Drinks are usually prepared very quickly and there is a large selection of food in the fridges. Unfortunately the food is sometimes stale as there is so much of it.

Not really a food review. However I really needed the bathroom, I walked in with intention to get water also. I was greeted by a lovely lady, who had a smile before I could make my purchase I really needed the toilet I asked and she got me access. It my review is just to say a massive thank you to her. I didn’t her name unfortunately, but I hope this gets to her.

Pre-packaged food chain present practically everywhere in London! Sandwiches, baguettes, sandwiches, wraps but also typical sweets, vegetable and fruit dishes, bakery products: all extremely fresh. In larger rooms it is also possible to consume at the table, in modern and clean environments. Toilets not available. I recommend it to those who want to dedicate the right amount of time for a snack or lunch without taking too much away from the incessant pace of visits to the city.

A staff member called Brandon who is friendly and welcoming was efficient and provided great customer service. Would fully recommend to friends and family with this branch!

The staff, especially Khaled, was very sweet. The drink was good too but the staff made my day and made this branch a fav. Would definitely recommend.

My cup of English Breakfast tea tasted revolting. 😖👎The staff in this Pret were pleasant and polite though, and the table was relatively clean.

Coffee ok but the cinnamon swirl was as dry as a good riesling. Took a bite waiting for my drink. I tried to change it but told "they are all like that". £3.70 I think!

Service always quick and friendly despite how busy it gets. Small shop so not really someone to sit and enjoy but seating is provided. Some of the best staff members

No Ice, half the drinks can't be made.

Great coffee and juices. The sandwiches are so fresh and good, and so many different options to choose from. Delicious pastries. When we are in London we go to Pret so many times!

Hot chocolate barely warm and with no flavour at all. A waste of my money Visit Saturday at 11am

It's really busy and there are a lot of customers, but it's always quick and friendly.

Stop to have a drink and kill time. Most bitter dirty Chai I have ever had. The Duck wrap was good.

Says that opens at 6am and never happens..always late by 10-15 minutes.

Toilets not open today ( even for paying customers) because of the pro- Palestine march . However this was 2 hours before the march has even started. The Manager said there’s nothing he can do - they were told to shut the toilets by “higher powers” . It’s pathetic - and what are Pret scared of ? Protestors using their toilets and ruining them ? Hope people will be pissing up against the shop front instead .

When the toilets are shut men can always pee in the street even though that isnt nice but what are female customers to do. I am 62 yrs old and there are hardly any public toilets available anywhere. I rely on going to the loo when I buy some food and have a sit in Pret. Its not acceptable

Buying a bottle of water is 1.60 £ with subscription and 2 £ without ???? Come on … no more prêt à manger I guess. We can’t subscribe for every single thing in life 😎

I often go to this Pret to drink my coffee and revise, however, the toilets here are always "broken" and I think it's unprofessional to always have the toilets out of service for the customers.

I’m a regular. Today I received a lecture from Brandon that I can’t order a HOT black americano, even though I always do that and everyone else understand what I want. Mind you, I once didn’t specify I want it hot and I received an Iced Black Americano so from that time I prefer to specify. Also I was refused to receive just a bit of hot water on the side, when no one ever had an issue with it…. It was just weird and unpleasant

Awful !!! I have a subscription and one of the manager (I guess) refused to give me a drink because for her it was inactive. I showed her on the app that my subscription was active though. The thing is that her colleague (very nice person) scanned it just before and we had to change the till because of a bug. She embarrassed me in front of everybody and let me leave without the drink even after showing her the active status of the subscription. I definitely won't renew my subscription next month !!!

best Pret store in the neighborhood!

Hi Quite disappointed with a service from Alejandro - young man at the till today; I come to this Pret 3-4 times a week for my morning coffee, today was def the worst. Ordered my coffee , croissant, and took my salad for lunch - paid , when I asked for my croissant was informed that he didn’t charge me for it, I must say I have pointed out at the pastry when ordering. Then I was told that I have to speak louder - so let’s make some observations: 1. No eye contact - all the time everything was more important then the client. If Alejandro was paying any attention to his customer he would not miss my order 2. Alejandro looks like it is the worst job ever he could do this morning- I am sure that is not what company would like 3. I was blame for not speaking loud enough- no I am sorry i couldn’t hear you etc just you need to speak louder! 4. Positive - my coffee was ready with no time so well done to the barista 5. The manager always look happy and have positive attitude:-) Not going to visit this particular Pret again

A standard Pret offer with sufficient internal seating. For some inexplicable reason, they play pop music so loud it's quite stressful 😩

Not enough staff, means you might be in for a wait.

The two cold drinks, Feelin' Peachy and Applejito, were delicious, and I will be returning soon.

