Oddono's Gelati in Hounslow

Oddonos has the best gelato I’ve tried in England. My personal favourite is a cone with Oreo and Pistachio Gelato.

Best ice cream I’ve ever had!!! Always so lovely in there and can never do enough for you. Always mixing up the ice cream flavours and I honestly look forward to going!

Only thing stopping 5 stars is I like my coffee beans in my coffee not the ice cream, authentic but....

The best ice cream I have ever tried. I had to have one today too. My favourite taste is hazelnut and pistachio.

The Good: - A great range of ice creams to choose from. The Bad: - It can sometime get very busy when the weather is good! The Good to Know: - At time of writing, the ice cream cakes (which are amazing and good for celebrations etc.) are not available. - Due to social distancing, there is limited sit in space, however there area benches just outside. Top Tip: - The pistachio icecream is great! - The fantastic Fouberts is also just across the street.

There's a reason for the queues outside - a great icecream bar, excellent value if you buy it in a box rather than by the cone.

Come to this place regular and must say the ice cream is superb I had a pistachio today and it was so tasty And a special thanks to my server today Graziano who has great customer service skills is polite , friendly and makes you feel welcome

Awful customer experience. New opening times posted from September 25th, but they started that early. Staff in the shop wouldn’t let me in even though we arrived during the current advertised opening times. I do love Oddono’s but when they close early and don’t respect customers that’s a big NO for me

Very tasteful ice cream - had a wide range, had a really cool vibe too it, and served yummy ice cream. Staff were not that friendly and did not have very good English so was hard to understand but it was a bit hard when wearing a mask. Lovely ice cream and would definitely recommend.

Oddono in Chiswick has been the best gelateria in London so far. I am a regular customer and I love all the flavours they have, however I am very disappointed with my last visit which was a week ago: no one of the staff members was wearing face mask and gloves. I mean I really wanted a gelato for so long during this lockdown and when I saw they touched the cone with their hands while serving, I just didn’t want it anymore. I ordered and ate it but this wasn’t professional and hygienic at all. Shame!

If you are around you must stop and treat yourself for a Oddono’s Gelati. By far the best ice cream I had in London. You feel like you are at the piazza Navona in Rome. Excellente

Love the ice cream here, my mum particularly liked the pistachio like many other people it seems. I also thought the coffee was very authentic.

This has got to be THE BEST pistachio gelato I’ve ever tasted! I also tried the fig one which wasn’t half as good. Staff friendly and the prices are very reasonable too. Just a shame I don’t live nearer!

Pistachio is a must try as is hazelnut Problem is our palate has become so used to sweet sugary ice cream without cream which means when you taste the delicate flavour of a top quality like this it’s a shock! Very nice quiet place. Staff were not very nice though. Ice cream is good and reasonably priced.

Quality gelato. We chose to visit for dessert instead of eating at the restaurant. Good flavour choices which delivered and fast service. Have visited this chain previously and would visit again if in the area.

We love this place ...the quality of the ice cream is excellent, they never seem to compromise on the quality of the materials. The pistachio flavour is the best pistachio ice cream I had outside Italy.

Very friendly staff and very nice ice cream, It must be difficult with a long established rival on the opposite of the road.

Just had a scoop of pistachio and a scoop of cookies & cream ice cream on a cone and it was absolutely delicious. So much so that I'm writing a review! I think it's going to be the highlight of the week. It's that good. You should visit Oddono. You deserve to be as happy as I was. :-)

I tried this place for the first time and oh my god! This has to be the best ice cream I have eaten. Even in Italy I didnt find as good as this. The coffee and pistachio flavours are just to die for. Not sweet and not frozen, just perfect! And the lady was very friendly

This is definitely my favourite place for gelato in London. I have tried the shop in chiswick and I can easily say that I love it. Gelato is really good ad authentic and prices are great. Surely worth a visit.... Or two

Mis amigos y yo ir a este lugar para el helado en una base regular. . . A nosotros nos encanta sus sabores sorprendentes y un gran servicio. No puedo decir que es el mejor en Chiswick Fouberts como (que es más de la calle) ha sido ir literalmente por décadas y es igual de bueno, pero este lugar tiene mis gustos personales en las opciones de sabor.

Great I took my Mum and my Mother in law on mothers day for the first time they loved it they had Hazelnut & Pistachio.

This is the best ice cream in Chiswick if not in London. They have plenty of flavours, they do take away and the price is fair for the quality you get.

Un gran lugar para relajarse con amigos en Chiswick, ofrece una buena variedad de helado a un precio razonable. Cuando visitamos, todo el personal era bilingüe en italiano y en inglés y la tienda tiene asientos tanto internos y externos y hay un par de bancos públicos fuera si está lleno. Disfruté de un cono de vainilla y cereza y sin duda volveré.

Este fue un post muy conveniente - cena parada en la calle alta. Sabores fenomenal y una selección de sorbetes también para aquellos que no quieran lácteos.

Esta tienda de helados sustituirá un lugar menos exitosa franquicia de helados que a ocupar la tienda antes. El flujo constante de personas en y fuera de aquí ahora, y las frecuentes colas te dicen todo lo que necesita saber. . . . El mejor helado alrededor y un gran servicio. Passeggiando per south Kensington mi ritrovo di fronte questa piccola gelateria strapiena di gente, mi chiedo un motivo ci sarà? Entro e prendo un cono medio (molto generoso al prezzo di 3.80£ nettamente sotto la media di Londra) nocciola e cioccolato....in un attimo capisco tutta quella gente ed il loro amore per un gelato Italiano davvero di ottima fattura!!!!

