Throughly enjoyed the food 😋. Wonderful flavours and delivered on time, nice and fresh and hot.

Had a lovely meal here with friends, never been before and I literally live round the corner, no one else in and it was 7pm, served promptly by a very friendly guy, food was delicious, place looked very clean. Once we left there was about another 6 tables taken up, so obviously gets busier as the night goes on, this was a Friday night by the way. Would I go again? Absolutely, oh! There us no licenced bar so take your own drinks etc 😉

Food is excellent Bangladeshi cuisine, at reasonable price point. There is no alcohol served so bring your own. Service was slower than I would have liked , but made up for by the taste.

Was told the order was ready, went to collect, had to sit and wait an extra half an hour. And then the rice was missing from the order.

Bland … all tastes exactly the same just red with no flavour .. lamb chop NOT EDIBLE… wouldn’t order again

Food from here is usually lovely but tonight unfortunately there was room for improvement even though they did try to rectify the mistake with our order & sadly its put us off using them again as once the mistake had been corrected the rest of the order was cold & as it was a cream based curry I didn't want to reheat

food arrived hot which was great. However, Chicken Tikka Masala had about 3 pieces of chicken in (no exaggerating) with the chicken Tikka starter having around only 4 small chunks in, the onion bhajis were bland, the Aloo was super salty, and the paneer rice wasn't seasoned anywhere near enough. the cheese Naans looked and tastes like they had plastic cheese slices folded into them. the only redeeming thing I ordered was the poppadoms. Wouldn't recommend going here again.

First and last time ordering from here. Chips were soggy, rice was stuck together in lumps, korma didn't taste anything like a korma, garlic and cheese Naan was horrible. Don't waste your money

Have been coming here for years. Lovely food! Disappointed on Saturday when I was charged £6.90 for 6 poppadoms and a bit of chutney. I did question this but had paid by card already before I realised.... otherwise I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else.

Food ok, Terrible service. Restaurant was nearly empty only 4 tables sat down including ours. Still had to wait nearly 40 mins for menus to be bought to table, which i actually had to ask for in the end. Rest of service quite slow and inattentive. Have visited several times before but will not return.

Excellent service and timeliness, with food quality that matches the standards set by Little Bangla (Langley), Banlga Cottage (Tipton), and Zara Spice (Tipton)... But with prices that beat them all. I have a strong feeling that Indulgence will soon be the 'go-to' Balti House of Black Country South. Excellent work, guys and gals - you never fail to impress.

Usually order from here but this time the curry had no flavour and all the breads were under cooked.

Ordered second time everything was fine and delicious. Only dissatisfied for that price only four small chicken pieces!!!!!!! and too many souse . its not enough for dinner . Just suggestion- to put Maybe 6-8 pieces chicken - and will be fine.

right i’m telling you right now that this is unacceptable. how can you create a chicken tikka without any chicken. i had ordered a chicken tikka and it was not chicken. also my curry (chicken dansak) was so so salty it was just salt. stop this madness

Fantastic food the best in the region by far. The taste is amazing and the chicken is whiter than white they use chicken breast. I’m a fussy eater especially with meat but indulgence is the place to go.

Nicest food I've had for a long time. I've been searching for a decent Indian/bangladeshi style restaurant for ages, after many fails this has saved the day! The lamb chops are delightful! Juicy and meaty. Cauliflower bhaji, tasty and cooked perfect. Chicken pathia, bang on, fried rice amazing. I will defo be returning!! Also food was Red HOT when delivered. 10 out of 10 for delivery driver.

Food was great the pathia was really but jelfrezi & was the best I’ve ever tasted missed a keema Nan off the delivery but a quick phone call 15mins later fresh keema Nan at the door excellent service

Fell over in the restaurant tried to say it was my fault inadequate flooring on the way to the toilet. Will be contacting the council as you have a hazard!!!! Will not be going again as no assistance and only gave £2 off the bill!!!!!! I would also like to add due to your neglect I have had to attend A&E today as I have chipped a bone in my wrist! Needless to say I will be reporting you to the council!

The order had missing items, called and said they would deliver straight away but never turned up.

They delivered on time but the food was terrible. The popadoms were stale, the balti sauce was watery, there was hardy any meat in the balti, the chips were soggy and cold as was the keema nan. Really really disappointed. Ended up chucking it and cooking ourself

Service good, but the food not so unfortunately, chicken was dry all dishes over sweetened with no distinctive taste of there own, could not recommend if you’re looking for authentic tasting Indian dishes.

Very disappointed how they treat their regular customers normally if a restaurant is late they call and inform their customers maybe they don’t need regular customers.

Well today , me and our family, 9 adults and 2 children , went for our Xmas lunch. The staff , were waiting for us, seated immediately, got our glasses for drinks , and took our orders. Starters, bought out, all lovely. Didnt rush us, even though it was busy. We all ate our food, enjoyed it , no waiting, but no rushing us to finish either. Thank you , for accomodating us, making us feel welcome, well done , all the staff.

The best Indian food around here by a country mile tasty fresh spices I have had 2 delivery's from here and far and away the best 2 takeaways I have had this year..excellent. Do not let your high standards drop.

Me and my partner enjoy a takeaway from here fortnightly and have not been let down yet. We've settled on this place as their curries and masala chips blow every other local takeaway out of the water, and their special naan is one of the best breads I've ever tasted. Food always arrives bang on time and driver very courteous. We will be dining i n for the first time shortly for our anniversary as the food is second to none and never lets you down. Out of around 50 curry houses tried in the West Midlands, Indulgence is certainly close to topping the list. .

Ordered a cheese and onion naan, cheese slices were used instead of normal cheese which is laughable. It was like eating a cheese burger. Curry was actually nice though. Will give it a miss next time.
