This place is full of excellent delightables to indulge in at the trafford centre for a sweet treat! With a quick service and very great mixed options

I recently visited this cafe and ordered Ferraro rocher shake of cost £7 pound . I was all thick cream and. Nothing else hardly any taste of Ferraro taste in it. When lady handed over the shake it was sticky and all dripping over till car park which was embarrassing and frustrating a lot. Worst experience honestly

We go every time we go Trafford , the Milkshakes are amazing best iv ever had and the whipped cream is unreal Definitely worth the money

I ordered two milkshakes and the staff member who served us was very polite and patient. Our order was ready quickly and the drinks were delicious. However, I would say that the whipped cream on our milkshakes made up at least 1/4 of the drink, which became sickly. Maybe we will leave the cream out of our order next time. Overall, a good experience.

Had a shake from here last week (Thurs 23rd) and was really disappointed. I love a good milkshake and have been promising myself a shake from here for a while now but I won’t be getting one from there again. Staff are ignorant and seem like a few kids on work experience. Long wait and the shake was over-flowing out of the cup and going all over. I wouldn’t have minded if the shake was ok but it was genuinely one of, if not the, worst shakes I have had the misfortune of having. Looked nothing like the picture (was absent of a biscuit/flake on top) and was utterly tasteless. Was just like a load of melted and plain tasting melted ice cream. No biscuit pieces, hardly any sauce; basically just melted plain ice cream and a load of squirty cream on top. £7 fee adds insult to injury as that’s not cheap. I’d pay that without hesitation if it was decent but it wasn’t. I could get a better shake in my own kitchen or for half price at a local takeaway. Avoid.

Absolutely disgusting. We ordered 2 crepes which took about 25 minutes because the staff is not trained properly. They were plastic… do not waste your money!

I went to the shake lab in Trafford centre yesterday. We were served by someone called jack. The customer service was great. He gave us all the time we needed to decide and never rushed us. He even helped us pick at one point and it was a great choice. Friendly service and great shakes, would highly recommend.

Ordered a crepe and a can of Fanta off a very bored unfriendly service assistant. She handed a very battered can over , I asked for a different can. She seemed very put out. Ten minutes later I was wordlessly passed a undented can, no words no smile. We doubt very much on a return.

The young lad at the counter was verg rude and asked me to move to the side although I was trying to fetch my icecream and there was no one in the cue to order. Otheriwse icecream was okay.

Staff rude and obnoxious, smirking while explaining a problem (actually a conversation with a family member, but manager butted in on) Overpriced milkshakes 👍🏼

Went for dessert and had a mixture of ice cream cones and ice cream bowls. They are massive! We all got one each but honestly we could of shared especially the children. Really yummy though and will definitely go again!😋🍦😁

I have been here a number of times and the desserts are lovey. However, the staff are extremely rude, arrogant and that is being polite. My order has been practically thrown at me on each of my visits. The staff would also rather gossip with their friends than actually serve customers.

Shakes are ok but the customer service here is shocking. They act like they're doing you a favour and I don't think I've ever seen any of the girls crack a smile. It's like they only recruit moody 19 year olds.

Absolutely garbage. Bought a Nutella crepe & the thing was chewy, with cheap crap chocolate spread. 4 quid for that!! Not impressed.

To manager of Shake Lab....try be nice to ALL of your customers as you always come across as abrupt when you've served me. If a customer asks to fill the shake a bit more as you know whats left in the blender is only going in the bin just be nice and do it. Also try smiling when talking to people and speak to them first hand instead of in front of them to your staff. And advertise your loyalty card as I've had over 10 shakes easily but only ever been given a loyalty stamp twice and had to ask for it the last time.

Slow because they dont have enough staff. The milkshake was pretty good, although they have mainly chocolate based flavours. It would have been good to have jelly bean, Parma violet or bubblegum flavours.

We have tried here twice now and there won’t be a third time, staff could not care less that you have been waiting ages for a rip off expensive shake, staff are here to socialise , not serve customers
