the woman with the strange colour hair?came across as extremely rude and passive aggressive made me feel uncomfortable i wanted to leave because of how rude she was costa sort this out!!! its appalling!!!!

Filthy tables were covered in baked beans,staff looked busy, perhaps get someone else in to clean up Tea undrinkable scummy surface No I don't want to discuss Go and have a look yourself and sort it out

Coffee ok, staff friendly and quick service. Feel the area needs a refurb as looking tired.

Surprisingly decent store for a Costa. Looks like their updated store design, but this one had friendly helpful staff to match - well that works ! Several recent Costa's I've been too haven't had any vegan savoury choices , but this one clearly has amazing distribution collections as had the Vgn toastie at least. If all Costa's were like this i would visit more.

Have visited the cafe many times. always had great a experience. We order cakes from time to time to have at home, always the best quality and great prices. next on the list is to have the afternoon tea which looks amazing. can not speak highly enough of the staff and the food. Dave Nutt.
