I stopped by Pret to kill some time before my theater show started, and it turned out to be a great choice. The temperature inside was perfect, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I especially appreciated the additional seating tucked away behind the counter—it felt like a hidden gem, offering a quiet and secluded space to relax. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a comfortable spot to unwind, Pret provides a warm and inviting environment that's just right.

It’s one of the many times the past few days I am visiting this Pret and the air conditioner was broken. It was extremely hot and unsafe for the staff, who looked like they might faint. In these conditions, staff shouldn't be allowed to work. Please address this urgently.

I visited Pret today in need of the toilet for my 11 month old son who had peed all over himself. I went straight to the counter and asked for the toilet, a guy directed me to the ones downstairs, I got there and realised a code was required, so I can upstairs whilst my husband held my son and asked for the code. The guy refused to give me the code unless I bought something. I said it was to change my baby urgently and he denied me access. The guy was very rude and didn't want to help, which made me not want to buy anything. I left and went to Nero where the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

After ordering our drinks they told us they were out of ice. This was a major hassle. Ended up spending £5 on canned drinks

Interesting that my transaction at the till was silent. Not a word came from the person serving me. Not even a hint of a hello or thank you. Just nothing and I’m expected to pay for such a rubbish service? Sandwich was soggy.

Great location and wonderful staff. I ordered an oat latte and it tasted burnt which I mentioned to the staff. They said they could make me another one and I said it was ok and that I’ll just keep what I had, but wanted to let them know. They kindly insisted and I accepted. I love that they really made an effort to make a better cup of coffee for me and went out of their way to remedy the issue. I believe it was the Operations Manager named Chan. Thank you!

I always went to any Pret was near to my workplace and never had any problem, the staff is usually friendly and they are quite fast. I also got my subscription for over a year but recently I have been going very often to the Pret near Covent Garden (Long Acre) and it’s definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in Pret, they open late almost every day, they are rude and slow. Definitely thinking to stop the subscription and go somewhere else!

This is my local pret, to which I go almost everyday. I stood in front of the door from 7 to 7.10 (they open at 7!) before I walked away. The door was locked and the two people working inside saw me and clearly did nothing to open the doors (as they are meant to!!). Just an apology for being late would’ve been fine, I’m not fussed if there’s a reason. I ended up walking away as I was freezing and the doors were still locked.

Nice coffee. I find the staff always helpful. Thanks to a guy today, I had one of best Mochas in a long time. And thanks to that young girl who made it too. I don't find the store dirty. WiFi signal isn't best, but it's all ok otherwise.

It's a Pret. What more can you say! Staff friendly and very clean Seating but as it's in the West end was very busy

I like Prets and they are usually bright and breezy places to take a break. However, sad to say this place has the most dispiritingly forlorn seating area I have ever come across. Wobbly tables, uncomfortable chairs - not a place you'd want to linger.

A wrong product was offered to me. And when I try to get the product I want, the clerk shows disdain for my needs and complained that it was my fault to ordered the wrong product and when she made it I said no. This is a very unpleasant consumer experience and I think this is a bad service attitude.

I usually favour Pret when I need a sandwich and coffee. Today I used the toilet, which required a key code to avoid casual users dropping in from Long Acre. I could not believe the state of the toilet. The hygiene bin was over flowing , there was no soap and the floor was covered in paper. The flush button is broken so you have to fiddle with it to flush the toilet. Really poor for a national brand such as Pret. Cleanliness should extend beyond your shop window to your customer facilities. Step up!

I have been going to this Pret for the last month, never had an issue. I have the subscription so I go there often. I am considering going to a different Pret, even if I have to walk longer. The new barista with glasses and braided long hair is very rude. Her facial expressions are very unwelcoming and makes me uncomfortable. I will start going to the closest Pret apart from this because I don’t tolerate this attitudes.

