The best falafel and service i seen for long time, High recommended.

The food was tasty and nutritious. However, the service was mediocre: the waitress didn't want to explain any of the formulas and when we asked she was laughing at us as if our question was inappropriate. A smile cost nothing by the way. We did like the food so we went to another franchise the next day.

I've never been a huge fan of Falafels, and they're not what I usually order at places, but my friend insisted I try this place. Omg I'm so glad I did! Soooooo good! And fresh, and cheap, perfect on the go healthy food 😋

Visited slug and lettuce at the Deansgate venue and was there for bottomless brunch. Service was fast, food was so nice I got the bacon cheeseburger. They are on it with the drinks and are always asking if you want more. You really do get your moneys worth. Morgan served us he was great 👍

A great cheap option for vegans in Manchester! The restaurant offers falafel wraps and a super complete falafel meal, with vegetables, beans, hummus and bread, so it's a good option for lunchtime. The place only offers takeaway and delivery, but there is a square nearby where it was very pleasant to eat the meal.

I go here a few times a year when I’m in Manchester. Went in today and I normally get the falafel wrap but had the falafel lunch box today. Absolutely fantastic.

I was here today, the manager I believe deserves a gold medal and if she’s not the manager she deserves to be. There was an issue with a delivery order and she calmly mentioned to the delivery person I need you to take the full order. Which they rudely ignored her and when her back was turned stole the order. She was quickly trying to serve people and be strong for her team and customers but no one should have to put up with this. No one stood up for her or helped her everyone looking at there phones. I didn’t catch your name but I hope your day got better! Thank you for your service, kindness and patience!

I came here for lunch and got a medium falafel wrap for £5.50 with everything on it. Never been here before and was up for some vegan food. Firstly, come here HUNGRY. I was barely able to finish this HUGE wrap and I didn't even have breakfast! You get the most delicious authentic falafels, probably the best falafel I have ever tasted. The wrap also has sliced pickles, pickled red cabbage, salad, fried potato chunks like mini chips, and topped with tahini and chilli dressings. The bread of the falafel wrap was thick and big like naan. The chilli was a bit hot for me, and the sauce was dripping out the wrapper and a bit messy so I would leave those sauces off if I came again. The shop also sells the most delicious looking "falafel lunchboxes" which are like a bento box with all different types of chickpea and bean salads, hummus, vine leaves, a bit of all types of salad and of course falafels in the middle - for £8. The taste was authentic middle eastern and fabulous. Customer service was great, I was queuing and about to leave (quite frankly because I saw the prices were more than I wanted for a weekday lunch when I can get a whole meal deal at tesco for £3.50) but the server thought I was in a rush and made me a super speedy wrap and I didnt want to be rude to tell him I had been looking to leave. The vibe here is cheap kebab shop. A bit grungy on the outside. I would not have come in here usually because I would worry about the hygeine looking on the outside. But it seemed ok. It's a takeaway so no seating space. The only thing I would say is the price is quite a lot for someone who wants to spend £5 or less on a normal. working weekday lunch like me (including drink) when lots of other places locally will do this as a meal deal for you. But I saw young people early 20s in non white collar jobs buying the £8 falafel lunch box so I assume people just find the food amazing and don't mind to pay. there are always people coming. Saying that, I might complain about the price but really it's great value for money for such a big tasty meal, especially if you split it into two meals since even the medium one I had is massive. The medium wrap is about twice the size as a subway with around four times as much filling. Would I recommend? Yes, if you want a filling, tasty, hot, HUGE vaguely healthy lunch. Would I come again? No because the food is too big and too expensive for me. IF they did a mini salad box (in fact I think there SHOULD be somehwere in central manchester that does a mini vegan salad box like a vegan deli - maybe a business idea for someone?! ) then I might think about it.

I love those wraps 😋 and I am not even a vegetarian 😆 the best falafel wraps I have tried, I go with all feelings and sauces - the best balance for me 😊

Yesterday my friend and I visited the restaurant for Bottomless Brunch. We were seated and were told that Morgan would be our server. However another server, Liam, told us to "forget about Morgan" and that he would be our server instead. Liam brought us a bottle of prosecco and was then nowhere to be seen for the first hour of our 2 hour Brunch slot! Morgan, on the other hand, checked in with us regularly asking whether we had been served, taking our orders and bringing us drinks. Morgan was also the only server taking orders and attending to tables in that particular section of the restaurant. If it hadn't been for Morgan's service, we would probably have only had 2 drinks during our allotted time. Morgan even brought us an extra drink out each to make up for the lack of service from Liam. When Liam returned to our table less than 1 hour before our time slot ended, I asked if we could order 2 drinks each to make up for his lack of service. He asked what we wanted and I said "could I have 2 mimosas please?" Liam proceeded to bring us one glass of orange juice so that my friend and I could make our own mimosas. We should not have been expected to make our own drinks! I am convinced we only saw more of Liam towards the end of our allotted time as he wanted to take our payment. Liam tried to take our payment but I specifically asked Morgan to take our payment and told Liam he would not be taking our payment. My friend and I left Morgan a tip to thank him for his excellent service. I was shocked to learn that Liam is a Team Leader, whilst Morgan is a part time member of staff. Delicious and a lot of food for your money

My go to place when I'm super hungry. Excellent falafel with varieties of salad. The carrot, orange and lime fresh juice is delicious 😋 although I'd be happier if they used actual lime and not lime syrup.

Bottomless brunch Absolutely fab. The food was lovely and the drinks were continuous. There were times where we even said we were ok come back in 10 mins. The servers were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend 10/10

We went for a few drinks with our little ones and both Georgia and Emily were fabulous! The drinks were great and they provided amazing service and were very attentive!

Order was 2 hours late! Drink was half empty which is very disappointing (not the fault of driver) restaurant didn’t fill the cup! Also salads are different each time. This time I got pasta and lentils too last time it wasn’t the same. But nevertheless still love the lunch box item!
