The Royal William IV in Lincoln

As usual the staff were brilliant. Most welcoming and accommodating. My only gripe was on this occasion some of the food was slightly over cooked. But overall it was the usual pleasurable visit.

First time my friends and I have been to a bottomless at Craft, least to say we were disappointed. We arrived and notified the staff that we were here for bottomless, seated but was not attended to for half an hour and the drinks took a further 20 minutes. In the whole time we were there, we were served 3 drinks each. We came to an end of our bottomless early due to this and notified the staff, which were lovely and apologetic but not worth the price.

Staff friendly and very professional. Food is great and a lot of options. Great care taken for allergies. Love the £2.60 per pint for ales on Mondays!
