Reply to the answer from Slug and Lettuce below: I tried contacting you but could not get through to you. I had someone from the bar who could not help. It does not seem like you really want a resolution. Disappointed with the service I went with a friend today for cocktails and ordered the I Sea Blue as part of the two-for-one deal. Unfortunately, the bar was out of gummy sharks — a key part of the drink — but the staff went ahead and made and served the cocktails without checking with me first or offering any apology. I wasn’t served what I had ordered, and while I might have been okay with it had someone simply let me know and said sorry, the lack of communication and acknowledgment made me feel like I didn’t matter as a customer.

We were at a bottomless brunch for a leaving do. Josh communicated with our organiser so well to make sure all food and drinks orders were correct. Importantly, for a bottomless brunch he was amazing at taking drinks orders and delivering an excellent service. Great value for money and amazing service from Josh.

Josh our server today was SUPERB couldnt fault anything. He made sure our party had drinks regularly nothing was too much trouble for him. We were a party of approx 20 who all wanted different drinks and him and his staff swiftly sorted them out. He ensured everyone's food was as ordered and there were no issues.

Loved my time there! Went for a bottomless brunch and we were always topped up on drinks. Food was amazing as well! Would definitely come again.

Cocktails were nice . The only downside was that we couldn't order what we wanted on the menu cause they didn't have stock of the food. So we left.

We went for bottomless brunch, staff were friendly, good service but the food was poor/average, none of us enjoyed the prosecco. Cocktails were a better option but still not amazing. We ordered mac and cheese x3 for our table of 6 and it was really bad. Nice atmosphere and vibe overall.

From moment you walk in you are faced with a weird damp smell, then on closer inspection you realise that not sure the place has been cleaned. Outside is grotty, tables unclean, menus wet and stuck together, toilets that has clearly not been cleaned for days. I always worry if somewhere doesnt clean the floor, what's the kitchen or beer pipes like. Did the bottomless brunch, was ok, small splash of rum and a pint of syrup coke which is my pet hate. Sadly, would never go again.

I came here with my friend for my birthday and had really high hopes considering it was a Sabrina Carpenter themed night. First thing I noticed was that every bottomless brunch table had props and tattoo stickers on the tables, we didn’t. A guy came over and took our order for our first drinks which took 30 minutes to come out which ate into a quarter of our time at the brunch. A lovely lady called Rhea came and sorted our drinks, took our food orders and gave us shots that were part of the brunch theme, all of which should’ve been done within the first 15 minutes. A lot of the staff seemed like they weren’t really doing anything and were just strolling around ignoring tables. We noticed a few other tables complaining about how long it was taking for drinks/food to come out. We established the problem was that the guy taking our orders wasn’t processing them on the till so the bar staff didn’t make our drinks. We didn’t have the amount of drinks that you’re meant to have at a bottomless, I think we had 5 over 2 hours and you’re expected to have at least 8. I can’t thank Rhea enough though, she made our experience much better and if she wasn’t there I don’t even think we would’ve got more than 2 drinks. So overall really not impressed, i’d go back for food because that was good but not for the bottomless. It just seemed as though no one could keep up with the amount of tables so possibly limit the number of bookings more so that those that are paying for food and drinks actually get what they’ve paid for.

There was 6 of us, we did a bottomless brunch! Food was alright some plates were cold but still edible. We had a server at the start who then got pulled to a different station because people had called in sick. Owen then became our server and couldn’t have asked for any better - he always made sure we had a drink and we were always happy! Thankyou to Owen :)
