Coffee and Cream in Hounslow

Small, but with a lovely selection of cakes which always taste fresh and delicious. The price for tea and coffee is a but cheaper than the big franchises too

We dropped by to get some coffee in the middle of the afternoon. They have espresso options. Also made in the house cakes in pieces and as a whole for birthdays. Great service local business

I pop into this shop after work sometimes when I crave for sweets. I highly recommend it as the guy staff is friendly and he always 😃 smile too. Not something you see everyday when you pop into other shops. It’s a gem. It’s amazing how me and my friends recommend this same shop when we wanted to buy cakes as well as this shop name turns up even in the conversation when we talk about sweets. I wouldn’t probably go anywhere else for sweets and desserts as I know this one is it for me.

Went with the family and were very disappointed. Service was rude, rushed and unprofessional. The food was barely adequate, for example the waffles with banana was basically a few measly slices of banana, minimal chocolate sauce and a small serving of tasteless ice-cream. The staff were unfriendly, didn’t say thank you and despite placing a large order they didn’t once come over and ask if everything was ok. The tables weren’t cleaned properly, the floor was sticky (a sign that the floor isn’t cleaned adequately) and the place is looking a bit tired now, certainly needing a repaint. I would not recommend this place and certainly won’t be coming back.

When parked i went on search for something different. eventually I came across this location, on entering the cakes looked as if they have been brought from another retailer on asking if the were from Costco we were in formed that all cakes were hand made which made then a little more special due to the intricate detail. The eatery had two employees in at the time who were very polite and seemed to accommodated what was asked of them. they sold other products as well as cakes and Tea/coffee. Having no USB charging ports for the customers the assistance in the shop informed us that we could if wanted use their cable, we were also told that they would be incorporating this in to the tabled area at a later date. The decor of the shop was quite original however it was a combination of Cuban and European design flavour
