked in and went to the bar, Kai greeted me with a warm, friendly smile. Not only was he incredibly personable, but he also had a great understanding of the menu, offering excellent recommendations that perfectly suited my taste as a vegetarian. His attention to detail and excellent customer service made the experience standout. Whether it was his genuine approach or the way he ensured everything was just right, it was clear that Kai takes pride in his work. Had a veg/vegan Grill at soho Tarvan West Brom. It was brilliant we always enjoy veg grills from manny pubs but this was the best one. Hence this review.. 100% recommended for v/ve people..

Good place, but sometimes when you come with family, it can be a very, very loud environment, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, with big groups of lads who take up the bar. This isn't the restaurants fault, although they do have function rooms, which can cause the issue. The one up Henley in Arden is more couple and family orientated and will make that one my regular going forward. Food is always amazing in both

Absolutely outstanding. I have tried a few desi places and this is THE best. Jatty the manager looked after us and everything was spot on. The chilli cheese fries are delicious. The crispy wings are amazing. Honestly the bestest food I've had in ages. Food is delivered promptly and all staff are lovely. The carling dark fruits is a nice drink. The interior of the pub has been refreshed to a very high standard.

"I ordered food but unfortunately, my order was incomplete. which was quite disappointing as I was really looking forward for my delivery. When I called they said they don’t have any delivery driver and if I can pick up myself. I will not use them again

The place is good, and the staff are helpful and friendly. However, stay away from the chicken wraps. Partner sent one back because it was ice cold, staff members brought out another one for it to be luke warm. It's ashamed as it's a really good place.
