I love this place! The food is delicious and the price is very affordable. The roast beef dinner is spot on. Very tasty and lovely quality. All of the staff are very friendly and serve you straight away. Will keep returning thank you

Not eaten, but we go here for snooker. Cheapest place around. Fantastic tables. Great service and atmosphere, cheap drinks but nice drinks looked after. Really can't fault the place. I've given 3 stars for food as I've not tried it, but I believe it's very nice and always busy.

Really nice city centre pub, very relaxing pre theatre drink. 4 or 5 real ales on sale so a big plus as far as I'm concerned. Just slightly away from the usually crowded other pubs. Nice friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic tasty food and great value for money. Plus a member of staff walked us to the corner of the road to show us the direction to the theatre. Brilliant.

The Reardon bar snooker club is an excellent pub party venue and of course snooker hall the bar staff cool under pressure very clean then your ale selection not an easy choice if I give 4+ say no more

What a find for a pre theatre drink and a bit of food . We were so disappointed with the Vic foyer bar on our last visit so we chose here instead on this occasion. And well pleased we did . Had an hour and a half before show and settled in to the bar. Lovely service from the staff. Nice and friendly and helpful. Food was pretty straightforward but tasty and a good price . Served with a smile . Even did me a special addition to my toastie( including birthday flag). Lovely . Great advert for potteries friendliness. We shall certainly be returning on theatre visits

Came in late for a roast dinner and they still managed to get me and my partner served. Was lovely and customer service was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

A quiet, friendly place, plenty of comfy places to sit and chat when you don't want the hustle and bustle of the main bars.

Fantastic place to go before and after a concert

Also known as the Victoria Lounge Bar. Good friendly atmosphere excellent service. Excellent lunchtime dining with limited evening menu. Good range of wines and spirits and excellent range of well kept traditional ale. Staff and management are extremely welcoming. The venue is close to the city's bus station and next door to the Victoria Hall, well worth visiting before or after the show. There is a snooker hall attached to this excellently appointed venue, I highly recommend a visit.

This venue has gone from strength to strength. I phoned today as was late for my dinner booking and gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and happy to amend my booking. The toilets have undergone a much needed refurb. The staff are friendly and efficient. Also great value for a dinner :-)

You can apparently rent the place for private functions, too. The decor is like you'd expect: all dark wooden furniture, rather comfy. They have a small menu of sandwiches, wraps, and stuff - nothing too substantial. The person behind the bar that day (youngish woman) was a bit short with me, although the place was only sparsely occupied in the middle of the afternoon. They do have a solid selection of hand-pumped ales (nothing too fancy, as you can imagine). Okay option in a town not known for outstanding pubs - if craft ales are your fancy, the rather excellent "BottleCraft" is just a short walk from this place.

Clean,friendly and good service brilliant night

My husband and I met up with his brother and sisters and in laws for our annual Christmas meal get together. To be honest, the food was ok, I did not like the roast potatoes as they were soggy, not crisp. I had Turkey and Beef and I have to say the meat was cooked to perfection. All in all it was OK.
