The Sisters Cafe in Birmingham

I dont use this place as much as i should..The food is outstanding.Ive had the big jims and that was bang on,also the breakfast sarnies are to die for too..Its the cleanest,best food,not greasy at all.The staff are soooo friendly and welcoming..This is the best cafe i have ever been to..I would highly reccomend..100%..Well done to "THE SISTERS CAFE"..The prices are reasonable too..The food is top quality and you will not be dissapointed at all...x

Great little greasy spoon, proper decent full English breakfast 👌 happy to swap out items if you need to. Great service, tasty grub, and very clean. If you're a tradey working in the area I highly recommend you pop in for a breakie!

They didn’t even bother given us our tea that we had paid for . One person unhappy is understandable but if all 3 people are unhappy and walk out without finishing their food . There is a problem . Keep away from this place .

Only recently moved round this area, this a Great little cafe went here yesterday with my partner and 2 little ones, the food was the best round here, quality service and was fast too and found it really good how they catered to kids there’s came out first on kids plates and high chairs was available too, will definitely be coming back here

Great food only criticism is the red and brown sauce it's awful

Had a little breakfast it was cooked to perfection quality over quantity definitely hit the spot satisfying my taste buds. Wish I orded a BIG JIM instead but never the less it was every pound. Will definitely 💯 recommend coming here if yous haven't been your missing out and for those who have well you make the right choice Well done 2 sisters done your self proud

This small cafe is a good pit stop on our road trip from Birmingham to Oxford. While the food is average, the service really stands out for its speed and friendliness. It’s a great choice for a quick and pleasant break along the journey.

Looking for a full English fry up with no half measures? then have no fear, sister’s cafe is here! This is a great traditional greasy spoon cafe. The ingredients are very good quality compared to having recently been to cafe’s where the standards have dropped noticeably with inflated prices. Despite this, Sisters Cafe have maintained a high standard in terms of food, service and reasonable pricing, as well as making you feel welcome upon arrival. Usually, I will go in and can never resist the Big Jim full English breakfast, priced at a very reasonable £7.50 for the full works. The toasted sandwiches are also great from here with a toasted hash brown, egg and mushroom sandwich being a favourite. I understand it is a difficult time for many small cafe businesses as they are struggling with rising business costs and foot fall. I really hope this cafe keeps its head above water and continues to grow and thrive in these difficult times. I highly recommend coming along and trying this cafe. Let’s keep supporting our small independents by starting with a breakfast here!

Friendly staff great service and a nice breakfast

First time visiting and I had the Irish breakfast and my partner the standard. Can't argue with the quality or price . The food was cooked perfect and the service was matched also. We got there at 10 on Saturday morning and I was empty but within 15 mins it was completely full so arrive early if you don't want to be disappointed. Would I return?? Of course for the prices and what's on offer I'd be mad not too.

First time visit to the Sisters Cafe today and glad i did. Ordered the standard breakfast. It was really good nice ingredients with a piping hot mug if tea which i always enjoy with a breakfast. Staff very friendly and nice place to eat. Will definately return. Thank you Sister Cafe

Big Jim full English breakfast good service

Had a jacket potato here with a cuppa along with my friend. Service was quick and really good. Food was lovely and price was not to high certainly would visit again

The staff were friendly they did a lovely egg chips and a cup of tea-it is sited in Highters Heath lane and can be easily driven past but take the time to stay and relax as they have s great menu hot and cold --it's the second time I've used the cafe

Great menu choice & prices. I had a perfectly cooked scrambled eggs on toast. It was lovely! The staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. It's very clean & well looked after. I will definitely be going again. 😁

Came here for the first time today, and found the food of a very good quality especially the eggs, bacon and sausages. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for pensioners who like to eat out on a regular basis. The staff are very friendly and happy to make minor adjustments to your order to please the customer. Shall definitely be back and recommend it to my friends.

We were staying locally and visited the sisters cafe for breakfast. Good quality food ( not supermarket meat) very flavoursome. In fact we enjoyed it so much we went back the following morning for breakfast again.