Good food spoilt but the robotic tread of vacuous beat noise. It makes 'Muzak' sound sophisticated. What is its function? Who is supposed to benefit from this noise pollution? The customers? The staff?

Prices have rocketed but still my preferred coffee chain. I just wish toilets were kept clean.

The most famous coffee chain in London. If you are a coffee lover, it is recommended to get a membership. Also, they have vegan options for meals as well. Which is very convenient for me and I loved it.

sadly my mobile was stolen by two young women pretending to beg, they approached me very aggressively demanding money clearly as a way of distracting, i was in the store for 5 minutes

Popped in for a salad and coffee. Seating for around 30 people. Tuna salad was fine. Fairly busy when I visited, located a few minutes walk from the junction of Oxford Street and Regent Street.

Great store with a great team.. so welcoming and polite!

A regular Pret, usually quite busy but the sandwiches and sweet stuff are as tasty as anywhere else.

Extremely rude staff, very disappointed, won't be going back there for my lunches.

So on top of my three visits being served stale food on the last three occasions. Today, I waited for 10 mins in a short queue while the two staff members took their time making drinks. While I’m understanding that there were only two staff, the Liberty was that I was served and four people from behind me got their drinks first. When I made comment the lovely lady told me to chill out we only have two staff members. Hmmm, interesting as the other branch only a store throw away serve fresh food and service with a smile. Honestly, if you don’t like your job I suggest you allow someone who wants to provide good service have it. Nothing but attitude from from the staff.

Hours say open until 22:30 but they closed before 22:00

they are lazy to do cold things and you can only order hot drinks and it usually happens to me a lot to the employees they are lazy to make the shakes

Pretty rude staff, and very dirty environment with cups all over the place and food all over the floor. Line is also a mess. Cant tell who is lining up to pay and who is waiting for their coffee

This store very bad service always when I ask for shake or frappe they always say no but I see them serving few selected people. Y is that so happening only in this store and staff are very rude

Been here a handful of time, not my usual pret but will get a coffee if I walked by. However, everytime I visit, the service is ALWAYS BAD. Just today, the girl who served me looks like I owe her thousand of pounds. Despite I smiled at her, she just ignored my smile and continue to say, we dont service ice drinks. Not even a sorry or anything. If you hate your job so much maybe consider changing it? The are multiple prets within 5 minutes walk with way better service. I strongly suggest you to avoid this particular one.

Half of the menu is unavailable. "We don't have ice and we'll never have. Haha" They keep forgetting my orders and I have to wait 10 minutes for my coffee. All other Prets are much better managed.

Any time I go there, I am told there are no iced drinks available. Curious.

On Google say it closes at 22:30 but the store front is closed by 22:00

Bye I won’t be coming back here again! I waited in the long queue. When in was my turn to get served the rude girl decided to have a chat with her manager instead of taking my order. Nothing to do with work. So I just went to the till beside her and placed my order with the man there. There’s different coffee shops around I don’t need to return to prêt.

The ice machine is always “broken” or they are lazy to do the iced ones.

I was starving but didn't want to ruin my dinner. The banana hit the spot although more options of non-green ones would be better! A busy branch located on Regent Street. Service was fine but could be friendlier. Nice to people watch. Not a huge selection early evening if your looking for something more substantial.

The worst pret I have ever attended. It looks like that Alison at the counter is having a horrible morning that not only look at me as I'm taking too much of her time, but also didn't answer any of my question about the food... thank you for my morning experience Alison wish you the same

Rude staff, randomly closes the normal chairs.

No toilet, hot wraps were stuck to the packaging. Not great.

This is the closest branch to me so I visit it a lot. I recently visited another one near by and it confirmed my opinion about this branch. Staff is very unprofessional, no organisation at all, it feels like u are in kindergarten. Staff are just having fun all the time or another ones are just staying on the till and look at one point somewhere so no sign they are available to take your oder. Men are actually somehow better in their job and more polite. Not nice atmosphere.

Toilets shut due to "covid". Very disappointing as all other Prets I've visited over many months have open toilets e.g. Strand. Restrictions stop in 3 days so I just think this is laziness. I will not spend money where facilities are shut. My bladder has not shut down (thankfully) "because of covid"!

Shame to only give this one star because most of thd staff are lovely. But I've had way too many bad experiences. From one female staff in particular, she has no customer service skills whatsoever. A few times now she's taken my order and the barista hasn't heard her or has forgotten, but she will stand there knowing full well I've been waiting for a while and all the other customers after me are getting their drinks. She'll even look at me but not acknowledge she knows I'm still waiting. I've literally just walked out without my drink as I'm fed up with the service and went to cafe Nero across the Road instead. I really don't know what her problem is? I'm always nice to her, smile and say thank you but she stands there looking like she really doesn't want to be in that job. That's no good for customers. If she's not enjoying the job she should just leave, I actually don't ever want to be served by her again!

tables dirty especially out side , sttaff arrogant as regular customer for 10 years at the same shop I say bit more smilly in this coronaviruse time can make someone's day .🙂

Pret was very busy when I visited today. A drink was spilled next to me and it was cleaned up immediately and the lovely girl clearing it up was very concerned that it may have spilled on me. I am a mobility scooter user and this was so nice that she cared, thank you.

