I book the venue for a anniversary meal, but when we arrive we bought drinks and it was only when we were ready to order that we were told that the kitchen was closed due to a bursted pipe. We were obviously not happy and we had to foud somewhere else to eat at short notice. It ruined our night as we have to plan our nights very carefully have a adhd autistic child.

Food and cocktails were very tasty! The vibe was nice and chilled. The server (Sophie) was very welcoming and made sure our requests were met! Will definitely come back!

Was just in there for a social with some work colleagues and they asked us to leave because one of the guys looked drunk. Was our first set of drinks, the man in question was sat there with us just minding his own and happens to be a quiet person with a somber look on his face. They didn't even want to discuss what was going on. The manager was rude during the entire event we went in for. I can honestly say it was one of the most appalling situations I've been in in a bar in Manchester. I hope no one else considers them for a venue. We've since gone out to a better establishment.

James was an unbelievable hunk Sophie the sidekick was awesome would recommend this team to everyone they are the best in the business

Lovely atmosphere with very pleasant and helpful staff . We had the small tapas plates and they were well presented and delicious . It was our first visit but definitely not our last .

All Bar One, King Street, Manchester Tuesday 19th March 2024 Wonderful experience and was certainly helped by Noah our waiter on the night. I must say the whole restaurant was efficiently run by just four members of staff, namely Noah, Alice, James and Jack. All were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Customer service was second to none. Food and drinks were served quickly and professionally by Noah. They all are a credit to your company, especially the gem that is Noah ! Customer service 110% . Lovely relaxing evening in a very ambient setting.

Went to All Bar One today as we had a Groupon voucher to use for 4 small dishes and 2 cocktails. The cocktails were nice and the food would have been except it was almost cold when it arrived. I would have sent it back but we didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade as we were on our way out to meet friends after we’d eaten there. Our server was Sophie who was lovely and apologised for the food being cold and explained that they usually have a buzzer which tells them when there is food waiting to be brought to a table but this was broken yesterday… this needs to be fixed ASAP as that would explain why our food wasn’t hot when it was brought to our table. We paid £8.25 on top of the voucher for a side of chips and onion rings which I found pricey anyway but more so when the chips were barely warm and the onion rings were cold. Won’t be rushing to go back…

Buzzing and busy! Service was quick and was able to get a table for drinks. Prices very reasonable and was a great spot to spend some time before our dinner reservation down the street.

The tapas were of good quality presented well with generous portions.

We had 4 small plates and wine. The calamari, beef brisket taco, duck gyoza were excellent. The only criticism would be the chicken skewers were slightly dry. The wine was lovely. The waiting staff were lovely. Very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Myself & 2 friends had bottemless brunch. The outstanding service from Sophie & Noah was amazing. They couldn’t of done more. 100% will be returning

Had one of the best nights of my life at all bar one. Lilka, Ben and Kia were the best bartenders ever. They made sure we had a good night and were really angles in disguise. My peoples, love them <3 sib.

Staff extremely friendly, lovely food.

The bar was practically empty and we still had to go to the bar to order food and drinks. The starters were okay but the mains were just not good. Rib eye steak was not only tough and chewy, but burnt... The table next to us had their meal comped as it took over an hour!! I really dont know how. Disappointing

Bit crowded when we went but got a table for food which was nice. Order on the app quick and efficient. Food was ok nothing special. Guinness zero available which was very good.

Essen: Die Speisen waren top und preislich wirklich ok. Service: Es hat rund 20 min gedauert, bis wir die Bestellung beim Kellner aufgeben konnten. Danach haben wir erneut ca. 35 min auf das Essen gewartet. Anschließend wurden wir nicht mehr beachtet. Ambiente: Eigentlich schaut das Lokal außen und innen wirklich gemütlich aus, leider war es so laut, dass wir uns nicht einmal unterhalten konnten. Viele Gäste waren um 19:00 Uhr schon so betrunken, dass Getränke umgeschüttet wurden. Eine junge Dame hat sich sogar mitten im Lokal vor allen Gästen übergeben. Ich hoffe, dass es sich bei diesem Abend um eine Ausnahme gehandelt hat, da ich die Bewertungen von Google sonst nicht nachvollziehen kann. Schade!

On entering we were approached by the bar lady called Ilki (or similar) who was really nice and welcoming. The other bar staff (male) was also very accommodating, when asked if he could find a candle for our table, as it was my birthday. We ordered the Tapas Tuesday deal and the 4 tapas we had were amazingly presented and delicious. Thank you to both the staff who made myself and my wife, especially on my birthday feel really special. xxx

Popped in for some quick after work drinks. Great selection of really tasty beer. Let down by the toilets being all but "flooded" and zero TP. Which luckily I didn't need it's just the actual loo was the only safe path unless I wanted pee shoes. While the lady I told assured me it would all be sorted... There is NO way it got like that quickly. The no TP is excuseless! That aside I quite enjoyed it in there.

