Love this place! The farm shop is full of fantastic locally grown/made food, drink, jewellery, decorations, homeware... The food in the restaurant was perfection. The ice cream was delicious! The decor is so fun. It is decorated so lovely for Christmas. Would absolutely recommend and will certainly be returning when we're back this way.

Lovely location, nice decor, but £17 for gyros in a brioche bun wasn’t worth the money. It had loads of sauce, hardly any chicken and just a few chips wedged under the bun top. And too many “don’t do this” and “don’t do that” signs around the site.

An okay breakfast acceptably cooked, a bit over -priced and served on a heat-sucking enamel tray, but the coffee was truly atrocious. Not sure I’ve had a worse one, maybe ever. Nice view, bad music. 80s disco on a Sunday morning? No thanks.

Good menu with plenty to chose from. On a very wet, miserable March day (mid-week) we negotiated the narrow lanes to the find the Ring Feeder Cafe, thinking there may be very few other diners or visitors to the shop, how wrong we were! We found a rustic, warm and busy hub full of happy people. We enjoyed a delicious soup and coffee.

Had a takeaway breakfast and we as a family all decided the best breakfast baps we have ever had. Especially "The Steer". A beautiful setting and amazing attention to detail for both the inside and outside seating area. We all loved the toilets and the toilet floor. Something I never thought I would write in a review!! A great find and have already recommended to friends who are heading to south devon on their holidays. We will certainly be back and are planning where we can have a straw bale sofa at home.

What a smashing find. Recommended by a friend - our visit was a lovely discovery. Indoor outdoor and undercover seating for all weather. Fantastic countryside views and fun presentation of the menu and straw bale sofas. Great coffee. I really liked the very polite and efficient waitress. This really is a great place for breakfast, meeting with friends whilst out walking the dog or a business lunch. Really really nice.

Stayed here for one night lovely little pub rooms very nice and cosy unfortunately couldn’t watch tv as there wasn’t a remote and couldn’t use the shower as the button was missing of it which definitely would of been noticed on cleaning … the carpet in stairs were quite dirty and the people I didn’t find very welcoming sadly

Christmas lunch for 12 of us. Pre ordered from a balanced and varied seasonal menu that included fish and vegetarian options. Excellent value and we were very well looked after. Exceptional selection of well cooked Vegetables, recipe for the red cabbage please . Some of us were disappointed that we didn't have room for a desert ! This is a family owned proper pub with helpful competent staff. Parking right opposite but payment by card challenged some of us oldies.

Limited opening times, No food so asked out of curtesy if grandson could eat a snack. Was told no but to eat outside in the garden which had a closed sign on the gate, so had eat in the smoking area. Didn't feel particularly welcome. No alternative snack was offered. Wasn't very accommodating, we were staying local and would have returned for a meal but they said closed Monday and Tuesday and we would need to book if wanted to return. I would advise anyone to give this pub a a miss as there are much better pubs in the area
