Very cold inside . Had to keep our coats on and the food got cold very quickly

Manager complete waist of time bought bottle of peroni expecting a small bottle but ended up with a 660ml bottle we asked to change it and told we couldn't as it had been opened but it wasn't explained the size we was getting the staff wouldn't give the managers name and the manage said we asked for peroni that's what we got and walked off. Not very good service rubbish manager and staff.

En Nottingham durante el fin de semana y visitó aquí para tomar algo el viernes por la noche. Gran selección de bebidas a precios increíbles. El sábado por la mañana fue un desayuno decente, el personal era genial y un ambiente muy agradable. Lo recomendaría si visitas Nottingham.

It's cold inside. The food is disgusting. Fried in old oil. Smells like industrial waste.

Vine a desayunar esta mañana. (Son las mejores cucharas en notts.) Pedí 3 desayunos y era tibio en el mejor de los casos, pero teníamos hambre, así que lo comimos. No se hizo ningún check back y el camarero no parecía escalonado cuando dije que hacía frío.

Good for eating and toilets are modern and clean. Some bar staff are very poor at monitoring who should be served next.

Very busy, certainly at 1430 hours on Sunday. Took an age to be served. Thinned out by about 1630. Reasonable priced drinks. Didn't buy food.

Drink turned up 20 minutes after food arrived, sticky tables, dirty glasses and plates everywhere, it was busy, but it felt chaotic and disorganised

refused me service because i had a foreign ID, although usually they just let a manager check it because their scanner only works with British ID’s. this had happened to me several times, and instead of updating their system, they just refused me service.

Had breakfast here on Sunday 10th July. Traditional breakfast reasonable price and while tasty. Bacon beans and toast was cold. Nobody came and asked how the food was. Pint thatchers gold was flat left it and I have not left many drinks over the years. Shade disappointed

Came for a quick bite to eat as we had heard good things. Couldn’t sit on any table, not because it was busy, every single table was not clear, plates and glasses everywhere. Found a bar stool table, decided what to eat and then went to order. One poor lady on her own trying to serve all the people at the bar. We left and went to another Weatherspoons in the city centre.

Food cold sent it back still came back cold and missing items...staff nice....I gave 5 stars for service not the the food...

I think that this is the best wetherspoon in town compared others. The place was nice, kind of like hidden. The service was amazing, we ordered through application and they brought it pretty fast. About the food taste, that was amazing. We had quite big portion food as well here. Definitely would recommend this place!

I sometimes would pop in here for a burger meal. I do not know what they have done but the burger meal is so bad now, 2 small beef patty a few chips (No onion rings like it used to have) it was very disappointing and I won't be returning.

El curry de madras de ternera es una de mis comidas de "ir a" cucharas y por lo general no puedo fallarlo (en Derby's Standing Order al menos! ). La oferta de Roebuck sin embargo fue muy decepcionante con ni siquiera un pedazo de carne de res redentora, que era muy masticable / renovado 😒

It's was very busy for a Saturday night, we found it hard to get a table that had been cleared. Even though it was busy, the service on the app was quick. The Newcastle Brown was nice and cold, (Hownit should bebserved) and of course, the toilets were upstairs!

Reasonable for food and drinks , get bar service quickly. Always get the regulars in the pub most days. We used to go here few times a week for lunch while working locally.

Staff was rude, people were joining after myself and being served 1st. I asked for what ales they sold, and this rude barmaid said, "Go to the end of the bar and have a look for myself. When i did I took a photo of the pic of the ales and this even more ruder member of staff told me why was I taking photos of the staff and demanded to see my photos on my phone. This member of stsff did not introduce herself to me. This place is not designed for people who are disabled as there are steps at the front door. I was waiting at the bar for 30 mins but the public who was behind me was in the que for 5 to 10mins.

Its a wetherspoons. You know what to expect. You know who's getting your money. You pay anyway. Breakfast was fine.

It's been a few years since we was here last. The last time we said never again, but we had a work drinks meeting up here. The wife and I had food as well and it's changed so much better service and the food was nice too. Will be going back. When in town centre.

We use wetherspoon all over the country .and is one of our go to places. But when I went to the bar at the roebuck one member of staff thought it was ok to leave me waiting even though I was obviously first and go and serve regulars I mentioned as she served yet a other person and she said I've mentioned that you are next to a other bar person. That was fine she was lovely and I did say to her sorry for the rant but i had been waiting a while and she served others that had just got to the bar she seemed more i terested to serve regulars. The person in question was small with purple ish hair. She .ade no apology for keeping me waiting . We don't normally make any complaints but this was just rude it was about 12ish on 14th October 2024.