יש עשרות סניפי פרט בלונדון תמיד אהבנו להכנס ולשבת, הסנדוויצים הסלטים המרקים היו פשוט מעולים.השנה לצערי אכזבה כנראה התחלפו השפים או מנהל כספים קפדן קיצץ בהוצאות , מבחר המרקים צטמצם ל2 בלבד והם היו מאוד מאכזבים ברמת מרקי סופרמרקט ,מרק העגבניות היה רוטב עגבניות עם קצת מלח. וגם המרק השני היה על הצד התעשייתי יותר. מבחר הסלטים צומצם מאוד,וכמויות החלבון בו ירדו באופן ניכר. פעם היתה המון מחשבה על קהלים שצורכים תזונה אחרת כמו קיטו למשל עכשיו עדיין יש אופציה אחת או שתיים אבל פחות טעים ופחות בשפע. הם עדיין מאוד פופולאריים אבל ללא ספק ירדו בעיני ממקום שהיה תענוג לאכול שם מרק וסלט מעולה לבית קפה על גבול הסטנדרטי עם כריכים סלטים וסנדוויצים בינוניים למדי.מבחינת סוגי חלב לשתיה יש רק חלב סויה או שיבולת שועל ואין חלב שקדים שזה מאכזב. כשרשת מעולה נהנית מהצלחה ויורדת ברמה היא יכולה להמשיך כך כל עוד אין לה תחרות, זה מצב שקורא למתחרים להכנס לנישה,ברגע שמתחרה חרוץ עם תשוקה לאיכות ולאוכל טעים ומוקפד יכנס לשוק, המצב יכול להתהפך וחבל.

Just wanted a quick Macciato and a cheese and pickle sandwich the place was absolutely heaving people crushed together fervent in the desire for refreshments. I cannot say that it is an experience that I should like to repeat

Lovely food, reasonably priced and friendly service. The cafe is nicely presented and has a relaxing but bustly atmosphere. The toilets however were awful. Only one unisex toilet in use, with a dirty seat left up. My teenage daughter would not use. I would recommend the cafe and food and will definitely go back again, just not to the toilet if it's still unisex!!

I was at Covent garden Pret at 65 Long Acre, London WC2E 9JD on 24.11.2022 at 15.09pm. I bought a coffee and after 20 min I was told they are closing. Opening hours are from 6am to 4pm so it doesn't make sense that I had to leave 15.30. apparently they need to clean...I bought coffee and nobody prompt me about closing. I work in retail and if there is 4pm...we close at 4pm then we clean. What is going on?

I usually go to 3 pret location in the area and this is the slowest service and worse customer service by far. But I recently started going to Holborn because the employees are extremely slow. ( maybe also short of staff ) Yesterday 4 people left from the line because they got tired of waiting .. and is not the first time happening… everyone told the lady arranging the sandwiches to go behind the counter and help but she refused. Is not the first time I see people leaving because is too slow and badly organised, getting wrong orders, everyone always frustrated ..I recommend to sent the employees in training at high Holborn where the service is great, fast and you even get a smile and never get turned around ..

This branch is now closing at 14.00 2PM! The prices are getting ridiculous too

A flat white cost now £3.10! The toilets are always "broken" and they send you to Five Guys. Please pay someone to fix the toilets and you'll be able to offer a better service. Usually, after a cup of coffee, people need to wee. Facts. I also went to the shop in London Bridge, the toilets were "broken", of course, and they sent me to Leon. I'm in shocked :D

Healthy and fresh food options. Mainly sandwiches and chips. Many drink options. Food is already made and wrapped in fridge. The potato chips are very crispy.

There’s no one here. Literally no staff. It’s the middle of the day.

Broken toilets and not sign at the entrance to tell you before paying.

We came inside at 14:45, they close at 15:30. We ask for the bathroom after eating but they mentioned it was closed yet (already cleaned). We could eat but not use the bathroom. Of course, this speech was done unpolitely too. Not professional at all.

