The Royal Oak Miles green in Newcastle-under-Lyme

We called here when picking someone up from nearby ,we only had drinks but very cold has gas was broke no Cole so no fire it could be nice but needs some attention. Will try again

Place needs updating. Poor quality of food ok to go for drinks. But place really needs a refurb.thanks

First visit here with my sister today. Eve is an awesome landlady, and Sam is great! Also met the lovely Gail too. Had the best chicken burger ever for lunch!!! :) Nice little pub with a friendly atmosphere, will be back very soon xx

We thought we'd give the Royal Oak another try after a long lay off. We had a really warm welcome from the new landlady and was happy with how cheap the drinks were. We ordered 2 lamb shank Sunday lunches and were surprised that it was 2 for £10. At that price I think we weren't expecting too much BUT we were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely the meal was. We will be returning very soon. 😀👍
