We have 3 crepes here today with cheese, ham and chilli jam!!! - and a piece of ham for our little dog ;-) We have to say unanimously that we have never had such good crepes. The cheese was roasted golden for a special flavor and the chilli jam had a sweet note - great! We would like to thank the very friendly “crepes chef” for this experience!

Fabulous crepes, almost like being in France. Beautifully cooked, and quick, so even with the ten minute drive back to our accommodation they were still hot and delicious.

Happened upon this on an evening walk and what a find - delicious crepes all freshly made . Had the Grand Marnier has one which was amazing . They also catered for individual combinations not on the menu . A great way to end the evening - eating a delicious crepe whilst watching looking over the harbour in the fresh air . Even declined dessert in a restaurant to get a crepe from here on our last evening

The gluten free crepes here are huge and the best I have ever had. All of the fillings are gluten free so there is lots of choice. Staff were knowledgable, asking if I was coeliac, and then cleaned their equipment to avoid cross contamination.

This place is ace. I had a savoury and a sweet crepe that were gluten free. The cheese and chilli jam was particularly good. Absolutely delicious. If you’re coeliac and contamination is an issue, they’ll clean their kit for you.

I first came here a few years ago and had a very enjoyable authentic crepe, and my return visit was not disappointing. We had not eaten an evening meal so decided on a savoury crepe followed by a sweet one. Both were delicious and would definitely pass as tasty comfort food. Watching them being made on the counter in front of you is worth seeing - each one made to order. Not a sit-down restaurant, but a novel take-away with a difference. Seasonal and evenings only - so check before going.

So much of a great, as a Coeliac, to be able to get a gluten free pancake. They clean down everything prior to GF crepe making and you watch it right there so no cross contamination, which is fab! Just a shame that they can often run out of GF mix !

Took the children here last week. Pancake seemed to be very watery and just looked and tasted like flour, kids serving couldn’t give a monkeys. They also just rolled it into a long sausage so all the filling fell out of it & it was served in a bundle of 5 paper bags, which was shocking, what a waste!!! Kids passed on it so that was £5 never to be seen again.

Every afternoon in the summer months the bakery turns into a Creperie! Its genius. Every type of filling you could imagine, expect to queue but you have to do that for most things over the summer months in Salcombe. Take your wet wipes its going to get messy!

A couple of chancers making nutella crepes in the evenings to lure cash from your pocket. Are they fresh? Instant. Are they tasty? Oh yes. Are they nutritious? Hell no, this is a shrine, if not a temple to the God of Nutella, in whose dark jar 90% of children pin their salvation. For me £5 is too punchy and we didn't go back, though I'm sure many customers do.

We ordered "The big one" with nutella, white chocolate and bananas, which was far too sweet!! My partners was "Farmers one"...quote: not enough ham, too much stodgy melted cheese(not good cheese btw), however the chili jam was nice but could have been hotter. Overpriced for quality and quantity.

The crepes here are absolutely scrummy. There is plenty of great flavour combinations to choose from; both sweet and savoury. They are a hit with people of all agesI find that here are some of the best desserts in Salcombe, so often tend to eat in a restaurant, and then have dessert here. The only problem is that they are extremely pricey.

We visited here on Friday 14th August and had a very enjoyable Crepe, I had a fully loaded one with pesto, which was great last thing at night. However, I would have to admit, if there was a business open late at night that offered a pasty, I would be there in a shot, unfortunately everywhere closes really early on Fore Street.Price is also another consideration as the Crepes we purchased were approx. £6.50 each, so that's a whole meal elsewhere!Would I go again, probably if I couldn't find another establishment open late at night.

Nice way to finish your evening (the creperie is only open in the evenings) and marginally cheaper than having a desert in a restaurant. Would have given 5 stars but for the prices. Lots of flavours to choose from but personally it has to be lemon and sugar, the 'classic'. No option to eat in so grab your crepes and stroll along to Victoria Quay and watch the kids crabbing or walk up to the virtually unused park opposite the church for evening views of the town...

This creperie is open only in the evenings from June through to the end of August and is situated at The Bake House (bakery) in Fore Street. It really did become a nightly treat for my husband and I to visit here, bypassing desserts at wherever we were having dinner that evening to make sure we 'had room' for a crepe. It's open until 10pm in June and 10.30pm in July and August. My favourite is definitely the 'fruit and nutcase' crepe - Nutella and banana! Evenings just won't be the same now we're home! See you next year.

We booked for a party of 5(and a dog) for Sunday Roasts, which we had ordered lamb, pork, beef brisket and a special Steak & Ale pie. All were tremendous. Staff were beyond helpful and pleasant from the moment we arrived. The Arancini starter was simply perfect too! Lovely ambience and atmosphere and an overall grand experience had by all (even Baxter the dog!) We will definitely be coming again.

We realise that this restaurant cannot provide a large menu especially during the autumn /winter but on our evening the fish choice was not on (replaced with a lazy prawn dish) and out of two desserts the crumble was also not available! Feel this is lazy as there is so much fish available locally and the excuses to not provide an apple crumble is in fact rather lazy from the kitchen. If you only want to offer pizzas and burgers, fine but don’t disappoint people with omissions.
