Liam was the best server we have ever had in lincoln ! He was amazing, would come back to slug and lettuce for liam if he was serving us. He is an asset to the company !!

Came here for an early Birthday celebration for the wife, with oldest Son and gf, we were looked after by a young lady named Grace, she couldn't have been more helpful, coming to the table every 10 to 15 minutes to make sure we had plenty of drinks. The food was also good, very lively atmosphere with lots of groups of people including hen parties out enjoying themselves. Really good value for money.

Came here for bottomless Brunch, for early Birthday celebration with the hubby, son n gf, Grace was the young lady looking after us. Nothing was too much trouble, and she came back every 10 minutes to check we had plenty of drinks, the food was good too. Great atmosphere, very busy, which you would expect on a Saturday night. Great value for the money. 😀

Great service and very conscious of allergies/Dietary requirements. Not much choice of food on the brunch menu on this occasion though.

Went for mothers day. Long waits. Food coming separately. Food below average. Some items just not served up. Hardly any explanation or apology, apart from when a manager eventually turned up to try and gain control. Most people in there had a similar experience it would appear. Bill was refunded but it was an arduous 2.5 hour process that we won't do again.

Went as a family of 6. Table booked for 12.30. Arrived at 12.20. Placed food & drink order at 12.35. Lattes arrived cold and had to send back for fresh ones, which arrived not much hotter. Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for food. Kept asking staff how long it would be and the response was always 5 more minutes. Then only 4 meals arrived. The fries were only just warm and the garden peas had been heated in a microwave. After asking again was told the other 2 meals would be ready shortly. Was told as the meals were ordered separately there would be a time delay even though we were all sat on the same table and ordered After each other. After being totally fed up of waiting for the other 2 meals we got a refund and left. It was freezing inside with the air conditioning. 2of us received a glass of alcohol free, however, we don't drink so would have been nice to have been asked what we wanted as a free drink. I should have taken the advice from the bar staff when he said I wouldn't eat food here! We won't be again!

We attended the bottomless brunch which was amazing again the server Mia was beyond brilliant before we finished our drinks she had another one ready to which was perfect as we weren’t waiting around and getting bored. Plus the mamma Mia event was very good both me and my girlfriend enjoyed it. We were given £5 of the bill as the food was not available which was understandable and I appreciated the call we got in advance so that we prepared for that before we came for drinks

The whole trip was absolutely amazing, phenomenal service from everyone but especially Nastya! She went above and beyond for my housemate and I. Her energy and enthusiasm is just infectious. I love her vigour, and her work ethic. 100000/10, would definitely come again

Went to bottomless brunch for my friend’s 22nd birthday and the staff were absolutely incredible… service was amazing and they were all so nice, especially Mia, she was iconic and really made the day brilliant :)

Went here for a quick lunch but turned into a 40 min wait for the meal, but it was very nice when it came, unfortunately we had to take one of the meals with us, but on the whole it was OK, would go back when not in a hurry.

We had a lovely time and Mia looked after us really well. Really impressed with the service!

Place nice. Food nice. Atmosphere was poor but it was a Monday evening in February. Background music a bit loud considering the numbers. Have been to Slug and Lettuce before and will go again. All places we passed were empty as well so not just this particular place.

Popped in for some food after spending a stupid amount of time finding a place to eat that accepts cash. Honestly my expectations weren't great, but we were super hungry at this point. Absolutely amazing food!! Great choice on the memo, didn't have to wait too long. Food was nicely presented, hot and very delicious!!
