Creams in Manchester

The guy the counter seems least interested in serving. We asked to taste and he looks totally blank. While giving ordered he gave served like when you wanna just throw something on face. Extremely rude and attitude. Not recommended

Extremely unprofessional service by one of the personnel. Came in on Wednesday 21st of May, a 30-ish year old male wearing a cap, totally uninterested in his job took our orders. He almost threw the expresso on our table as if throwing it at some sort of vagabonds. Very bad experience. Never coming back.

Friendly atmosphere and all the staff were lovely. Food was delicious as well. Will definitely come back soon!

Felt violated with the portion sizes, if you’re in the mood for ice cream this isn’t the place to go. Tasted like soft scoop straight from Asda, average.

The food was delicious! I enjoyed it a lot and there is a range of drinks, specials and sweet treats. The only downside was that there was a bit of a wait, even on the drinks (which arrived after/with the food) and orders coming to the wrong tables. Other than that, great place and good price!

I’ve known Creams since I lived in another city where they also have a branch, and I’ve always liked the place. I recently visited the Manchester Arndale location, and the service was friendly and welcoming. However, I was a bit surprised when I asked the server for tap water at my table and she told me they don’t provide it. I thought all food establishments in the UK were required to offer tap water to customers so I was left confused. I also noticed the portion size is smaller and the price a bit higher compared to what I remember, although that seems to be the trend everywhere nowadays. Still a nice place to treat yourself, but a few details made the experience less than perfect this time.

This is our go to place for fresh waffles. Always love their crispy fresh waffles with their delicious toppings. Our favourite one is banana strawberry waffle. today we were served by Misbah and she was quick and friendly.

Popped in here last Week, had a great time with the family, we all ordered different things as there is so much choice. Was served by a member of staff Dan I think his name was, really lovely guy friendly and welcoming and helpful with what we should order and I must say he made geat suggestions. 10/10 for service 10/10 for food and a 10/10 for Dan on the suggestions, the tiramisu hot pocket was a great shout. Just come in again for another visit and must say really enjoyed the food we had, I tried a cookie dough waffle this time and a Ferrero Rocher thick milkshake. Was served by Dan again nice to see his smiley face welcoming us back 10/10 once again

I come to this place a lot with my mum we purchased two crepes they both were cold and left a sour taste in my mouth I told the waitress an she said there’s nothing she can do an brought them back to the table you would never get treated like this in a restaurant it’s disgusting the fact that she brought them back to me I will never visit again

My name is Duncan and I suffered from a massive Stroke nearly 6 years ago. It’s been hard but I simply do it as I try not let it beat me. I go to Manchester Arndale and go to Creams and what can I say it’s absolutely amazing. I order a chocolate mint milkshake and it’s like going back to childhood or better still it’s like being in heaven. I don’t order anything little I go for the large size. I also like to thank Dan for the service that is given plus the things that are advertised you GET what is advertised not like McDonalds. I will also go again because it’s a great place and here’s my milkshake I got today ☺️

Nice decent food and shakes but if you're buying for more than one, expect a wait and not for them all to turn up at the same time as we ordered for myself and partner but took a while and all things turned up at different times so I had eaten my dessert before my partner did.

The service and atmosphere was excellent! The presentation of the dish was great too. I was about one of the first customers so everything was clean and I received my food in a timely manner. The price was very fair for the amount of food that you get, you can easily split a waffle in four and everyone would get a small snack, or if you split it in half, that's a good size meal for two. I ate one by myself because I didn't know the waffle would be so big and also I'm a glutenous American. Three stars because the quality of the ingredients didn't live up to the expectations. The waffle was okay as well as the ice cream, nothing to write home about. The mango bubble tea was good. I think this place has a lot of potential if they up the quality of the ingredients a bit, and add more staff for faster service when it gets busy.

Ice cream is the only thing I can recommend here. Unsure how this place has 4.7 stars. Overly generous IMO. Had the hotpocket. and it was tasteless, bland and somewhat stale. I'm repeating what another reviewer said "I'm unconvinced by the quality of the ingredients"

This was my first time trying Creams Cafe and I loved it! Incredibly delicious desserts! Couldn't wait to get home so I could dig in and it was worth the wait! Special thank you to Matah, your positive attitude really made my day and I appreciate the laughs! Highly recommend trying this place out, especially the cookie dough! Can't wait to come back! 10/10!

We went there today and the staff were actually quite nice. We ordered an Milk cookie dough and the Royale Crepe. The cookie dough was very nice and choclatey enjoyed that a lot. The strawberry ice cream was very nice too. However the the Crepe was not nice tasted like it the raw batter n hardly had any filling, the top was decorated very nice but the taste was not it. She did replace it and we told her to cook it more however she made it the same and my sister left it (maybe it was because of the time and they wanted to go home, but I’m not sure). However the staff were co operative and cookie dough was nice.

The food was excellent especially the waffles, the value for money is far better than a dessert from a typical restaurant. The service was good, but we did have to wait a rather long time for a slice of cheesecake when my waffle had already arrived over 5 minutes ago. Other than that it's a nice little place inside the shopping centre. Despite the music being a touch too loud the overall experience was worth it and would definitely go again.

Staff made me feel uncomfortable and the food was not great.

Everyone’s food was cold. Pretty sure they just heat waffles in a microwave. My friend asked for two things to be substituted which caused unnecessary confusion amongst the staff. The chocolate sauce wasn’t nice at all, it should just be Nutella instead of cheap chocolate. The Ferrero Roche was frozen and not even heated up, it tasted extremely stale. It wasn’t worth it but I ate since I paid it.

We came from Edinburgh a little trip to Manchester. We had breakfast here. My Son had the Oreo cookie crepe and loved. I had the bbq chicken hot pocket and husband had chicken fiesta crunch pocket which were very different and lovely! Packed with flavour! Staff were friendly and the whole place was very funky and clean! It made our Manchester trip extra special.
