Hired part of the pub out for a wake. It was nice, bar staff were helpful and the food was delicious

Food and drinks were amazing along with the staff, just abit on the pricey side for 2 drinks and food will be returning

We made a reservation at Queen’s Head for Valentine’s Day, specifically looking forward to enjoying their steak and wine. However, when we arrived, we were told that they had run out of steak, without any prior notice. Given that steak was the main reason we booked, we had no choice but to leave and scramble to find another restaurant at the last minute.

Lovely local pub and nice atmosphere, plus drinks aren't are overpriced. Staff are very welcoming

Parking free just enter your reg on the machine at the counter. Nice venue with good drinks and serves decent food too. Great atmosphere and the beer garden looks like it'd be lovely in summer but too cold outside for me in February lol

Very friendly, welcoming and great atmosphere. Staff are great, helpful and on the ball. Enjoyed an evening out with the girls, accompanied by live music. Great space for summer sippin’!

This pub is wholeheartedly the best pub in chislehurst. The food is amazing, the drinks are reasonably priced, the garden is spacious and the staff are very friendly and attentive! Very much recommend!!

Absolutely class. Great choice of pub classics, but excelling above the usual pub quality. Came here for Valentine’s Day, and it was just right for when you want a calmer cosier environment, without sacrificing good service and a quality meal.

Came here with a couple of friends for lunch last week. Brought my friends' cats with us, and the staff were lovely about it as we find it's hard to go to places which will allow cats inside. The staff found us a nice out of the way booth where we could sit happily and the cats could watch out of the window and see the world go by. All the team came and made a fuss as well! So great to see a not only dog friendly pub local, but also a cat friendly pub! We will be back with the cats! Food was also superb, despite a couple of allergies for two of us, but the team were helpful in making modifications so the food was safe for us to eat.

Nice to catch up with some friends

Chef must have no taste buds and a timing issue. Main meal was burnt and the creme brulee was frozen. Not even sure they'd find a job in McDonalds. Good luck if you're eating in there. Drinks were decent which saved the day.

I am not sure who I spoke to, but I had a problem regarding a parking fine and this very helpful person was able to cancel this for me. They were very prompt and made sure the problem was solved almost immediately. I was very impressed and grateful.

From lunch menu -Breast of chicken,peas and chips consisted of 3 mouthfuls of dried up chicken ,about a tablespoon of warm peas and overdone chips

We had our Mums 60th Birthday party last night at The Queens Head and what a brilliant night it was, The Buffet was delicious and they accommodated for our needs perfectly. The staff was super understanding with the 2 Autistic guests we had with us, one is extremely loud and the other a little boy who just needed some quiet space and all was made to feel extremely welcome which we are always so grateful for. Thank you so much to the team at The Queens Head and the cover staff on that day as it was a brilliant day.

Christmas Day 2024 This was our first Christmas Day visit and I was very impressed. The food was excellent and staff were very friendly. We did have to wait a fair bit in between courses but I was very happy with that as it allowed time for food to digest, meaning I didn’t leave feeling too full! We were not rushed to leave which was another bonus. Would I book again? Absolutely!

If you find yourself in the Chislehurst area. I recommend this pub over all the others. It's reasonably priced. The staff behind the bar are brilliant. The beer garden is one of the biggest in south London. Especially in summer, the whole environment is electric. Do yourself a favour and check out this fantastic pub.

Shocked to find that Emer inns have decided to increase a pint of beer, over the Christmas period by 20 pence!! Chirstmas is an speical time for people of that faith,it should not be used as excuse for shameless exploitation

The pub has really upped it's game in the last 6 months or so. The team do a great job and the food has significantly improved. Kudos to the management and rest of the team, keep up the great work.

Food is always delicious and piping hot, drinks are quickly ready whether I order at the bar or using the app and the toilets are clean. Perfect!

Booked for a Sunday roast. Email prior to day informing us that it was an Event only menu but could not read the menu (sent as a Word document with text on top of each other). Pub was not overly busy and the staff behind the bar were friendly. However others were rude and abrupt when we chased our food, Unable to order our food options via the app. Had to wait over 45 mins for our food. When arrived my chicken burger was dry and most of our food was cold. Tried to talk to staff twice about complaints but wouldn’t engage in discussion. Other customers were claiming reserved seats and bringing in own food.

What a waste of time this pub is. Hardly anything on the menu as in food. So thought we would just get cheesy garlic bread and 2 mulled wine and a coke. Ordered on the app it never said anything wasn't available. Then a member of staff said we don't have mulled wine because it was being sold outside yes and they wanted 7.50 for it that was a rip off. So they would refund it the other member of staff said he would refund the wine I no all of it I want refunded no point if you haven't got what we ordered only the bread. Absolutely stupid having the app it clearly doesn't work. Don't advertise mulled wine if you don't want to serve it.

Very crowded and loud in the dinning area . Service was slow and staff where full of excuses. Would not recommend for food or family gatherings. Parking is terrible.

We have been going to the queens head quite a lot as of lately because of the amazing atmosphere they create. It’s definitely a place we recommend for friends and family, and even dog lovers. We mistakenly messed up the parking but Richard was really helpful, and sorted for us without a fuss.

Food is acceptable but nothing to write home about. Service can't be beaten. Sunday lunchtime was somewhat noisy. I doubt we'll be returning.

My experience at the queens head is always top quality service. The waiters are always friendly, especially Frankie as his always the one making sure we’ve been served. The atmosphere there is always a good feel.

Really great staff team here - no request is too much for them! Even though the quiz was running tonight it wasn't too intrusive on me and my partner having a quiet drink in one of the cozy nooks that this pub has to offer.