Went for work Xmas meal, good choice on the menu, I had turkey dinner which was nice but veggies were a bit too crunchy and potatoes I think were frozen roasties not fresh ones. Service was great, staff helpful and friendly good choice at the bar

Disabled toilets were filthy with no tissue or toilet roll. If you have crohns, colitis, bowel issues or a stoma avoid ! When I spoke to a manager about the toilets he said "there is a hand dryer though so can't you use that". Absolutely appalled. Also very weak cocktails - overpriced

Nice bar. We only had time for one drink prior to dinner. Very busy, but door staff were controlling the numbers that enter, so I'd recommend booking a table in advance on Fri or Sat.

The service was horrendous. Had a table booked for 8 and took the staff 10 minutes to acknowledge us even though we were stood right next to them. Two of them just had a full on conversation infront of us and completely ignored us. We had a table booked for food but everything on the menu was sold out there were only two burgers left but no fries. We got up and left it was such a disappointing experience as my boyfriend had booked it for my birthday.

Called in here for brunch, chose the full English breakfast and there was a great offer of 2 for £15 which was an absolute bargain. Food was well presented and very enjoyable. It was pretty quiet when we arrived but was getting busy by the time we left. Nice atmosphere and nicely done out. Would highly recommend.

Allowed a group of 9 to order a full round drinks at 22:50. And came at 23:00 to tell us they are closed. They weren’t even apologetic and most of us couldn’t even finish half of our drinks. Suggest Flight Club just across the road for better ambient, friendlier approach for the same price. Edit following the response from the owner: The way to deal with the licensing hours is to close the bar 30mins in advance of your closing hours, or warn your customers if you are selling them drinks.

We where sat at a table right near the toilet which absolutely had the worse smell coming out of it. The table was dirty she said she would be back to clean it 30 minutes later we left without food or drinks being ordered

Really nice spot for drinks! Came in with some friends and tried several of the cocktails, which were amazing, especially the Christmas cocktails. Left feeling very festive and high-spirited. The staff were lovely, friendly and bubbly. Can’t wait to come back again :)

We love All Bar One especially in Manchester City. Our server Sophie was attentive. She served impeccably and with a smile. My wife and I enjoyed speaking with her. Delightful. The food was tepid; barely room temperature. Not up to its standard. Unlike our server with a smile, Sophie!

I went into All Bar One recently and was served by Lilka, who had great customer service. The atmosphere was amazing and the drinks were great. So friendly, I would definitely recommend going here!

Came in to get a quick drink and food, staff are very pleasant. Ordering system is simple and everything was nominally clean and very short wait time for food. Only drawbacks, were cutlery took a long time to be brought to table (after food had come) as waitress forgot and had to be reminded. And the table was slightly wobbly. Otherwise, everything was perfect from this outlet of a well known chain of great bars.

Excellent bar in Manchester City centre. Came up with some friends for a fun weekend and received excellent drinks and service. The lady serving us, I think her name was Lilka, was excellent!

Worst meal We have ever had! 3/1/23 Waited 35 minutes then after asking where our food was, it came out dried out. It was a curry, but no sauce and chicken was so hard. The rice was stuck to the plate. We didnt finish it, and when asked how it was, the waitress just said sorry. £ 14 .50 each it cost. Im sure it was kept under a heating plate? Which probably dried it up so much. First time iv been so disappointed. It wasnt even busy that evening. ☹️

We had to wait a while for food, which was a bit of a pain and pushed us a bit for time. We spoke to the manager and she made up for the delay and made sure we still enjoyed our experience overall - thank you Becky. Food was nice when it arrived and friendly staff.

No recognition of my grand daughters 18th even though on booking and lovely waitress sophie reminded manager who basically sent her back to table to say tough.appalling behaviour by manager and ruined the day.will not go again.note from many bad reviews you say you will talk to staff and learn lessons.i suspect that is a management lie as no improvement from the top.went 29th October with 7 customers from 3 generations.i will not go again and if asked will advise others not to go

Booked a table for my birthday my wife booked the table,, when we arrive we went to the bar ad ordered a drink, my wife ordered white wine sprits to be told the soda was not working, she than asked for lemonade, but couldn't get this ,,same problem,so she just accepted the wine, we then told the lady at the bar we had a table booked for 18.30 ,,,when we sat down to order, we could not get what we would of liked, we wanted the seabass, but it had sold out !!! ,,,also to sit down and try to chat and enjoy a meal, with the background music far to high, so we decided,,to book a table at a nearby restaurant, Miller and Carter,,it was our first visit to all bar one ,,we left very disappointed

Absolutely terrible and disappointing. Booked a table for last Saturday for drinks and small plates. Was sat in the dining area (had to take our selfs to our table) wouldn’t say it was overly busy. Sat down for 20 minutes and not offered a drink despite the waiters seeing us sat their and my attempts to get someone over to which I was very clearly ignored. Then decided to go to the bar. Stood at the bar for another 20 minutes despite the bartender seeing I was stood their. Asked how long I would be waiting to which he didn’t really have an answer, didn’t seem to care. Was here for an hour and only just managed to get one drink before we decided enough was enough and left. It was my birthday and as someone who works for the company myself you get a free bottle of processco. Had trouble getting the code, the waiter told me he couldn’t do anything without a code and didn’t seem interested in the slightest to help me with it. Absolutely terrible experience and will be making a formal complaint.!

We ordered 4 beers and all of them they was flat and tasteless no something you aspect when a pint cost £6,20. Lovely people working there but maybe the management should check this?
