paid £23 for fish finger and chips and 2 burger meals for a burger meal to not turn up the shop to say half hour for another delivery and £6.50 for the other burger !!!! The ac to actual cheek. They let someone take orders on the phone who knows no English so they get it wrong then charge the customer for there mistake. Disgrace

If I could give minus stars I would, disgraceful service amd shocking food, raw chilli id all I could taste and asked meat feast, told ot was bolognaise but then meat feast Surprisingly forgot all english when went to complain,

Pizzas were gorgeous. I will definitely order from here again. The only problem was they were late and were warm on arrival so we had to heat them up

I go there frequently and the pizza is above and beyond other places while also being cheap. Honestly good choice if your wanting quality pizza.

Chicken burger is very tasty ..hubby loved the cheese burger and the kids loved tgere peparoni pizza and chips very tasty

A terrific little gem in a village and the new manager is delightful. Made us feel very welcome and considering he is from out of town he fits well An up and coming little pub with so much potential and a owner who has the optimism to do it !! can’t wait !!!

Food is always lovely. Pizzas, kebabs and burgers all nice. Good portions good value for money food is never late delivery or collection. Would recommend

Ordered from here for first time. I live around 6 miles away. I can’t believe how quickly the food was delivered. It was very much still hot enough to eat which massively surprised me. And the food was also delicious and as described.

Not happy has we ordered kabab pasty at 9.0clock told them we wanted chilli and garlic on the base . When we collected it .and brought it home No chilli half of it didn't have a kabab in. Its a disgrace as ur not getting what uv ordered . Won't be going there for a while

Very little choice for lighter bites/snack lunch. Staff and service good though. And, some lighting would be good. Very dark inside. Needs brightening up during the day.

Had a fantastic takeaway delivered to the Premier Inn at Holystone. Pizzas, chips and jalapeno bites all cooked to perfection and arrived hot and nicely packaged. No photos as we forgot before we all munched but can highly recommend. Thanks Pizza Royal💗

All ways real nice food and at a fantastic price too

They are quick with delivery, the pizza is up to standards with what you would expect, they also throw in a cheese pizza with it too. NGL for a place called pizza royal you’d expect their wings to be below average but they make outstanding bbq wings which surprised me. Would recommend as they are local and friendly. (P.S the wings are usually slathered in bbq sauce so don’t take my picture as how you’d expect the wings.

Live their parmo and kids love the pizza.

Unreal pizzas n kebabs Chilli sauce n garlic on point

Ordered from here for the 1st time & have to say we'll definitely be ordering again as it was delicious. Chicken Parmesan, cheese & bacon burgers & free pizza were very tasty. Parmesan came with a big tub of salad too. Portion sizes are good. 22/9/20 this is several times later...we've always been happy, but tonight topped the lot...tandoori chicken & garlic sauce wrap was absolutely deicious & my husband's chilli 1 was just as nice...will definitely be ordering again. Unreal, thank you!

I've been using pizza royal for a few years now and always recommend to friends. Tonight was 2 and a half hours for delivery, after the first hour and half I rang and was told 15/20 minutes fast forward an hour later and 2 further phone calls one of which with the manager who apologised for the delay. The delivery driver was a nice lad and food finally arrived was hot and tasted lovely as always but a lot went to waste unfortunately as the kids had fell asleep waiting.

Driver just needs to wear a mask and gloves and take precautions

Had one of those keebab pizzas and I've just got to say what a delicious delight. The keebab meat and pizza sauce combine to make lush unique flavours and wicked taste explosion of pure geordie pleasure.

Visited on steak night ordered 2 steaks. They arrived perfectly cooked and high quality with lovely onion rings, delicious chips, peas, mushrooms and toms. I also had a pepper sauce which was lovely. A perfectly cooked meal in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere!

We had Sunday lunch on 13th May 2018. Amazing quality at a reasonable price. We had the pork which was really tender and there was a really good selection of well cooked vegetables. We left feeling really full. Nice friendly atmosphere with amicable local customers. I didn't think it was possible to make this pub a success - I was proved wrong !

