My family and I visited Sage multiple times over our week spent in Cambridge. Dada made the most delicious coffees (lattes, iced coffees) taking time to create beautiful designs on top which made every coffee so special. We travelled from overseas and on the morning of our arrival we had to wait 6 hours until check in. Dada was our savior on that day, making our wait tasty and welcoming. We returned to Sage every day 1. Definitely recommend visiting for the great coffee, tea, delicious pastries and courteous and lovely service!

I recently visited The Sage of Cambridge and had a fantastic experience. The coffee place has a charming atmosphere and an inviting menu. Dada, who served me, made a standout impression with their warm smile and expert recommendations. Their passion for coffee and attention to detail made my visit truly enjoyable. The Sage of Cambridge is a great spot not only for excellent coffee but also as a cozy place to work. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Super little cafe just inside The Fellows House hotel. First class service, a few quality breakfast options, lovely pastries & cakes, and one of the best espressos I have had in Cambridge.

Food and service were ok and prices reasonable, but this is very much a local boozer and customers were a little raucous. Good value.

On first impression it was great. We loved the atmosphere and artwork inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful initially when I asked about the menu. However when we received our order there had been a miss communication regarding one of the plates of food. From them taking the order and the kitchen preparing it, to it then being served. Honestly as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for years from floor staff to management - I was shocked at how we were spoken to when we asked for it to be amended. The person who came to us and asked what we ordered denied that we had order it a certain way in the first place. Upon us saying that we had certainly ordered it GF they pulled a face. - This whole interaction felt very confrontational. Next we could see that member of staff behind the counter talking to the other members of staff and pointing at our table. Of course I understand that you are communicating to the team but it honestly felt unnecessary to repeatedly point and frankly it's rude. Needless to say a different member of staff then approach us to say it was being made which we thanked them for. I can quite easily say that I do not often feel the need to leave reviews and normally if I do it's because it's been a great experience. And this was until we were made to feel that we were being unreasonable. This was our first time in The Locker Cafe - seriously not a great impression.

Terrible service. Staff were unfriendly, did not ask at any point if we wanted anymore drinks or dessert. Had to wait 30+ minutes for a takeaway box and our bill despite asking twice. Non-optional 12.5% service charge was added to our final bill without any receipt given to see the breakdown of cost which was definitely not deserved. The food however was lovely but will not be going back due to poor service.
