The Sail Loft in Greenwich

A la llegada al loft de la vela estaba vacío aparte de otras 2 personas en el corazón de Gree que a 100 metros del Cutty Sark. Notva buena señal en mi opinión en 1. 45 pm Perspectiva muy agradable sobre el Támesis y buenas zonas de estar dentro y fuera para comer Un miembro del personal un joven en 20 s que preguntó si teníamos una reserva si que él revisó su tableta de mano y dijo que puede sentarse en cualquier lugar ... . claramente el lugar estaba vacío! Pedí una botella de salvamento blanconon Columbard £ 30 por encima del precio y se sentó en la zona de comer Recorrimos el menú poco aventurero y pedimos hummus entrante £ 9. De nuevo sobreprecio Pescado con papas fritas principal £ 20 y una hamburguesa de queso £ 20 Llegó el entrante que era insípido de hecho cuestionamos si era hummus y no una toma de calabaza ya que era de color naranja con semillas de calabaza en la parte superior ¡El pescado con papas fritas llegó con 3 porciones del tamaño de una cuchara de tartar de guisantes y ketchup en ridículos platos pequeños y literalmente 15 papas fritas! Cheesburger artrved soso y poco acogedor Nos sentamos a pedir la cuenta después de que nos dijeron a las 2 pm que no había diluvio de chocolate ya que se habían agotado! No hay señales de que otros peopke coman y un viernes por la tarde. Pedimos la factura con un cargo de servicio de £ 10 que había retirado inmediatamente y le preguntamos al camarero a quién había estado abrazando en la ventana del restaurante mirando ambos un ordenador portátil... Mi novia dijo: ¿Quién permite a un miembro del personal a canodle con un GF en el lugar de trabajo .. no dar ningún servicio a los clientes uts pero luego exoectar un cargo de servicio de £ 10! ! ! ! Woukd nunca volver aquí de nuevo o recomendar No hay ambiente... aburrido... comida y bebida muy caras... y el personal entretiene a su novia mientras trabaja más que los clientes Necesitas rastrillo de acción Fullers

Belle vue sur la Tamise bon accueil. La carte des plats le midi reste limitée, nous avons pris un cheeseburger, bon mais sans surprise. Les frites étaient bonnes et copieuses. On pourrait s'attendre à plus de choix dans ce type d'établissement. Prix relativement élevé.

Muy decepcionante. Pub Fullers pero no cervezas Fullers a la venta. Solo una persona trabajando detrás de la barra, por lo que el servicio es muy lento y sin disculpas. El personal realmente grosero cuando se le preguntó sobre esto.

Sentí mucha pena por nuestra anfitriona, una amiga cercana que había reservado una habitación privada para una celebración especial, que debe haberle costado una fortuna. La habitación tenía una atractiva vista al río, pero era demasiado pequeña para el número de huéspedes, por lo que circular era difícil y era muy ruidoso. Hubo muchos problemas, pero no hubo presencia gerencial. Era domingo, así que el gerente de eventos no trabajaba. Las camareras eran agradables, pero parecían ser en su mayoría trabajadores ocasionales sin experiencia. Necesitaba un gerente a cargo y al menos una camarera más. El servicio fue muy lento. Nos sentamos a la 1. 45 pm y para cuando debía salir a las 5 pm mi postre y café no habían llegado. Cada plato parecía ser servido con unas cuantas tapas a la vez. A pesar de que cada uno tenía una tarjeta con nuestro pedido, las camareras obviamente no tenían un plan de mesa de quién había pedido qué. Tuve un buen entrante (bruschetta) y - eventualmente - un buen postre. El plato principal, carne asada y verduras, era horrible. Llegó frío en un plato frío, un montón de cosas ya amontonadas en salsa, que debería haberse servido por separado. No había rábano picante ni mostaza en la mesa. Las zanahorias estaban demasiado cocidas y había una papilla repugnante que parecía ser la coliflor de la semana pasada. Mi esposa es intolerante al gluten. Ella había notificado al restaurante con antelación y por teléfono había elegido un brownie sin gluten con helado para su postre. El menú no indica qué platos, si los hay, están libres de gluten. Su postre real fue descrito como 'vegano' y alguien tuvo que comprobar si realmente estaba libre de gluten. El helado se sirvió en una placa caliente. Este es un pub de cadena (Fuller's) con delirios de ser un restaurante. Necesita un gerente fuerte y competente que lo sacuda.

La location del locale è molto bella, sia all’interno che la vista sul Tamigi, il servizio nella norma, abbiamo preso del pesce ed io un hamburger con cipolle fritte che purtroppo ne ho trovata soltanto una, la qualità della carne non mi ha entusiasmato, il pesce era davvero buono. Il conto rientra nella norma. Se dovessi tornare non prenderei l’hamburger…..

We came here Sunday for a late Lunch. We had booked a table in advance and chose the restaurant for its location facing the Thames and the fact it’s dog friendly. We could take our dog indoors which was great given the changeable weather. The venue is modern and clean. We were upstairs which is lovely and light and airy and we looked over the Thames. This would score it 5 stars. We were welcomed efficiently and taken to our table and our server was very friendly and efficient. I just feel they were under staffed for the amount of customers as it felt like she couldn’t attend to us fully. Not her fault. The food was cooked well but we had to wait ages for it to come over 45 mins and it was only warm when it did turn up. We chose not to have dessert due to the long wait. Other tables had same issue and had to chase up where food was. Overall if they can improve speed of food I would have scored higher.

Pub sul Tamigi dove ho mangiato uno dei migliori fish and chips di Londra. Buona offerta di birre , tra cui quelle della locale birreria Meantime di Greenwich.

