Good job all round, hi-vis from waiter was abit much but he was very friendly. Food to be fair was very nice but bit spicy. But that's just my mother complaining, I'm not sure what happened to the vegans burger but it disappeared very quickly, I take this as a positive (I did not eat the burger, my good friend did, very quickly).

I missed the last train back to London, I was somewhat miffed. I was served by Jonno and his I told him my woes and his attitude was amazing, I cracked on and made the best of an awkward situation. Cheers Jonno!

Simple food but done pretty well. Gluten-free swaps available. Very quick service and excellent staff. Atmosphere is so so as it’s in a train station but decent when someone good takes to the piano 🙂🎹

Ordering process was a nightmare, full English breakfast was a re-heated affair with cold beans, missing hash browns (ordered) and rubbery eggs costing extra that should have been included. Orange juice was watered down, americano was weak and the tables were sticky.

It's exactly what you expect from a train station pub. Everything is a little overpriced (to be expected), had the garlic pizza bread - pretty tasty. Friendly service a definite bonus from Richard.

I had a plant based sausage roll and I liked it. There is also option of a gluten free roll. I am not giving maximum stars only because in the online menu you can only add extras and not ask to remove ingredients or choice of dairy free products.

Ben and other staff were great. Breakfast was nice and of food quality. Handy if you are getting the train to Manchester airport and have time to kill transferring at Picadilly.

Johnny was incredibly attentive—at first we thought he was talking to us, but turns out he was deep in negotiation with Peggy and Steve... the pigeons. 😄 He handled them like a true professional (and possibly their life coach?), and still managed to make us feel welcome and entertained. Great fun, 10/10 would dine with the pigeon whisperer again.

The place is nice and comfortable but loud because it’s in a station. I went in when it was nearly empty so service was likely better than peak times however I got my food and drink nearly immediately. Food was exactly what you’d expect in the fact that it’s good but not gonna blow you away

Very tasty restaurant located in the Manchester Piccadilly Station, here you can find typical English dishes served with good and fresh drinks. The staff is polite and very helpful. I suggest this place.

The service was very good. Portion size very generous. The house wine good value. Downside, It was quite hot, and the table was dirty. However despite this, we had a pleasant meal while waiting for our train. Also the waiter was very friendly.

Me and my wife wanted to grab something before we went home so visted here like we have many times before and I attempted to order on the scan and pay menu but for some strange reason it didn't go though so I went to the bar and was greeted by Richard and ordered with him and was efficient and easy he brought our food over and checked on us and also cleared our table after and wished us a great day. An absolute credit to the establishment. Highly recommend.

Service was excellent, Richard was very polite and welcoming, asked us about our plans and how our trip was. The food was good we got pancakes with Berry's and a full English.

The food was wonderful, everything I ordered came quickly and my waitress Annaëlle was lovely. I would highly recommend if you’re waiting in the station and need food.

Myself & my daughter had dinner here while her daughter was at a concert. First time visiting Manchester & we weren't sure where to go & it was too wet to walk around looking for somewhere else. Staff were great & got us whatever we needed. It was a little noisy because its situated in a busy train station but it didn't affect our visit. Meal was good and reasonable priced. I would go there again.