No iced coffee here, so this shop can't comply with the agreement that the subscription gets you iced drinks. On top of that, they don't hear the word "iced", charge you a normal coffee, and then you can't get an iced coffee with the subscription from another prêt for 30 minutes. Also this place is tiny with a low ceiling. Other pret shops feel better. Not coming back.

Just delete my post, thanks a bunch, sorry for your "handmade" mush of a sandwich. Will totally eat there again whenever i get the chance to do so, not. God i would have rather eaten something straight out of a trashcan and it would have been better. Next time you feel sorry for yourself and need to delete the truth, just be careful. It wont be as easy as last time. Trust me.

The salads. Excellent, very fresh, and very tasty. Don't like the price of the cookies. No idea when biscuits disappeared, but still. Quick service here, too.

Small but cosy with friendly staff. Sandwiches selection are adequate. Good place to chill if you want s break from the crowd. Theatres are nearby and Chinatown is stone throw away.

Pret is Pret, and always will be Pret. Not a fan of their products, but if I need to get something fast they are always there. Affordable and tasty. I will never get a coffee over there. It’s just nasty. I think it’s a time to change a approach to coffee making. And obviously toilets were closed 30 minutes before closing time. Classic

Available everywhere in London, sells excellent quality food and snacks at a premium. If feel guilty about eating in an ordinary place, such as a Kebab shop for example, you'll feel less guilty eating there. Keep in mind that food doesn't need to be expensive to be healthy although sometimes cheap might mean unhealthy.

Comimos aquí un domingo a mediodía en febrero. El restaurante estaba bastante ocupado, pero no hay que esperar realmente. Comí un sándwich de pollo y aguacate y mi acompañante una envoltura de pato. Ambos tuvimos un paquete de patatas fritas. La comida y el ambiente era muy bueno. El restaurante estaba muy limpio. Estoy enojado por tener que pagar extra para comer.

I asked for double expreaso with lots of milk, did got a machiato... Clean and tidy, cleaner then Costa on most of the places i been yet.

I'm not going to discuss Pret food, which I think is the best cold food chain you can get. This Pret has some seating in the front and some in the back, usually you can find a place to sit, queue is pretty much consistent all day long due to the many offices around

Went for a sandwich and drink. Perfect service. Excellent choice. Everything is labelled with its contents and calories. The food is delicious and very reasonable. You simply can’t go wrong.

Perfectly good coffee and ethusiastic and prompt service. Plenty of seating at the back. I would recommend the coconut latte which is actually very good. Try it first before adding sugar as it is naturally quite sweet.

Just ordered a platter of sandwiches for a business meeting. Staff only too pleased to help, excellent value and platter ready within 10 minutes. Will definitely use service again.

Have always had a soft spot for Pret, their sandwiches, wraps, salads always seem to be freshly made and coffee is good and there is normally adequate seating. Oh and reasonably priced (by London standards)

I would not recommend that you have a sit down meal.but a takeaway basic. Not very impressed and quite expensive.

The food selection and coffee are excellent. But I have been in 2 today and both are in need of a good, thorough deep clean. Distinctly worn and grubby. I know they are both central London but that is not a reason to allow this sort of condition.

I' ve just been there, I' ve never met a waitress like this before: she never says Hi to anyone, she litteraly THROWS the food to you, she has also hit me with the toilet door, wihout saying anything. Simply crazy. (I' m talking about the black lady with short blonde hair)

We wanted to grab a quick bite before heading to the tube. Pret a manger is a chain restaurant simmilar to starbucks but with some healty choices. We got 2 pananis and coffees to go - both tasted great. Probably not somewhere we usually would eat out at the though but served its purpose well.

The soups have really gotten terrible over the past few years. Used to be a reliable place for variety of tasty soups. Now it's the same repetitive tasteless soup that tastes like it came from a dry packet box. 👎🏼

Nice food, not too expensive, pleasant staff.