My husband and I met up with 2 of his ex work colleagues. They had dined there before biut we hadnt. We were served by a very pleasant young man . Had coffee first as early, then lunch which was delicious. We all had soup, I had bass, 2 of group had the pie of the day and other member had seafood. Too full for pudding so had more coffee!! Had a lovely view of river and were not rushed. Our friend had requested a table away from others because due to medical reason. Will definately come back with family, but I suspect summer and weekends it would be packed so will probably come in day during week. Thank you for your excellent service, made our reunion extra special - it was a long time coming for lots of reasons.

A greatplace to vibe and naturally surrounded with river and what i always needed!! A great place to have a rock and roll stuff and I recommend to have aftermath band for that on Saturday live scene last thing .Riwaj (Bartender) he’s next level, the way he served the drinks and cocktails Was amazing.

I love sitting by the Thames and this pub right on the Thames is perfect. My husband and I sat outside with our dog but were pleased to see inside is dog friendly. We had a pint and a half of peroni costing £11.20. Staff friendly. We walk in this area with our dog at times and if in the area will be returning.

We went to have dinner with friends on Saturday night but all ended up hungry and very disappointed. And out of pocket! The kids had carrot and cucumber sticks with hummus to snack on but the carrots came boiled and floppy. We asked for raw vegetable sticks but were told that because refurbishments were starting on Monday they had none and all the vegetables were boiled. It was hard to believe especially when my daughter ordered cooked carrots for her main course and got raw red peppers instead. Two of us adults ordered a beef starter with salsa verde. When the dish arrived the beef was dry and there was no salsa verde. We asked a waiter about the missing sauce and were told that he would ask the chef. 20 minutes later we had to chase another waiter to find out what was going on. He came back with warm oil. When we said that this wasn't salsa verde the waiter agreed and didn't know what else to say. We asked to speak to the manager but he never showed up. The restaurant is not inexpensive and we'd booked the place because we'd heard it was good, and had great views of the river. The part about the river views was at least accurate. We're locals and haven't had a bad restaurant experience like this one before.

Visited today for lunch with my sister and her husband, and my two little kids. The lady who served us was absolutely lovely, and a big hit with both of my children. My daughter is a social butterfly and absolutely loves when someone talks to her, and this lady didn’t hesitate to stop and chat to her every time she went past. Hence why my daughter left her with a big hug once we were heading out the door. Food was lovely too, I had fish and chips and it was delish! My sister had the steak and said that even though steak didn’t have a lot of flavour, the peppercorn sauce was very good and made up for it. Such a lovely visit all in all and we will definitely come back!

Wowzers, it's expensive for what you actually get, £18.95 for fish & chips, the food wasn't even that good... The serving staff were friendly enough, we were sat in an area that didn't seem to be checked on much, when the food did come they didn't have any hot sauce, the bar staff wouldn't swap the cola for cranberry juice in the cocktail which isn't really a big deal I'm just mentioning it as the drink are probably pre-mixed cocktails. I'd definitely go somewhere else when in Greenwich next, there are much cheaper places around the corner with a nicer atmosphere...

Lovely local pub 😊. This pub is one of our favourites every time we visit Greenwich! The food options are so varied and the view of London is spectacular. Would 100% recommend visiting if your in London!

Abbiamo scoperto per caso questo ristorante con vista incantevole sul Tamigi. Cibo molto buono, porzioni abbondanti e un servizio presente e amichevole. Sicuramente un posto da ricordare e dove tornare a Greenwich!

Staff were very helpful and friendly, if a little slow with service. The food was just average and I didn’t feel it was really worth the cost of eating out unfortunately. It was just another run of the mill chain pub meal. It was nice that they had a sandwich menu in addition to the main one with some nice traditional options on but bread and filling wasn’t particularly fresh and tasty. There were also dogs on all 3 of the tables around us indoors despite plenty of space outside (one was even sat at the table) which were occasionally barking at each other and a member of staff was picking up their water bowls then going on to serve drinks without washing their hands after which put me off my food a bit. The pub itself is nicely decorated and in a nice building and location. Not sure I’d go back as it wasn’t really much better than a ready meal.

Very very impressed with the service greeted promptly and the best wating service Ihave experienced in Central London and we have been to many restaurants in the West End as that's where we are based it's five stars on Food service atmosphere the staff were brilliant it's our fourth vist on an annual vist always the summer. Great location. Great service. Poor quality roast potatoes. Do not get the potatoes and gravy. The gravy is nice but the potatoes are not.

I visited today with family, it was a beautiful, hot sunny day and we were seated quickly at a nice table inside to accommodate my young children that were with us. We were originally served quickly but I think we sat down just before the rush as after that it became a bit of a struggle to get the staffs attention, there seemed to be just two servers for the downstairs section, so I appreciated they were busy. They were both very lovely, however it didn’t seem like they felt that way about each other because as the guy (maybe Italian) brought out ice cream for my daughter and stopped to have a chat with her, the brunette lady server came to him and angrily told him “to stick to your section”. I’ve worked in the industry myself for years so I know it’s frustrating when there’s a lack of communication between co-workers but there was no reason to say it like that in front of us. They were both lovely but it just was a shame it happened right in front of us, otherwise it would have been a 5 star review. Food was good and extra points for the chefs who high fived my 3 year old daughter who came to say thank you for the food :)

We had a large family meal here for 15 people including a mixture of ages from a two year old through to grandparents. I cannot fault it from start to finish, the food was perfect (delicious and generous portions) and the service was outstanding - friendly, helpful, frequently returned to check if we needed anything else, swift when it needed to be and let us dwell on coffees at the end. The view added to the experience and means the little ones have a built in activity which makes the whole experience better for everyone. Thanks for making us feel so welcome and helping us mark a special occasion, we all had a brilliant meal.
