Great all day breakfasts and friendly staff to serve at great price value.

A lovely little cafe in the centre of Yeovil. Staff are absolutely lovely. It can get very busy at lunch time. I would highly recommend the American Breakfast or the Brunch

Tasty grub for the 3 of us that kept us going all day. Cost just under £30 for the 3 of us with drinks. Ordered 2 all day breakfasts and a brunch meal. Would use again

Lovely foods. Place could be warmer, although there was a cold fan blowing down.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food and the service. Walked around town to the other shops that do a cooked breakfast and even though they had empty tables each said they were fully booked. Poppins, walked in sat down and served within 2 minutes. Definitely will go again.

Hubby and I went to Yeovil shopping, we popped into Poppins, haha. We had breakfasts, a coffee and a tea. The service was really great, very quick, the meals came out fast and freshly cooked. Delicious and not cheap coffee. Prices are very reasonable. Kids look well catered for too. Wouldn't hesitate to eat here again. Thank you and well done all.

Excellent speedy service lush food

Nice little café, serves all day breakfast along with a variety of other meals. The food was served quickly but a little underwhelming for the price, the hash browns tasted a bit burnt and drinks were very expensive; a 330ml glass of Pepsi costing almost £4. Table service was handy however, and the staff were very friendly and was greeted at the door upon arrival. Atmosphere reminded me of an American Diner which was really refreshing, with an open look into the kitchen as chefs made the meals. Overall I couldn't say I was particularly blown away, with the main drawback being the price - however I still respect the efforts made by staff to ensure an inclusive experience. 3/5

Came here for the first time at the start of the month after seeing this place for so long and never pulling the trigger of going in and I think this place is my new go too for breakfast, was quiet but yet had a nice atmosphere, friendly waiter and a really nice place to relax for some food, great choice of options, can't wait for my next trip, the decor may look old and retro but that just adds to the atmosphere.. takes you back to a time where things was just so much simpler

I just popped in for a burger and sat myself at the back of the restaurant. Order was taken quickly and the food promptly arrived. The food was good and the staff polite. Has the feel of an old time happy eater but the place is clean and the open kitchen spotless I was even allowed to plug my phone charger in!

Visited here today with my partner. Good varied menu and reasonably priced. Staff were great and are a credit to this cafe. All friendly and offer a smile even when they are busy. Ordered 2 cooked breakfasts and pancakes. Couldn’t fault the food in any way. Hot, freshly cooled and well priced. Will be definitely visiting this cafe again.

Brilliant brunch, fresh hot and tasty!

Popped into Poppins in Yeovil this morning for breakfast. Plenty of choice on the menu and good value. Food nicely cooked, arrived hot and generous portions on the plate. Very nice waiter in here - friendly and helpful.

Love it. Daughter and grandkids like it.

A very uninspiring toasted sandwich, never had a ham & cheese toastie with so little filling. Service & staff fine.

Ordered a curry had the guy come over admitted it was tinned curry and was microwaved and chicken was hard 7 pound for a tinned curry is just abit to much will not be going back

Remember this cafe from many years ago. Happen to be in yeovil for a visit so popped in for breakfast. Lovely, only thing I will say is ... staff uniforms need sorting, bit of continuity would make it more professional.

Very fatty poor quality sausage bacon most of the breakfast deep fried I left half of it felt quite I'll after never had such fatty food befor even the mushrooms were full of fat the place was very clean the staff lovley I cant say what the lunch menu is like as only had breakfast

First time eating out with restrictions in place. So welcoming. Greeted and taken to a table. Served quickly. Food was perfect. A fab place for a spot of lunch. All staff had PPE, sanitizer on entry. Felt very comfortable, will definitely return again. Thank you.

I had mushroom omelette and chips. Food arrived quickly, it was piping hot. Attentive waiting staff who actually smiled (which can be a rarity!) even though the diner was very busy. Restaurant and loo spotlessly clean.

Popped in for a late breakfast on Monday 28th October 2019. Premises are basic but clean and tidy with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was the 'inclusive' on the menu and cost £7.60p. Reasonable quality and price. Service was really speedy.

Popped in pardon the pun for some breakfast took my seat and straight away was greeted and asked about a drink whilst looking at the menu.drink arrived 30 secs later I had decided what to order and 5 mins later my meal arrives.i was not hassled by staff asking if it was ok I was allowed to eat in peace and it was delicious. In a day and age when people want this and want that it’s refreshing to go to a nice place for proper grub and be treated politely by staff. Fantastic

Spotted this cafe earlier in the week and popped in for lunch today. What a great little cafe. Plenty of choice on the menu at very reasonable and honest prices. Lovely decor, immaculately clean and also has its own cups with the cafe name on - posh! Very pleasant staff who are highly efficient. Food nicely prepared and decent sized portions - highly recommended. Will definitely return when back in Yeovil.

I was new to the town and luckily hit upon this great diner. Extremely clean and spacious. All day breakfast with lots of options to build your own. Great coffee and well cooked and tasty food. Staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Very obliging swapping out foods I couldn't eat and doubling up, or not charging more for additional items. Food not greasy. The place is clean. Usually very busy. Swift service and food arrives always quicker than expected. Chair and bench seating. Disabled access but toilet up stairs.

The food wasn't bad, but the venue attracts the sort of people you might want to avoid! Fixtures and fittings looked decidedly tired and grubby.

W pop into poppins some Saturdays for lunch. The staff are fab, so Ernest and willing to please. The service is quick and the kitchen clean . Good value for money

A quick lunch after the dentist. Unfortunately himself doesn't like sushi so we ended here. I chose fish & chips, which I love, but was disappointed. The fish, which was advertised as cod, was obviously cut from a large frozen slab, covered in batter & refrozen. The outside was the colour of mahogany but the inside of the batter was soggy & the fish mushy. The chips were very pale & went cold in a minute. Himself chose curry which was a bright yellow fluid with a few pieces of cubed chicken floating in it. The staff were perfectly amenable, the service was quite quick; the tables were Formica but clean. But the food is only adequate. All day breakfasts seem to feature strongly.

Visited today got the order wrong when questioned the staff seemed to get defensive and didn't put the order right. Food was ok not many chips and chips were cold.

We were travelling home from a short break and popped in to Yeovil for a quick lunch. The staff were extremely welcoming and everything is very clean. We both had baked potatoes which were very good and nicely presented. This is a great place for a quick and inexpensive lunch. Thank You!

Lovely Turkish family run this place very friendly I spilt my coffee and they were very attentive cleaning up and replacing with another one free of charge. Great prices on the food Would visit again x

Stop off today and had a lovely lunch, the lady watris was very helpful moved us to a booth as the table next to us was a little noisy. Food was piping hot and good price recommended many thanks.

Called in while shopping,and from the minute we stepped in to the minute we left we received excellent service. The food was very nice, hot and arrived quickly. It all looked lovely and tasted lovely too. Everything was clean including the toilets, We were very impressed and will go there again.

Great food and clean establishment. Prices aren't bad either.
