Nice and reasonably priced, like all Wetherspoon pubs. The food isn't great, but it's okay for the price. You can also order and pay via the app and everything will then be brought to the table

Whilst in London on a previous visit, we stumbled across this Wetherspoon. While we were in London, it was VERY busy and could find nowhere to eat & suddenly we remembered this pub. With it being in a train station we thought it would be quieter than most places and it was. Great place to people watch & food was good. Only issue was I ordered on the app and the curry I wanted wasn't available but hadn't been updated on the app. Also the toilets in Wetherspoon's are generally quite a distance from the bar but here they are across the station.

This must be the worst Wetherspoons meal I have ever had. Ordered the JD Honey glaze burger THis arrived without the bacon and without the glaze. The chips were anemic and cold. It is quite hard to locate from Google Maps, being placed internally and not on the street itself. There's no toilet, so you are directed to use the station's one separately. A small Wetherspoon situated within Cannon Street station. There is a small seating area 'outside' of the pub, which is still in the concourse of the station, so is presumably still non-smoking. It was raining and I was hungry I was in London thought I can't go far wrong with whetherspoons, how wrong I was. Firstly in London I know it's going to cost a little more we were prepared for that, but we expect the same quality and QUANTITY, that we have come to expect from the chain. We ordered through the app thank god we did as when the server brought the food out, he said he had brought us 2 American burgers, I didn't order 2 American burgers, he was adamant till he made us produce our order on the app. Then he realised that he just said the wrong thing, a glancing apology was given. Would I recommend no find another whetherspoons if you can.

Not the best spoons unfortunately. No toilet facilities inside the pub whatsoever. I’ll repeat that *no toilet facilities* at all. You have to walk over (I kid you not!) 7 (yes! 7!) platforms in Cannon Street station to use the stations toilets! Oh, and when you finally arrive there, it’s two flights down and a further walk! Then you have to walk back! How this place was given a licence is beyond me. The problems this must cause the pub!! I image on a busy football day for example!! Anyway, small spoons, inflated central London prices. We ordered drinks and food. Drinks were delivered quickly. Food was delivered but was lukewarm. Couldn’t be bothered to complain, just wanted to get out of there. Zero atmosphere whatsoever and staff just looked totally uninterested and appeared to want to be anywhere else than working at this pub. It’s really not the best Whetherspoon we have visited. The location, lack of facilities, small unit size just doesn’t work for me. Won’t be coming back to this one.

Came in for a quick breakfast and decided to go for the large breakfast within about 5 mins my food was with me I took one look down and it became clear why it was so quick the hash browns were almost raw and solid in the middle the sausage also undercooked clear by looking but even cut to look inside when I went back to the bar to explain to the staff member a young male short black hair and glasses and explained my concerns he went so what’s exactly wrong I can see the hash browns are undercooked but the sausage looks fine, sorry if you see the foods undercooked is that not a issue already? I said your welcome to try it your self if you want it’s cold and not cooked for him to reply I don’t want to try it I was just saying he shortly after must of seen sense and said I can offer a refund to which I took as if a chef cannot cook a hash brown then there isn’t much hope for another option is there? Overall decent place for a drink but unless your into undercooked food or have a load of Imodium with you I suggest steering clear of the food if you can call it that here

I went to Pavilion Road to meet a girlfriend for coffee, a love sunny day so a lot of places were busy, however all of the outside tables at Ottolenghi were free. I went in and ordered two coffees from a rather surly and indifferent girl and said we’d be outside, we were then approached by a somewhat officious waitress who said you had to pay a service charge to sit at the outside tables, bearing in mind this was 10h30 and didn’t want to eat, plus all the tables were empty. She rattled on making no sense at all by which time our coffees arrived. She had by then disappeared, so we drank our insipid and tepid coffees and cleared off a few doors down to the more welcoming Bread Ahead. Come on Ottolonghi, treating locals with contempt? You’re not a Michelin starred restaurant but a deli, stop sitting on your laurels and sort out your appalling staff!
