My first visit was a toasted tea cake , but was very. Envious of the lady sat across from me with a breakfast. Now I get the breakfast and each time have enjoyed it .

At £10.45 this is overpriced and underwhelming for a cooked breakfast in comparison to other options in Wakefield.

Ordered eggs on toast but we're baffled to receive fried eggs not scrambled!!! Eggs on toast are scrambled surely, fried eggs don't work in this context. Latte arrived in a tall glass cup instead of the mug one would expect at breakfast, and it had a grotesque excess of foam. Apart from that it was OK with comfy seats

Great place with good quality food. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Rob especially goes out of his way to make sure that he speaks to each and every customer. Rob also came to help my husband when he was unwell. A great man, a great place to eat with wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Wasn't very appetising... The whites of the eggs looked yellow.. The food was like warm The coffee turned up once we were half way through eating the food.. I used to enjoy eating here when it was owned by Sainsburys but I think in future I will eat in the town centre.. Was ideal for parking.. Easy access for disabled. Tables were clean and tidy The staff were polite We were offered another customers food and drinks to start with..

Really welcoming, efficient and kind service. In fact the good service is what brings me back here. This is a great place to stop for a quick snack and coffee if you’re nearby. It’s clean and comfortable. The food is good and reasonably priced.

Had the full English breakfast this morning, for £9.95 it was disappointing. The only saving grace were the hash browns (which arrived separately because they forgot to put them on) which were lovely. The bacon was barely worth being on the plate, the eggs weren't cooked to how I asked for them, the sausages were obviously left warming for some time, the mushrooms were the smallest I have ever seen, although they weren't swimming in liquid as is normally the case in most places, the beans were dried up and no sauces out, or asked if we wanted any. I think I will stick to the Toby Carvery buffet breakfast at Calder Island which is much cheaper and better value.

Nothing but great service every time I dine in. The food is excellent and the customer service is even better.

So glad that this lovely place opened in sainsburys. It makes a change to go somewhere where staff is friendly and…actually care about their customers. I love their coffee.. and cakes …obviously. Please don’t change ;)

I just want to say thank you to the man that works here. He was very friendly and brilliant with my eldest daughter you made her feel at ease and you were willing to listen to her and have a little chat. I will be coming again lovely experience and food and drink was lovely too.

Excellent food really nice my 2nd time here now seats are very comfy loved my fish and chips 2day but the breakfast are all so excellent and good quality food keep up the excellent work

The restaurant is located within Sainsbury’s and is clean with friendly staff. The food is all cooked to order and is lovely. Harry Ramsdens fish chips and peas for £6! Portion size is ample. Well worth a visit
