The Royal Albion recently catered our wedding and reception and honestly we are so happy we went with Harpreet and the team to cater for our special day. Throughout the planning stages, Harpreet was so helpful and guided us on how to make the best choices for our day. She accommodated all our extra requests and was always so helpful whenever we needed anything. Our guests really enjoyed the food and won’t stop talking about the spicy fish bites! Nice cosy pub that shows the sport and has great food.

I have been twice in the last month after finding this pub through google. I went with different people each time and we ordered the meat platter on both occasions with naan and both times the food was absolutely amazing. Incredibly tasty and flavourful. On my next visit I will try a curry or two as they look great as well!

The food at the Royal Albion is fantastic. Harpreet and Dips catered for our wedding in August - we sampled a few different caterers before deciding on TRA (now The Indian Wedding People). We can't fault their communication and attention to detail on the lead up to the big day. There were a couple of issues on the day which we discussed with Harpreet afterwards and she was extremely understanding and took on our feedback. We therefore can't fault their service and quality of food and we wish them all the very best of luck in their new endeavour as The Indian Wedding People. Thanks again guys!

Stupid immature customer service. When you place orders online they don't have a clue about it and simply say you need to speak to the uber drivers directly. No sort of respect for the customer and a stinking attitude.

I am very sorry to say I ordered your food yesterday the the 15th July it was awful soon as my son opened the food cartans the food smelled off gobi aloo was floating in a oily gravy the onions in the salad were off they stunk like they were old smelly onions u used I threw the whole meal in the bin I will not be eating your food again worse experience ever you need to prepare food fresh not dish out old food from day's old

Had the mixed grill with some masala chips and a pint of neck oil. It was epic! Will definitely come again next time I'm down

The best authentic Indian food, we tried the food there couple of months before but we were disappointed because it was too oily. As we live around one of our friend suggested us to try again and we thought let's give it a try, the food came bang on, we ordered lamb curry, Karachi chicken , palak paneer and Dal makhni. Every dish was spot on but lamb curry won the show. Highly recommended. We gonna be their regular customer now.

They advertise a Sunday roast and it on the menu on line. When I came to order it they said they only do Indian food and walked away. Didn’t even ask if I wanted something else. Rude

Generally just a nice place to visit. I had a portable Lyte charger I needed to return there and the owner was very friendly.

Food has come cold. Ordered meat platter from Uber Eats, half of the platter was missing. Rang up didn't offer anything other than extra food next time. Ridiculous. Never going to have again.

A hidden gem serving authentic Indian food in Hounslow! Neat and clean environment - which I find very rare in this area - greatly enhances overall dining experience. We ordered Karachi paneer, daal Tarka and Raita with tandoori roties. It was the best Indian food we had in the area during our one week stay. Don’t miss this restaurant if you are in Hounslow for whatever reason!

The food is not as good as it shows on the Food Delivery websites. it was clearly too watery and oily so all the taste just goes off the veggies and in water. All we're eating is boiled Potatoes and Gobi with some bland taste. Which is not what you really want. The Naan was OK but not as good as it shows over the websites and apps. It was flat and little chewy. I would still be OK with the Naans if the Veggie was good taste. The food needs to improve!

Delicious and tasty food catered for at my son's 5th birthday! They understood the assignment and delivered a professional service that catered to everyone's palette.. from nuggets for the children right through to to awesome veg tikka for the vegetarians! Everyone was raving about the food. We regularly get a take away from this place and were impressed to see that nothing was missing when the food was served to a large group all at once. The Royal Albion catered for our recent party at home. Harpreet was excellent. Professional. Understood the brief and delivered to a high standard. The food was excellent. Delivered on time. Piping hot and enough for the revellers to have some at 3 am after night out. We had vegetarian food. It was tasty.just enough spicy and very good quality. We will be returning to them for our next party soon. Thank you Harpreet and team.

I have eaten at many restaurants in 50 years of my life. Many so called upmarket posh restaurant, I have found food standard quality but at Royal Albion you walk in to a place, which is old style pub in a side st of Hounslow area. Thinking what kind of food quality I am and my guests going to enjoy the very first time. After speaking to manager/ owner IVO I was introduced to the chef called Sam because I insisted in meeting the chef, after conversation regarding his experience in restaurant cooking, i was impressed with his record of cooking at top restaurants in Delhi and around the world in 5 stars hotels well after our visit I can write this that you are in for a treat of eating of highest quality, a work of art in cooking in my book. Probably the best Indian I have had in a long while!! Nice flavours a bit on the hot spicey side of the road. Nothing a bit of yogurt can sort out!! Hope they keep the standard up as one thing I have noticed is the quality of other good food establishment's letting there standard go.

Disappointed! Ordered takeaway via Uber Eats. No chutneys or sauces to go with the fish. Portions were small including the curry I ordered. The food was tasty but their are better places to order from locally who are equal in taste, do larger portions and always include sauces and chutneys!

Tucked away in a quiet street away from the busy hounslow high street. Authentic Indian food. Tasty and good value for money. Their Naan reminded me of the one's you get in India. Great service from the bartender/manager Ivo.