The staff was rude, they served other customers at the bar who arrived after yourselves as I waited at the bar for 20mins. I asked a member of staff what are they had and this member of staff told me to walk to the end of the bar eventhough I'm disabled. By the time when i did walk to the end of the bar I took a photo of the ales and another member of staff thought I was taking photos of the staff. This other member of staff told me why was I taking photos of staff and I said I did not take photo of the staff but of the ale but this member of staff was also rude and they did not introduce themselves at all. I had a bad time while drinking in this pub. Everything was bad about this pub and I will not be going here again ever.

Good food at an unbeatable price, authentic rooms and atmosphere, but unfortunately the service gets a slight deduction

Whilst the venue may not have the best atmosphere the food is consistent and so is the prices.

The food is never as good as Lloyds, but is still edible and you can't really grumble for the price. I usually have a little bite to eat followed by plenty of cocktails. The atmosphere is great, I prefer the atmosphere here, just the food lets it down a little bit.

Ella was very rude when we was ordering drinks, she was mumbling in her breath, giving us a dirty look, I felt uncomfortable when ordering.

Ella at the bar was so rude after I empathised with her about working her OWN shift. She was mumbling under her breath about me and my friends and gave us really dirty looks. I don’t really understamd why even though we tried to be nice to her. And she didn’t even fill our drinks properly

The best Wetherspoons pub I’ve ever been in. The place is very presentable decent food and drinks.

We had fish and chips, and both were lukewarm. The fish was overcooked, and the foesh was tough. Our experience with almost all Wetherspoons regarding food is usually excellent, but the Roebuck Inn has let the side down. We heard other customers complaining about the poor quality beef burgers

The best Spoon in Notts. That said, the bar flies were inescapable today at table 51. And menus are almost always dirty. Food was good though and reasonably priced!

Esta parece una clase mucho más alta de Wetherspoons, que soy consciente de que suena como una contradicción en términos, debido en gran parte al edificio (un hermoso edificio catalogado de grado II del siglo XVIII) y el calibre del cliente. Al ser Wetherspoons, todavía han logrado ubicar los baños a 14 millas de distancia de la zona principal del bar, pero también hay asientos en el nivel superior (incluida la zona exterior) más cerca de los baños. Tenía fish & chips aquí y, aunque no era excelente, tampoco estaba mal. Era relativamente indescriptible, por eso me cuesta tanto escribir sobre ello. Era más o menos lo que esperaba de un Wetherspoons. Mi mamá tenía una pizza pequeña y ella estaba lo suficientemente feliz con esto. Breakfast and a coffee for around £7. Bacon was fatty and egg was hard. Service was fast but I think I was the only one eating at the time.

I think this is a good spoons!! Off hidden away down a small alleyway, was fairly quiet but can imagine it gets busy quickly. If you want a place to go and sit in Nottingham and have a drink in peace this is your spot.

Wetherspoons is always great value for money. Ordered from table and drinks were delivered within two minutes of ordering. Superb service.

Visited this Wetherspoons for a quick and budget-friendly meal. The atmosphere was casual and the staff were friendly. However, the food quickly went cold and the coffee machine stopped working halfway through use. It's a classic case of getting what you pay for. Good for a cheap bite, but don't expect top quality.

Had a lovely breakfast and coffee with a friend, being a Witherspoon everything was reasonable, lovely place. There are steps to enter and the toilets are on the 2nd floor don't know if there is a lift or if they have a ramp that can be used. Would recommend.

Great place for a cheap pint. Very busy but the prices here cant be beat in town. Looking at under 3 quid for a pint. The atmosphere and lack of seating stop this place from being perfect pregame place. I didnt eat but the food looked ok on other peoples plates

Cuando llegó la comida me quedé asombrado de la presentación. La hamburguesa estaba tibia y había 14 patatas fritas. La comida de mis amigos era exactamente la. No hubo finura ni orgullo en la presentación y decir que estaba decepcionado fue una exageración. Rara vez voy a la ciudad, pero la próxima vez que vaya sin duda le daré al Roebuck una falta. Basura

Bestest weatherspoons in town! For a good meal at good price! Food comes out HOT and fast, staff are great at their job dont take long to get served and usually a good amount of people in ( customers ) would highly reccomend this pub.

Honestly the worst JD Wetherspoons in Nottingham. Extremely rude and lazy staff who do not care to put any kindness or effort into their jobs. There is one man who wears AirPods and a headset who thinks he is the King of England the way he act towards honest customers. My genuine opinion is to go to any Wetherspoons other than this including the Joseph Else or the Goosebury Bush

Always a relaxing venue for a meal

Burger and chips tasted off and strawberry daiquiri just tasted of lime; it was very sour which overpowered any other flavour it was supposed to have. You couldn’t even taste any rum or strawberry. So disappointing.

Kicked our friend out for having an international ID, even though it’s government issued. Didn’t explain why either just kept saying it was ‘company policy’ i beg to differ.

Spoons is a spoons we all love a spoons. Cheap pints and frozen food heated up but we love a spoons
