Food was vile threw it away worst Indian food I have ever had on my life chips was like cooking in chicken fat as all could taste was chicken only nice thing the salad never again

Food was over 35 minutes late, (past the latest time,) because of "Traffic." Hence it was just about warm. Our requests for no oil and not black/burnt bread was ignored as both had burnt parts and the mushrooms were swimming in oil.

Starters and mains great. Only comment is poppadums were a bit stale.

Food was dry and rice under cooked. Salty

The worst curry experience ever! The curry powder wasn’t even mixed in with the gravy properly. The salt was overpowering. The set meal had a nan missing. I had to call them three times to get the missing nan out. I speak the same language as the people who run this place and what I heard over the phone was unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never order again. The portion sizes are small compared to other Indian places. I advic all to try the Hornchurch Indian places instead of this place.

I normally order from here and have no issues but this time they lost my order so had to wait for a new one to be done.

I did not receive the rice with the lamb pathia and the tandoori mixed grill balti had bones and was meant to be served with Nan I did not get and the portion was small so not a great experience and left hungry

Food was off and taste funny .. biryani was hard..never ordering from there again ..

Been ordering from 2019 when I moved to Rainham, quality has dropped over the last few orders, nothing like it used to be, disappointing. Was way too much oil/ghee this time, could see it all on top when I opened the tubs. probs last time ordering, shame

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. The food was lovely. The Alloo Gobi was tasty but the potatoes should have been cut up more and not left as half cut potatoes and with more Gravy as well! more Tarka Dhal should have be given for the cost! and your Naan Bread was too fat, two Naans could have been made out of the one I received! I would definitely order again from them if these changes could be made!

the containers of food that arrived were all half full, very disappointing as i had previously ordered from here it was very good.

Really lovely food! Chops could have been a bit more tender but that’s personal preference. Would definitely order again.

My go to Indian for over 6 Years and it's still on point. Food is tasty and of high quality. Delivery is always in time.

Popadoms were stale and arrived broken. Curries were watery with small meat content. Disappointing as I placed an order and then called the restaurant personally and told them how I wanted my curries.

Great food as always, but although this is the sixth time I’ve ordered with this place, this time the courier rang to query the address, as he said his ticket said no 9 (I’m at no 20). When he arrived, he showed me his ticket which clearly says no 9! I checked my profile and that’s correct - no idea why it would be wrong at the restaurant end! 🤷‍♀️

This is my go to Indian restaurant. Tonight the Sheek Kebab was not as expected. Everything else was perfect as usual. Not sure why the kebab tasted unseasoned but expect it to be a one off and that they will be back to perfection by next order.

Special biryani was perfect. Full of flavour. Delivered hot and on time.

The food quality has changed dramatically no flavour, tastes bland and the people that deliver are just rude. Won’t be purchasing anything from there again!!

Food was abysmal, lacked flavour, very bland, such a disappointment. Do not recommend - avoid! On a positive note it arrived earlier than expected.

After waiting 10 minutes past delivery time I contacted and was given new delivery time. food was still delivered 10 minutes after second time given. food was not very warm but tasted ok.

Food tastes great as always but portions are tiny. Plastic containers for bombay potatoes and garlic mushrooms were less that half full. Not even enough to cover the bottom of the container. The main was about half full but that could be it had sauce.

A literally string of beads were in my naan.

Used to be one of the best around Dagenham. Was in the area thought I’d order again. It’s awful, dry, powdery curry with no sauce. Overcooked naan, tasteless rice and forgot items from my order would recommend other Indians. Avoid !

Unfortunately the last takeaway wasn't the best. The rice was overcooked and it didn't look nor taste good, and the curry was made so spicy that I could taste only the chili powder rather than the meal. This used to be my favorite place to order from but the quality has gone down the hill. It's so disappointing.

Taste wasn’t great the tikka masala didn’t really taste like that dish, Nan was doughy, pappadums were stale (>~<)

Overall, the experience was disappointing. The lamb rogan lacked authenticity and was prepared with tin tomatoes, resulting in visible tomato chunks. The butter chicken surprisingly had an overwhelming coconut flavor, which was unexpected. this dish typically emphasizes a rich, creamy tomato-based sauce. The only highlight was the mixed grill dish, which we found enjoyable.

Tried the king prawns this time - I usually have chicken - they were every bit as good, succulent and well cooked. Really great Bombay potato and naan bread to die for!

This is my first time that i try indian food from this resturant but i never had this worst taste in my life.. Entire food was tasteless...If i get chance.. I want refund.. Really disappointed

Not up to the expectation. Lamb chop was dry and flavourless. Biriyani is Okish.

Unfortunately there were a few things wrong with our meal. 1. Lamb was chewy- 2. Too much coriander was used, it over took the flavours - 3. The chicken tikka was dry. 4. Don’t put a wedge of lemon on main course rice, that’s all you can taste. Usually I have nothing but praise for our meals, but today a bit disappointed.

I love this restaurant but unfortunately the portions were a lot smaller than usual today. Maybe not a good idea to order on a Saturday

Sadly, I think the recipe of the biriyani has changed and it wasn’t good :( same as the vegetable curry. It’s too watery now and not much vegetables. Tandoori chicken was not cooked fully, I had to finish cooking it myself which is obviously not great. I ordered food to avoid cooking this evening and ended up still needing to cook. Won’t be in a rush to order from here again anytime soon. Will be trying elsewhere.

the lamb pieces in both tandoori mixed grills were rock hard, you couldn't even get your knife through them, so tough, unable to eat them.

The prawn cocktail was warm as it had been put next to hot rice ,not only tasted bad but dangerous too ,WARMED UPPRAWNS!!!should never happen

I have fully gave up with this Indian. It’s far too inconsistent lately. When it’s good it’s good. When it’s bad, it’s bad. They never listen to notes, I’ve received a completely different curry to what I usually ordered. Food was hot, but the curry was wrong. If the curry isnt wrong, the food comes cold or somethings missing from my order. I don’t know what’s happened to this curry house but it’s not up to standards recently. Gonna be looking to take my custom elsewhere. After years of loyalty you would think they would treat loyal customers better.

The food was not great, very tasteless. The tiger prawn was burnt and tasted like charcoal. Biryani was bland and didn’t have much flavour. Overall was quite disappointed.

We’ve been a bit put off from ordering here recently. As it’s been very hit and miss. But we decided to try again Friday night. It was exactly how it used to be. I’m hoping they had a few bad weeks. It seems as though they had a new chef and everything we ordered wasn’t up to standard. But Friday night it was top notch.

Annoying when orders get marked as delivered when they haven’t. Food was ok but tasted 10 times better the next day. Will order again 🙂
