It a lovely place I have been several times with family and service users it has sometime been a bit poor and a bit slow in service but the staff are always accomidating to customers.

We loved this place, great meal prices, food came out perfect, it came out together, hot and the staff were extremely friendly. It's a family place and pets allowed. You do need to register Number Plate off car when you park but parking is free if you do this.

Cheap and cheerful. Just what's expected when eating in a Green king chain. Sticky menus, and table. Food was alright, no frills but my chips looked a bit overdone, and not particularly hot. Wouldn't rush back, but it filled a hole. The staff were nice enough 👍🏻

The last time we went here was when it had just re opened after the refit. And we were so disappointed but been today after being a great believer in giving second chances and I am so glad we did! Food was delicious and spot on we will definitely be back.

Been yesterday for tea with my family the food was all amazing and the staff on front of house were all amazing and extreamly helpfull and a big shout out to the kitchen staff for the amazing food the new mrnu is amazing too

I was expecting manufactured garbage processed food. I had the steak flatbread and added fries. It was lovely and fresh and cooked to perfection 🥰

Had a quick bite in there today, as always food spot on staff kind and courteous. Like how you can chat and have a laugh with the staff and they are not up them selves. Special mention to Emma the steak and ale pie was delicious. Thanks

Haven't been here for about 9 years due to the food being very inconsistent, but since the refit I was taken to try it again and have to say , I was absolutely amazed by the food and how it was run, it will be a regular visit from now on, well done!!

We came from Boroughbridge to Jnc 32 retail park, after this we needed lunch. Went on Google showed this pub half a mile away, just up passed Aldi and just before Lidl. Greeted with smiling staff, ordered 2 sizzling 8oz Gammon steaks which came with with onions, tomato, chips and pineapple or fried egg. 2 meals for £13.49. Wow, unbelievable, plenty of food, never had a Gammon steak anywhere that was 100% meat, no fat, fantastic. Next time we are down at the retail park we will definitely be back for another lunch.

I am totally disappointed with the service I received from staff and an incident occurred with my 16 year old son. We went in the evening on Mother's day. I don't know what the pubs policy is regarding my16 year old son having a beer with his meal and family. I know it's not illegal to let him have a beer. Anyway I went and ordered 4 meals and my now ex girlfriend bought a round of drinks for 4 of us same table number so the bar staff knew that a 16 year old was having a lager. In less than a minute a barmaid came and said my son was not old enough. If that's the policy that is fine with me She picked up his drink and I said give it to me as it was paid for. She refused and then charged for a replacement coke. This is out of order as the drink was paid for. When the food came it was barely warm and my mums was cold and had to be sent back. Nice Mother's day. I paid 48 for the food the drinks were 17 us the coke. Food was better before the refit and nice staff. I will never go back again. A CRAP RESTAURANT NOW. NOT RECOMMENDED

Friendly staff awsome layout especially nice in warmer weather i can imagine,with the alfresco dinning area having a t.v. Dog friendly lovely touch with the reservation sign including dog and dog menu shame other places dont accommodate canines. Good variety on menu and nice food Only down side moretti lager just shy of £6 a pint shocking in the north aswell,london maybe thank god for sam smith.

The food was good value for money and tasty. The staff were all efficient and very friendly. Emma our server was especially helpful.

Had a lovely family meal (13 of us ), nothing was too much trouble for the Team very accommodating and the staff were really friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend as food good and great value

Just a quick visit after a shop at the supermarket next door. The pub has been refurbished recently and is very nice. The staff were busy but quick to serve.

Called in for an hour to see a friend for a coffee. Unaware of the park situation there. My friend paid for the coffee. Just received a parking fine of £100 from them. I have no credit card reciepts but i have day/time photographs of us in there at the said time. Just spoken to damian there and he has sorted this out for my promptly. Thank you v much.

Not one of my favourite places to eat. Plenty of seating, atmosphere is okay, staff are friendly / helpful... There dog friendly also... Just doesn't come to mind when deciding where to go out to eat...

Steak was beautiful at a very reasonable price. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Emma. Big plus for me was that the table was very clean and not at all sticky. Toilets were immaculate!!

I have received a parking charge notice for £100 as I did not have a pay and phone transaction. The was no mention by staff of a car park fee and no signs anywhere from where I was parked to the entrance I used. My disabled badge was displayed. I won't be using the pub again. I was there foe 21minutes and had 2 drinks

Booked a table bit god knows why, place was half empty, got totally ignored by the staff on entering, when the food arrived wow the disappointment continues, steak not cooked how I ordered, and meat was tough, and chips and onion rings were cold. The restaurant may have had a makeover but the food certainly hasn't, will never step footnin here again. Would get minus stars if available

If you fancy a quiet pint and something to eat, go elsewhere. 1 person behind the bar at 5 o'clock, kids running about, people with phones on speaker...nightmare. Won't be back for a while I'm afraid

Apart from the pint I had that was nearly half the amount I spent on a flatbread and side. It was OK. My friends had varying opinions on the food. From finding either a kidney bean or something that looked like it hiding in their chips to the tiniest bit of bacon in the burger to loving the mixed grill. It's a place that was meh. The place looks nice the staff are nice the food was hot if a little suss. But I won't be back for a while. Not that anyone will be bothered.

First visit and will be the last. Food arrived cold. Sent back and was chucked back on table after 2 mins in microwave. Its basically a microwave meal they serve. Sliced packet beef, aunt Bessie's Yorkshire's a nd roast spuds.

All together the visit was very good. Food promptly served. Service by Emma was also good. Fairly priced with buy one get one free offer on burgers.

Absolutely amazing experience, table of 6 sat down at 6:15, staff were fast and eager and the food was divine, grandparents came along and they loved it honestly best place to go and reasonable prices

First in and met with a smile and warm welcome. Lovely service throughout out and even kept my child busy by giving her a crayon set. £13.49 two mains and the portion sizes was perfect! Even then settled for two Chocolate Cakes to finish off with. Emma + Sarah are a credit to the business!

Rubbish. No real ale. Just another fast food joint with the usual menu. Nothing to recommend really. All chain pubs seem to be going the same way - on tap chemical beer, food that is portion controlled and comes out of a plastic bag. Everything done for their convenience and profit, not to my liking at all. But I guess I'm a dying breed.

First visit, won't be the last! Visited on a Monday about 12pm. Quiet on arrival. Got a table quickly. Good menu choice Ordered at the bar, service fairly quick, Christmas party got to bar first. Food was excellent, hot. Good be delays if very busy but be patient. Staff friendly and helpful. Price ££ to £££ depending on number of courses. Remember to log in your car registration as soon as you arrive. Well worth a visit.

Revision from my previous review of 4 stars. Food and drink standards have started to slip in recent weeks. Two weeks on the trot, there have been no cask beers on at all. Burgers have started to take nearly an hour to arrive, and when they do they are basically cremated. Even though it was remotely busy and there were staff sat at tables waiting for something to happen. A group of 4-8 of us go every week. But we're talking about finding another haunt following the recent drop in service and standards.

Lovely steak, I would definitely recommend 8oz sirloin again if you like chewing gum👌😂. Burgers are even better, especially millionaire one🤢
