We visited on Saturday 8th for birthday celebrations, our server Aleigh J, was outstanding from start to finish. Thank you Aleigh for making our visit so enjoyable.

We came for the bottomless brunch and what an experience. Our server Aleigh’j was fantastic! Such a friendly and welcoming person that never let our drink run out before we were offered a new one. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. The drinks were great especially as you get a whole 2 hours worth of cocktails. Definitely worth it!

She made excellent recommendations, ensured our drinks were always full, and checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive. Had lunch here today. Alot of staff but no-one welcomed us. Food was not good at all. My sons had congealed pasta with very little sauce. I had a fried chicken burger which was dry and burnt sweet potato fries. Had I not paid at the bar prior to eating I would asked for a refund!

As a bunch of uni girls that meet up twice a year, our spot for bottomless brunch is quite important! Tonight was brilliant with good service and a smile served by Katie. We want to say thank you for top service and drinks and for making sure we have been fulfilled 🫶🏼

One of the best spots for bottomless brunch in Reading, went last Saturday and was served by amazing Aleighj, very attentive. Food was good, drinks were flowing. Great value for money, I would recommend to anyone.

Walked in and visited the toilet. Immediately after walking out I was followed by a member of staff with a goatee and long curly hair who then proceeded to accuse me of having thrown up in the toilet, going as far as to say he heard me heave which was simply not true as I had not had a single drop of alcohol. Tried reasoning with him but he said it's unfair that I'm making someone who makes "below minimum wage" (pretty sure that's illegal) clean up my mess. He asked me and my friend to leave which we of course did. Absolutely shocking way to treat customers, especially when we were very obviously sober and not wanting to cause any fuss. Do not visit this place, it's not worth your money.

Came here to celebrate my birthday and Aleighij made it perfect. She was very attentive and ensured that at our bottomless brunch we always had a drink, i couldn’t give her one fault at all. Brilliant bottomless brunch from Kitty!!!

Very disappointing Bottomless Brunch last weekend. Our waitress clearly did not want to be there, she made us feel very unwelcome from the moment we arrived. We felt uncomfortable asking for more drinks, bearing in mind it was meant to be bottomless, it actually felt like she was avoiding coming over to our table so we were left with empty glasses a lot of the time! After 1 hour in, we had to ask if we could order our food as she hadn’t offered to take our food order at all! Very disappointed with what should have been a great afternoon for my sisters birthday!

We booked a two-hour bottomless brunch for my birthday and were excited for a fun afternoon, but the experience started off on a sour note. Upon arriving, we waited 20 minutes just to get our first round of drinks. The waitress serving us looked like she had no interest in being there, and every time we asked for another drink it appeared to be too much effort and we were left waiting far too long. She didn’t crack a smile the entire time, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming compared to previous bottomless brunches we’d experienced. The lowest point was being served rum and cokes minus the rum! after witnessing her talking to the bar tender with the order and high fiving it would appear this was done deliberately. When we complained, someone else stepped in to finish our brunch with quick service and a much friendlier attitude and face. She even added extra time to make up for what we’d lost earlier, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the poor service at the start left a bad taste in our mouths. I’ve been to many bottomless brunches before, and this was by far the worst service I’ve experienced. A disappointing start to what could have been a great afternoon.

Bottomless brunch was great. Drinks kept flowing, with no waiting time. Katie was a fantastic host and very accommodating.

Edit: More details I had a table booked for brunch at 11am, not too early but was one of the first people to arrive. The place was prepared for all the upcoming reservations. Both chairs I sat on were sticky, all the menus as well as the table. I went around to check out of curiosity and all the tables were - must be the cleaning method. By unfriendly, I mean that our only encounter with the staff was to show us our table (only hand gestures) and bring us our food and drinks (again using no words). The food was below average and the table, chairs, and menu were sticky. It was self service only and the staff were unfriendly.

In response to my partner’s complaint about poor portion sizes, I was actually given even less chips than him so what Slug and Lettuce have replied is a lie and even if my meal had been ‘over portioned’ that is not justification for giving him less or the server’s attitude and lack of apology. She was extremely dismissive and walked off without resolving our complaint. We just didn’t expect so little food for the price we paid.

Ticara was Amazing would recommend her

Undercooked fish with handfull of chips. Staff told me to my face I have to pay for a new dish if I want more chips. Just go to spoons...

I came in with my Forster a long time, our waitress Kitty was an absolute delight and was attentive to all our needs when it came to food and drinks. Will he coming back!
