Fantastic 3 course meal perfectly cooked, amazing turkey, perfectly presented. Great service from everyone there very attentive and great fun. Would highly recommend for a meal out and great location especially if seeing a show at The Regent, I'll be back.

I can’t recommend this little pub enough. We always eat here if we are going to a concert/show at the Regent theatre. We haven’t been for a couple of years but it’s still excellent value for money. The food was really good quality. We had the beef and Guinness pie and the pigs in blankets with mash, both of which were extremely tasty and brilliant value for money. The puddings were equally nice and because we got there so early and still had lots of time, we then ordered a ploughman’s to share! Good produce and lovely, welcoming and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Menu has the usual classics including scampi and chips (the mushy peas were the worse for wear!), fish and chips, burgers etc. My friend had an interesting sounding cheese-topped beef and guinness pie, which has potato as the pie topping, which she enjoyed. Reasonable prices. No covid nonsense, always a plus!

The food is excellent. Possibly the best fried slice I have had in ten years. Service was quick and friendly and tables outside work well. £9 for the lot is a great price too. I have been back twice

Had Sunday lunch here in September 2024 and possibly one of the best roasts I’ve had. The pork was tender and tasty, lots of beautifully cooked veg, but the GF yorkshire pudding really was the icing o

The wine tasting was an amazing evening. But you definitely need to eat first. Dinner in the restaurant afterward was also excellent.

Been coming here for years. Great home made curries at reasonable prices. A bit off the beaten track but well worth a visit.

We stopped for lunch as in Ipswich on business. Lovely find, love the extra touches, seemed like a super friendly family business where they want to exceed expectation. Good choice of food and really
