Amazing coffee and flapjack as a lovely snack. Fabulous view over the salcombe estuary. Will most definitely be returning :)

Found maggots in the pasty, refunded but only for the food. Didn’t refund our soft drinks. Hope they contacted their supplier!

Lovely chicken pasty. Good pastry Just the job for the hangover! Very popular and often a queue . Watch out for the sea gulls!!

Hot day so a welcome stop for cold drinks and a sit in the shade. Staff were friendly reaching into the fridge for the coldest cans. Nice view from here across and down to the estuary allowing you to watch the boats go by.

The nicest local takeaway snack / coffee shop in Salc for sure !!! Super friendly and the views....! everyone needs to go get a salcombe pasty!

Higher TownLimited opening times, No food so asked out of curtesy if grandson could eat a snack. Was told no but to eat outside in the garden which had a closed sign on the gate, so had eat in the smoking area. Didn't feel particularly welcome. No alternative snack was offered. Wasn't very accommodating, we were staying local and would have returned for a meal but they said closed Monday and Tuesday and we would need to book if wanted to return. I would advise anyone to give this pub a a miss as there are much better pubs in the area