Best coffee out of all coffee shops.

The staff were literally arguing with each other. Threatening each other to stop making drinks. Stopped taking anyone’s coffee order because it was so unorganised. I waited ten mins in a queue to be told they aren’t taking orders anymore and all the staff just stood around like wet lettuces 👌🏻👏🏻

I have been to this Pret quite a few times now and am regularly served by Mei. She is so lovely and professional. She always helps her colleagues, even when still taking orders. Always happy, smiling and going the extra mile. Thank you!

Poor service. I ordered three hot drinks which came out over the space of about 10 mins. When the counter staff asked about my last drink, the response was ‘they can wait’. Starbucks up the road would’ve been an infinitely better option.

One of the best pret! Quick , fresh food, staff are very friendly. And the best is - Mei 🥰 our little star 🌟 everyone in my company loves her.

This pret is probably the worst one I’ve been to. Everyday after 5 there’s no ice drinks, no chocolates, and it’s never stocked properly. In the morning sometimes they take along time for something like a black Americano but just ended up giving you a white one if you order black. No idea how they could run out of ice or basic stuff for the shop by 5pm literally everyday.

If you order a coffee with a milk alternative/plant milk on a busy day, rest assured your order will be placed at the end of the very long line. Vegans - be prepared to wait longer than your fair share. Oh and it doesn’t matter if you have a coffee subscription either. Loyalty doesn’t pay here.

I use to like coming to this branch. But recently they seem to literally falling apart. Leaks everywhere dripping from the ceiling. The air con seems to be stuck on heat. The staff are sweating buckets. There five other shops across the road that won't require a towel to wipe your face as your queue. The queue is a challenging task. Take your mask off, you won't be able to breathe. Makes the Sahara look like the Artic. Ironically they don't have smoothies or cold drinks. Only hot drinks! Would rate 1 star but leaving 2 because the staff are trying to keep it together. Shame as this use to be a very pleasant cafe.

This is a great place next to Oxford Circus. Very busy. My only quibbles is that they don't have much choice of cake and allow smoking at the tables outside 😟

Never visited this coffee shop chain until yesterday and I was surprised how expensive certain pastries and cakes were compared to other coffee chain places like Costa and independent coffee shop places. Food was delicious and iced coffee cappuccino was very strong, for me personally too strong for the small cup it comes in. Staff were all very pleasant. Inside could've done with a clean as leftover food or crumbs were all over the floor and tables. So if other places are cleaning and disinfecting after visits, looks like they are not taking that approach. I would only come back again if I had an out of this world experience but sadly I did not.

Vivo a Londra da 8 anni, ho lavorato per pret per 3 anni! Oggi sono venuta in questo shop con due amiche, una delle due ha pagato due volte, perché la prima volta sembrava che non fosse andato a buon fine, siccome conosco bene il sistema dato che ero team leader, dico alla mia amica di rientrare per chiedere un refund. Torna al tavolo con il numero del customer service perchè l’assistant manager anche lei italiana di nome Clarissa le aveva detto che a loro non risultava e che quindi doveva chiamare appunto il CS, al che sono entrata per chiedere come fosse possibile, le ho spiegato che ero una ex collega e che doveva cercare meglio tra le transazioni effettuate, mi fa vedere la till, ma in quel momento non ricordavo che doveva fare una procedura differente... beh, con fare molto maleducato e di sfida mi guarda e mi dice “a noi non risulta e non ho capito dove vuoi andare a parare” Se sei assistant manager non puoi permetterti di rivolgerti ad un cliente in quel modo! Maleducata ed arrogante! Onestamente non so nemmeno come abbia fatto a diventare assistant manager! Tra l’altro il “picture perfect” in questo shop non esiste! Tramezzini, panini ed insalate fatti in maniera pessima! Esperienza terribile in questo shop di regent street! Mai piu!!👎🏻 👎🏻 👎🏻

I quite like this café. Most of ladies at the till are nice, but once there was one who was a bit rude to me.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Staff member with a Lithuanian name Asta is so arrogant, like she is giving you a favour by talking to you. I can’t believe some people can be so terrible. Company should pay attention to this store because I have never experience such an awful customer service in any other Pret before.

Reduced menu and reduced opening times at the moment but no reduction in staff helpfulness.