En Gelati de Oddono Chiswick High Road y las colas permanentes para pedir hablar sobre la calidad. Los gelatos volver a Italia y las porciones son generosas. Probamos diferentes sabores (vainilla, chocolate, galleta, straciattela, pistacho. . . Y todos ellos eran) delicioso. El sorbete de banana helado era muy popular con otros clientes. Incluso si no tenemos muchos días de calor que en Londres, es una buena Oddono lugar para disfrutar de una buena gelatos!

Sirve la mejor de Oddono pistacho que he tenido. Este lugar tiene una gran selección de sabores, la calidad es increíble y el personal es siempre amable. No puedo recomendar este hotel lo suficiente. ! Prepárate para hacer cola cuando está más de 20 grados.

Visited the shop on sunny Sunday evening. Many people were sitting on tables and outside the shop. I ordered gelato with chocolade flavour, medium size in a cone, and it was good. I prefer Finnish ice-cream, but especially abroad, I sometimes taste something different. Nice weather, good gelato, Chiswick... good combination.

Great selection of ice creams, great service and delicious cakes. If you are around you can't miss this place.

Authentic Italian recipe... fluffy ice cream, crunchy and delicious cones, (definitely fresh made) friendly and patient staff... Pistachio and Stracciatella absolutely heavenly!

Lovely spot for a sweet treat. The mango sorbet was delish! May have to go again before we leave London.

I went here in the summer a few times and the range of flavours, service and Gelato itself is all great. The coffee one is super good and my friend raves about the mango sorbet. get yourself down there

There are a lot of good gelato places in London, but very few that I'd be willing to visit on the coldest days in winter - that's how good Oddono's is, worth eating in the snow :-) They always rotate a few of the flavours to keep things interesting, I personally think a Pistachio/Tiramisu combination is always a winner! If you're health conscious, they always stock a good selection of fruitier options and a low-sugar choice too! Thoroughly addicted :-)

Absolutely love their ice creams especially the salted caramel! This is a regular during the summer!

Love it here. Always my go to place in Chiswick for ice cream. They have a wide selection of flavours and let you mix if you want. It can be a bit expensive but that Chiswick tax for you :)

Gelateria italiana aperta da non molto tempo. Fanno gelati abbastanza buoni, con una vasta scelta, sia alla frutta che alle creme. Servizio veloce con personale italiano costituito da ragazzi molto cortesi.

My wife has three loves of her life (other than me) - St Bernard's, cream teas and ice cream.She can sniff out an ice cream parlour from a moving train in a tunnel in the dark blindfolded so on driving down the main road in Chiswick the buttons started flashing and a quick U turn (legally) was done.A fairly restricted menu of about 12 flavours but what flavours they are - pistachio, chocolate and hazelnut and tiramisu to name but a few.Genuinely Italian, clean and friendly. Trust me, just go.

Great tasting ice creams it's lot's of choice. Comes at a price but far better quality than the nearby Italian restaurant serving ice cream. Keen friendly staff, shame about the interior :(

I came here with friends last week after a disappointing meal in a restaurant nearby as we were still hungry. My family are regular visitors to the dulwhich branch and this one was just as good! I (being lactose intolerant) went for the strawberry sorbet which was delicious, my friends really enjoyed their ice creams and agreed they'd be back!

A dozen of flavours, but each of them is excellent. Ice creams have a good creamy taste, as good as in Italy!

My son loves his ice cream parlour and I have a soft spot for their chocolate ice cream. Good place to visit and tastes like the ice cream we had in Italy.

My kids and I decided to have gelato for lunch. We tried 6 different gelati and all were smooth and delicious. The pistachio and lychee were exceptional. Also had a nice coffee.

Delicious gelato, with lots of choice of flavours. I personally love their coffee frappe. The staff are always friendly and it's open late.

It's about time there were more ice cream parlours in London, serving real Italian ice cream made in the style of the gelaterias in Italy. So therefore delighted that Oddono's gelateria is now in Chiswick.The quality is almost what you would get in Italy, and some of the flavours such as Nocciola (hazelnut), Pistacchio and Caffe' (coffee) are really good. However, some of the other flavours are not typical of what you would get in Italy, such as Arachidi (Peanut), Oreo, Banana, never seen these served in Italy. It would be great if Oddono's served more of the fantastic flavours you can get in Italy, such as Tiramisu' (coffee and chocolate), Cassata (candied fruit and almond), Zuppa Inglese (liqueur and sponge), Malaga (rum and raisin), Mandorla (Almond) and Pesca (Peach). But still great to have an Italian gelateria in London so keep it up !

These guys just opened up in Chiswick, it was a hot day, seemed like the right place. The service is outstanding, lots of happy, friendly faces and you can taste all the ice creams before you decide which flavours you want.I've been to Italy lots, experienced life changing gelato in several Italian cities and Oddono's in Chiswick is fabulous by London standards, but certainly not in the top 10 by Italian standards.I tried a few flavours, all of which were tasteless (caramel, tiramisu) and some even barely sweet (pistachio). I wouldn't recommend these flavours. I can recommend the mango sorbet, which was outstanding and also the nocciola (hazelnut) which is very typically Italian and they get this right (see pic).Maybe try a little of your preferred flavour before deciding, so that you can skip it and choose something else. Also, the prices are on the high side.
