I hadn't been to the restaurant for a long time. But, when I visited the U.K. this year, it was the first place I went to eat

Been eating here daily for 7 months and the food is always Really tasty, healthy portions if you have a good appetite, great pricing and served quickly. Google wont accept a 6th star.

Does a brilliant full english, generous portions, which can be customised to requirements. All food well cooked and arrives on your table sizzling. Add on fried bread and toast, and/ or a portion of chips and you will eat a full days calories for about 6-7 quid. The best bit however is the tea. They put a pot of tea on the table which has about 2 full cups worth in it. Then in addition a full pot of hot water. My technique is to pour out a full cup, add water from the second pot. Then take out the tea bags and place them in the remains of the hot water from the second pot. When the first pot is finished, there is at least another cup full to go, all in all 4 cups of tea for the price of one. Cant be beaten. One of the worst things about ordering a breakfast like this is that the breakfast itself might be cheap, but you get one cup of tea for 2 pounds, which, by the time the meal comes, is already cold or drunk, so you order a second, thus racking up the price. Not here! Full tea satisfaction at a low price everytime.

The service was fast, the food was tasty & hot & a vast variety that also suited a vegetarian..... The cafe was tidy & the tables clean & had placemats, the floor was spotless. The owner was friendly & didn't mind answering questions about his menu. You could pay with cash or card.

Fresh coffee & the food is tasty, the scrambled egg & smoked salmon baguette is the best in Dorset. The prices are cheapest in town, food is fresh & quality is outstanding. The owner is friendly & welcoming, definately will be back.

Lovely service and good food, the only bad thing there is no toilet

I had the salmon & scrambled egg baguette & my friend had a ham & cheese panini. Both were flavoursome & delicious. The food choice was very good, there is many breakfast options & a range of sandwiches & hot meals to suit everyone. The barista coffee with a dash of hazelnut syrup was enjoyable. The chef was friendly & greeted us with a smile, we didn't wait long to be served. Tables & chairs were spotless.

Even though the café was busy I didn't have to wait long for my meal. The tables & chairs are always clean & tidy & the chef is always in a good mood & will have a chat....

I have been here for lunch almost every day for the last 6 weeks, so cheap and food is amazing should cost a lot more! Wish every place took a leaf out of this owners book. Owner is extremely freindly will even remember your order for you! 10/10 will be back thank you!

The service is very good & you're made to feel welcome. Well cooked home style food all fresh & tasty, eat in or take away, cooked by an experience chef who was friendly & didn't mind a chat. Very good value for money, The tables, chairs & floor was spotless. We will definitely be eating there again.

Found a place with real fresh food.. give me a baguette over a McDonald's or fast food outlets. Anytime... will be my regular take out from now on...

The coffee is THE BEST in town, if not Dorset AND the cheapest!! The food in the cafe is excellent, price, quality etc. and the outside catering is THE best we've experienced in Dorset. Our whole family and all that came to our event, would highly recommend this local team.
