Always a go-to tavern after work with my colleagues, great in the summer and with the addition of the fireplace, always cosy In the winter. The live music nights are always enjoyable, The staff work extra hard and are always super polite, respectful, and down to earth.

Looked after extremely well - great food on my first visit

Lost count of the number of times I've come here. We come here quite a lot, most weekends for drinks with my partner and groups of friends and sometimes for snacks like nachos etc. Drinks, food, service and staff are all absolutely brilliant. Atmosphere is also great, busy and great background noise etc but not toooo busy. They have also started hosting events and we've met really fun people through these. Meg is also friendly along with many of the other staff, make you feel really welcome. We will definitely be back (most weekends!)

A nice characterful pub in the heart of chiselhurst. Plenty of outside dining and drinking areas. Front and back garden with a car park to suit. The food was tasty and fresh, even though we only ordered a few bowls, it was lovely as a snack with a few beers.

Cannot rate this place enough. Service was exceptional, food was lovely and prompt and drinks nice and cold! We came here today for lunch on the off chance and are glad we did. We were welcomed by a lovely young lady Julia and gentleman, Matt!? (Sorry if I got the names wrong). We were greeted promptly and with smiling faces. They were polite, welcoming and very quick to serve both drinks and our food. We will definitely be returning. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, (unlike some other pubs we have visited in the area), good food and lovely garden. Well done and thank you guys. Hope to see you both again soon!

Ordered food a week ago and it was lovely so went to order again tonight. Not sure what happened but food was burnt, overcooked, soggy chips due to steak sitting on top, Definitely not appealing. We never recieved our drinks that we ordered, Definitely will not be ordering from them again.

Great pub with great staff. Been coming here for quite a few years and it’s always been a pleasure. Nice and roomy but very cozy in the winter months. Really good selection of beers and ales and the food is very well done. Staff are very pleasant and do their best to serve customers quickly. Never had a bad experience here.

Wide menu and okay food but massively understaffed. Delays at the bar and for food service were considerable on a Saturday lunchtime.

Decent pub. But was there for less than an hour, and have been slapped with a parking ticket. Drove in, parked up, walked round the front to meet a group, drink bought, consumed, drove home. Parking ticket of £60 if paid immediately. Will NOT be visiting again. Signs not obvious at all, especially as was chaos in the car park. Typical Euro Car Park. Avoid like the plague.

Good quiz on Thursday night, great value food. Sadly mash was very dry. So was the two steaks we ordered. Gammon and eggs were nice. Lasagne only had one strip of pasta in it and was watery. All said not bad for the money.

We ordered 3 roast beers plus 3 sides, very nice, especially the beef on the bone. However, REAL roast potatoes would be nice,rather than frozen deep fried ones. Also with the 3 side dishes, one was roast potatoes and gravy, unfortunately the potatoes were served IN a bowl of gravy so completely soggy.

Food was delicious and the service was amazing especially from Melissa, she went above and beyond, made sure we had everything we needed, when we went up to the bar she remembered the order. She was very polite and friendly.

I ordered one of the cheapest meals + coke from the app. 20 mins later I still didn't have my drink (the pub was pretty empty). I've been there a few times and I would say 1/3 times they forget your order and need to be reminded. Anyway now also with these prices (about £16.50 for hallumi + coke) it just is not worth it anymore and won't be visiting again. The menu prices decided what I will eat so that I keep it below £20.

Really nice pub, everything was good, from the atmosphere to service and food, we went during the football for a friend's birthday and they let him reserve a table even during such a busy period. All in all a great night