Came to Birmingham for a gig and overnighter, so don't know the area. Stumbled across this little gem for Saturday breakfast and so glad we did. I am a big bloke and it takes lot but I can honestly say I have never been beaten by a breakfast until now. There was so much I ended up sharing it with the better half - and all for a fiver. What really impressed me though, my son has to eat gluten free or he gets really I'll and the effort these ladies went to, to make sure he got a decent breakfast was admirable. They physically checked each item was gluten free. He said it's one of the best breakfasts he's had. Definitely worth 5 stars, thank you.

Such an amazing little café, the girls are absolutely fantastic and so cheerful and comforting. I always struggle to find a good gluten free breakfast, but hands down this is the best I've ever had. Will definitely be visiting again, 11/10

The Sisters Café is very good value . Excellent breakfasts- really tasty and hot- served promptly and in generous proportions. The two ladies running it give excellent service. Lovely grub! The decor has seen better times. That costs it the fifth star. But it is humourously plastered with funny messages and picturues : long may it flourish in these Covid times !

Most dirty scruffy cafe ever tables never cleaned food of a very poor quality the staff never listen to what you order as there all like fish wives nattering ignoring you . My food has always been wrong and been over charged every visit . Like I say the food is as rough an the women who work there all day and greasy not a good impression to give of there food won’t ever go there again I’d rather starve

Went here for my friends birthday breakfast as our usual cafe was closed, from when i first went to the sister's cafe many years ago it was a nice and nice rustic design when we went a few weeks back the place has lost the rustic feel all chairs were needing a little tlc. Now food, i ordered basic poached egg and mushrooms which was fine, my friend ordered a small breakfast, i was disgusted to see the eggs deep fried in a pan of oil, to which my friend took the egg off and asked if she could exchange it for mushrooms instead to which we was told would be an extra charge ( ITS MUSHROOMS THEY ARE CHEAP) we paid any how. Now the breakfast wasnt that bad nice thick bacon and toast . However the worst was yet to come, i got home to which my mom told me i smelt of fat my friend called and said she just got told the same, when i took my clothes of it wreaked of fat which is really bad.

My daughters choice of venue for a breakfast treat. My initial view was that I’d have preferred to go elsewhere. However her choice. Her treat. So off I went. The place it’s self isn’t the most appealing but was ok. The table we sat at needed a wipe down but that could have been because we sat down just after the previous occupants left. The lady serving us was really pleasant and helpful. We didn’t have to wait too long although three meals came out separately and I had to start eating mine otherwise it would have gotten cold. However the portions are mahoosive and really good quality. I was not disappointed in any way (except I was charged for bread and butter but didn’t get it - although I couldn’t have eaten it anyway. So stuffed)! The children Wolfe’s down the pancakes with no complaints. So will I visit again. Definitely. Will I recommend. Absolutely.

A small, cosy cafe that offers breakfast and lunch meals at a very reasonable price. Portions are consistently fresh and large, extras and substitutions available on request. The service is great, however it can be a little hard to order over the din coming from the kitchen. Very enjoyable.

Without a doubt this the best cafe by far I have been to a few cafe and bread always at the sisters taste fresh at others you can tell is days old xx the good is always of fantastic quality it’s never rushed and is clearly evident in the taste the staff are wonderful they are always friendly and happy if any problems they are more than happy to resolve evidence if this is on door at 5 star hygiene rating and now deliver x

Food was ordered around 9:30am (normal protocol on a Friday) - three peoples orders were missing and no one could tell me why! When I rang to see where the food was I was told they will resend the orders but couldn't give me a time to expect the food! Not only was there a two hour waiting time - we could now be waitig another hour for breakfast - WHEN IT'S NOW THE AFTERNOON.

Our company order from here usually on fridays. Service is great on the phone and delivery times are usually short - even when they're busy! Food is amazing and rarely get complaints. We usually have an order of around 12 people and they manage to step up and sort us out for the day! Thanks for a great service! - Central Mailing Services

Not child friendly. Asked to swap the coffe or tea for another drink for my son an was told no. Still expected to have the tea or coffee with his breakfast!! Then pay for another drink on top of that. No option for a glass of orange juice with breakfast. I won’t be using that cafe again so there’s £50-£70 a week gone cos I won’t be driving the lads there for breakfast no more.