I live about 400m from her, but it was not my sort of pub, However, since Russ has taken over there has been a step change. We've been for a drink on several occasions in the past five or six weeks and there's always a friendly welcome and friendly locals, a couple of real ales and realistic prices. Went last Friday with a couple of friends for a steak night meal (check before you turn up because at the moment, food service seems to be limited to Friday nights and Sunday lunch, although they are advertising pre Christmas dinners from Dec 1st). We were not disappointed - good service, good steaks, good company, sensible price (and we could walk home afterwards). We'll be going again soon!

This pub has been in Somerton ever since I can remember and I went there last Sunday (8th sept) for lunch and it was out standing! It still maintains its rustic character! Well done to the new management! The next time I’m in Somerton I shall be going for a meal! As I live in Lutterworth Leicestershire, but have family in Somerton!

Went in on the off chance for a meal, wasn't disappointed. Great food, nice portion size,, Bit expensive but you do get what you pay for. You can go in the Dining room or just informal in the bar.

We rang at short notice to book a ta ble for 13 people & the chef happily stayed an hour extra to cook for us all... the food was fresh & tasty & the pizza dough was freshly made

This pub is basically a drinking pub but with activities on throughout the months ( music, quizzes etc) Its has an excellent pool table and 2 dart boards, sport in both bars on the tv, the staff will put whatever channel you want to watch on as long as there isnt an audience already, the locals are friendly, the staff are also very friendly, possibly the best staff in somerton!

Beautiful setting, with the exception that the inner upstairs envy way needed a vacuuming; excellent service with the exception that when first seated it was a tad rushed..( though some might find this perfect for ensuring you get the attention you want when you initially get started); and the experience was lovely, no exception. The "smoked" smoked salmon (signature dish) was exceptional as was the amuse bouche (two to be exact, so if you count that plus the free " pre-dessert, you actually get a five- seven course tasting even when you order a la carte). We all found these "extras" more outstanding than the mains (chicken and risotto) which were good but a bit bland for our tastes. Special note: do be prepared that you get a small pre-dessert before dessert, and a post-dessert offering of cookies, fudge and other confections which are quite fun. but plan accordingly. You might be better off if you either skip the main dessert or share one amongst a few of you so you can comfortably enjoy all the treats.

So nice to have local people say hello to you when you walk in a place Loved it. Will go back again when out football team is down playing st somerton

Fantastic pub, lovely land lady! Massive selection of drinks. Good for a quiet drink or socialising. Also has live music/ karaoke events!

I always get my kebabs from here. But tonight the kebab meat was all burnt and hard. It was horrible so most of it went into the bin. Very disappointed.

Horrible Wet soggy chips, garlic sauce placed on the burger when it doesn't state it when ordering you just think you are getting a tub of it then you realise it's smothered all over your burger which isn't good! Other than that just an average burger nothing different from anywhere else

I normally order for collection whilst at work. But with me having a poorly baby at home and no time to cook, I had to order for delivery tonight. I received yet again, another beautiful and outstanding meal. So pleased I choose to order from pizza royal everytime. Delivery took 1hr 30mins, No cheese in the Cheesy Donner Wrap and cheesecake came frozen and wasn't edible till the next day.

Lovely food as per usual. Took a reasonable amount of time which for the standard of food isn't a problem. However the takeaway driver blasting his music and leaving it on while he leaves his car is abit un called for!

1 hour 15 minutes for delivery and very disapointed with the food, pizzas luke warm, chips aren't even worth eating it looks like they've been sat in that box God knows how long. Wish I could upload a picture to show how bad this is. Have used in the past and had no problems but will be avoiding in future

I started using this shop last month and found there pizza superb however i i put a large order in over £30 and two of the pizza were dry and appeared to have been sitting around for a while before delivery i hope the next order is better

Best Parmesan I've ever had from a takeaway!

Food arrived 35 mins late, restaurant would not answer telephone, pizza cold, just eat called restaurant and they would not replace or refund the pizza. Very disappointed! Will definitely not use again EVER! The toppings are correct but the pizza is too cold to eat, the stuffed crust cheese is solid and the slices all stuck together.
