The Ridge Rooms in Boston

The new decor is lovely ,Food is great and owners charming. When i first moved to area and had no kitchen was a daily visitor . Just a really nice experience .

never had a dissapointing meal , all food is fresh, pies etc. homemade the desserts are always lovely and a great selection, Mondays are special for lonely people who can pop in for a free cuppa and chat with other like wise people from ten in the morning,also tables are set aside for a chatter and natter .my husband and I have been regularls for quite a while always have our Sunday lunch there we rate it as the best in Boston not expensive and easy parking.

What a lovely visit. Afternoon tea for 7 for my mum and dads birthdays. Fresh sandwiches. Quiche, salad. Lovely cakes and jam and cream scones. Excellent value. Lovely atmosphere. Well done ladies x

My other half had an afternoon tea for two purchased as a birthday present and we were not disappointed. Reserved table in the window, freshly brewed tea, home made sandwiches, quiche, scones with jam and clotted cream and buns. All excellent and tasty. Happy efficient staff contributed to a lovely birthday treat.

Having visited here numerous times on a sunday we have never had a bad visit. Lovely home cooked food, meat and veg are always delicious. A little tip always leave room for pudding as they are equally delicious. A little mention about all the staff they are great and we love coming. Recommend you try it so you can find what a little gem this place is😁

I went to the Ridge Rooms last Sunday, to try there Sunday carvery. I found the food to be good and it was reasonable price for a two course and a drink. The only thing I found wrong was the Sunday lunch wasn,t warm enough for me. But that hasn't put me off returning for another meal. Just one more thing they can,t accept credit cards and cash only.

Fantastic homemade food at fantastic prices! Staff were very accommodating for our group and friendly. We will definitely be back. A refreshing change to dining at food chain restaurants- how it should be done

I have been to the ridge room for Sunday lunch about 4 times and it is always very good , you get lots of meat and the roasties are to die for. The people that run the place are lovely and friendy and its very good value for money, would highly recommend a visit.

Always a pleasure to eat at the Ridge Rooms. Just like Mamma used to make. Nice and clean and your meal is cooked to order.

Visited again with our walking group for a Christmas dinner. Many of our group have a learning disability and I think we all had a smashing time. Lovely, reasonably priced food, a pleasant welcome and friendly staff.

Friendly clean dining area with good basic food value for money. The staff were keen to please and the service was quick, menu is varied with a choice of sweets. Only downside was the running damp on all of the windows making it dark and dismal as it was dull outside.

Good, home-cooked food at very reasonable prices, nice cakes and very friendly efficient staff. A little off the main shopping area, behind the market place, but deserves to be more widely known. The food is fresh, local and very tasty. The decor is very old-fashioned, a bit 1950's faded floral and unfortunately there is smell of old chip fat in the air, a bit stale and unventilated. However the pleasant staff, good food and prices keep me popping in regularly.

We stopped on the spur of the moment today for a light lunch. Chose Mushroom Omelette, Chips and Beans and were surprised not only by the really friendly service but also the generous portion which was cooked to order, freshly made and piping hot. So impressed that we have booked for their carvery next weekend as it is so reasonably priced! This is a little gem of a place...hidden away around the back of Pump Square.(1 Main Ridge West) A few people had recommended it but this is the first time we've been here and it certainly won't be the last. Total bill which included two coffees was £12. Great value.

Visited today for Sunday Lunch, the staff were really friendly as they greeted us,the food was very good value for what is charged, will definitely visit again.

Went for valentines and the value was great.. 3 course including steak and tea and coffee for £20 very nice and hopefully the word will get around and more people will try it... Lovely owner, very friendly and likes a giggle too!

Very enjoyable lunchtime meal, every where was very clean and tidy, all the staff particularly Leanne very welcoming.

Nice fresh food and not over priced, good venue nice decor. Staff friendly. Would definitely return.