Food is amazing. Indian cuisine, you will not be disappointed with any starter or main. I recommend the large mixed grill if you're not alone. Sizzling hot plate full of different succulent chicken pieces and lamb chops with onions that add that special flavour.

We Visited here lunchtime on Thursday 5th Jun 2021, and it was empty as just opened at 1pm. Staff really friendly and a lovely clean place. We were able to play pool as less restrictive due to the Covid-19. It is known for it's good food, but we did not eat. Plenty of soft couches and music screens for videos. I can highly recommend this as a lovely place for family to visit.

The food is really, really, good. The chefs are so polite. The bartenders are good too and keen on their customers. A place you can keep going back for sure. Oh, almsot 4got affordable!

Most tastiest lamb Biryani but way too many cardamom seeds and other seeds added. Mostly every bite I bit into a cardamom seed, I had to pick them out (see pic). Otherwise very tasty food but there needs to be way less seeds in it. Edit - 15 cardamom seeds and 7 cumin seeds... please reduce this! It doesn't need to be so many.

Great little pub with nice decor and a pool table as well as comfy sofas. The food here was very tasty, I recommend the Mighty Meat Platter, it's even better value when you eat out to help out.

We had takeaway. 1st time the home style chicken was great, home style. On Friday 24.7.20 home style chicken was just pieces of breast chicken in a curry sauce. Disappointed.

The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is very cool and laid back. All the sports channels at your command, the staff and owner dip are pleasing to chat with.

The best takeaway in lockdown. We were craving a delicious meal but had been let down by a couple of takeaways that we had tried...either arriving very late , food cold, some dishes missing and also very small portions. Then along came our delivery from the Royal Albion...on time, freshly cooked, still hot , really good portion sizes and best of all it all tasted absolutely delicious 😋👌. I don't know how they manage to keep their naans so soft and the meat so tender. Wellldone guys absolutely delicious food even in lock down.😋

I ordered a home delivery on ubereats. Had tried there food especially the mixed grill and kebab rolls before which were alright(couple of months ago not recently). So This time i went for lamb chops, tandoori chicken wings and homemade chicken curry garlic naans.All the grilled dishes were just reheated and were dry and horrible. Especially the chicken wings god knows when they were cooked. The chicken curry was just boiled piece of chicken mixed in onions tomato gravy as opposed to the menu describing on the bone chicken curry. Naans breads were alright so just ate them with boiled chicken sauce.rest went in the bin. See i do understand that in this troubled times of lockdown atleast we should be great full for the restaurants to be open and delivering. But that doesn’t mean that the restaurants should serve this crap(see the pictures). They can shorten the menu if not selling that much food as normal. £30 something just waste of money and expectations of a pleasurable meal!think twice before ordering.......

We had a takeaway over the weekend and they had an incredible offer . It was £50 for a huge amount of starters and mains . The food was incredible, really tasty and proper Punjabi food . I met Sam who is the Chef . He’s very proud of his food and he’s a really nice guy . The owner mentioned that they are providing 150 free meals a day for the NHS . Well done The Royal Albion.

Gave this place a go after being recommended it by a few friends. The atmosphere and crowd are absolutely fine and a lot better than some other places can be. Bar staff are also very friendly polite and welcoming. My only criticism was the wait time on the food, starters arrived fine and on time and actually tasted quite good. However they completely forgot about our main course and we had to wait for over 45 minutes before it arrived. By the time it arrived it wasn’t worth the wait. I would still give them another go in the future. Hopefully service can be slightly improved

Great food excellent atmosphere and really enjoyed my eveming there. I think one of the kitchen staff messed up my mains so took about 45 minutes to come but that is okay mistakes happen. Other than that it was an excellent evening.

I had the jalfrezi take away and was lovely. Had been in for a couple of pints and staff were very attentive and sit down dinners all looked happy. Will definitely be going for Eat in next time.

A well looked after little pub in Hounslow with a great atmosphere and Terrific and well presented bar staff! I mean the beautiful bartender really looked after us and made our first visit in there very pleasant.

Old skool barbecue!! Loved it the beer garden has been transformed since last visit. They have TVs in beer garden so you can watch the football whilst enjoying a banging burger. Lamb burger with mint sauce was succulent and very tasty. Well done chef Paul!! Looking forward to the next bbq!

I’ve ordered plenty of takeaways from this place but this was only the second time eating in. Don’t let the scruffy exterior put you off. We were the only customers eating on a Friday lunchtime but it still had a good atmosphere, and the waitress was great. The food amazing - the home style lamb curry and chicken vindaloo outstanding. Tarka dal a bit on the thin side for my taste but I think that’s authentic (and the menu described it as soupy). Nice cold beer too. I’d really recommend the Royal Albion.

My mixed grill at The Royal Albion was very nice and arrived at my table on a sizzling platter. My Fullers session beer was good too, I had to have another.Service was quick and pleasant.I shall return next time I feel like a Curry.
