Great service and food. We hadn’t booked a table but the staff made a table available even though they were busy. The food was great and very fresh. Portions were a good size.

DOG FRIENDLY. Had the kings and Queens burger knew a double stack was going to be messy and it did not disappoint coupled with loaded fries I have a belly full of love lovely and cosy listening to an album on the wall, great conversation about menu and upcoming events ect skipped past Friday rush hour

Sensational. It's easily the best I've had, and deserves its number one spot on my list of local pubs. Great service from start to finish. The person who took our reservation over the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we received a warm welcome when we arrived. At first glance, roasts seemed a bit expensive, however, the exceptional quality and the inclusion of cauliflower cheese made it clear that it was actually fantastic value. The food was truly outstanding. All set in a cosy atmospheric old English pub. There was a bit of a wait for the roast, but it was worth it. The beef was incredibly tender and succulent, and the Yorkshire puddings were delicious. The roasted broccoli and carrots added beautiful colour to the plate. The roast potatoes, however, were the real showstopper. They were extraordinarily crispy on the outside and perfectly light and fluffy on the inside – simply stunning! Highly, highly recommended.

We come to The Queens Head quite regularly, but last week I had possibly the best chicken Caesar Salad I have EVER eaten. And completely gluten free with FRESH Gluten Free croutons! It was to die for. 10/10, and I’m not normally a salad kind of girl. The whole team are brilliant, can’t recommend them enough. Their burgers are also some of the best burgers I’ve had in a loooong time, especially as someone with coeliac disease.

Nice busy friendly pub. Very pricey. No sport. Can't afford to stay. Onward to the next one. Determined to find a decent watering hole in Farnham.

What a lovely, busy pub right in the centre of Farnham. The food is gorgeous and very generous. Even the sandwiches are huge. The menu is really varied and interesting and includes your usual pub meals and a good vegan menu too. The staff here are so helpful and accommodating but my only complaint (hence the 4 stars) is the delay in actually getting your food. It was eventually worth the wait and it was a busy Saturday lunchtime but it was still quite slow service, especially when you have a hungry child in your group. I would recommend booking as well as it is so busy. All in all, lovely food and lovely staff. We will definitely be back

If looking for an extension of family unity, generosity and love, look no further than the Queens Head. The greeting, the staff/service, the customers, the ambiance, the drink, the food… it all adds up to what we treasure about the traditional English pub experience.

Well over rated online descriptives hospitality! It is ok as random pub!! BUT, NO DESIGNATED PLACE FOR HAVING A MEAL ( like a civilised pub do) BUT THEY TAKE BOOKING AS IF THEY DO……..👎, they stick you in a corner of a the well over crowded and noisy pub and call it table reservations!!!! When I questioned it, I got an arrogant reply!!! BIG MISTAKE cause of their misleading information on their website!!

Unfortunately my experience in this pub that was recommend to me was not great at all, it was paid entry to which when I got to the bar I found out the bar was closed which we was not informed about, this was not a problem but when you pay to get into a pub on New Year’s Eve it would be nice to get a drink to celebrate, one of the staff members was very kind and apologised that we was not informed and offered to serve us drinks too which she was rudely shut down by one of her colleagues and was also very rude and threatening towards us and wanted to kick us out. This was not a welcoming experience at all and never in my life have I ever heard the words “I’ll punch his teeth out” from a person in a customer facing role. Later on in the evening I went back to put a complaint in which a very kind man called Nathan took the time out of his break and spoke to me who agreed with me and also was quite taken back. Hopefully this will be resolved so another customer does not go through the same service as what we did. To Nathan and the very kind lady who tried to resolve the situation thank you very much.

The burgers are good and the chips are amazing

Unfortunately a few extremely rude staff members ruined our experience. Having witnessed one threatening to punch another customers “teeth out” is never acceptable. Will not return.

One member of staff was particularly very rude and agressive who made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. Would not recommend to anyone.

Shame. The food here is alright but don’t waste your time, it’s not good enough to be worth the wait. The service is absolutely awful you will be waiting an hour and a half for your main courses. When we complained, the waitress blamed us for having a starter!!! Even though the starters took 45 minutes to arrive!!!!! If you do decide to give them a chance (which I strongly suggest you don’t) set aside half of your day, genuinely!

The Queens Head is a fantastic pub. Great food. Nice beers. Busy. It is a dependable boozer with great food. What more can you ask for?

Best roast I’ve had out in a long time! I’m vegan and my partner eats meat, we had such a lovely time and both roasts were perfection Thank you Jack for being so attentive, will be back soon!

We are group off friends that meet up about very three months, we call ourselves (ladies that lunch). This is the third time that we have all used the Queens Head as our meeting place. The Queens Head is a lovely unspoilt pub, with some original interior still visible. The staff make you feel very welcome, the food is absolutely delicious. If you're in Farnham pop in' you will not be disappointed.

Disappointed, chicken burger was 70% lettuce, hardly any Asian slaw :( typical takeaway restaurant being tight and overloading on the cheapest ingredients :(

Very busy lunchtime today and they squeezed us in, approx 30min wait for food but we were told this was the case. The team were really attentive to get us served quickly and ordered so it wasn’t any longer. Food was was brilliant, the kids burger was a littler bigger than expected but absolutely worth it. Lovely team very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Burger was tough Had no sauce jsut dry with cheese Burger meat was dry aswell. Delivery was spot on and we was in the middle of no where in a field and he found us.

Sadly all our food was very cold. Felt like it got left before it was served. Shame as we did mention it. It is a great pub though

Lovely old pub since the 1700's. Traditional and on the High Street. Friendly staff and welcoming. Lovely pint of Hop Head. Looked at the menu and there was lots of choice but seemed a little pricey. Didn't want to get food and then regret it. Although most of Thier tables were reserved so obviously a popular choice.

Excellent food including plenty of choice for the vegan members of the family. Good choice of real ales. Exceptionally friendly, personable and helpful staff. A great pub/restaurant.

I say on time but woulda been early if the app didn’t give him bogus address. Driver claimed burgers where good well he wasn’t telling fibs they where huge tasty so good be ordering again

What a place! Highly recommend! I came for dinner as staying in the area for work. The pub was warm, had great buzzy vibes and welcoming staff. It was quiz night so super busy full of locals and everyone was well looked after. I order the beef and red wine pie with mash. Initially I thought it was a little pricey at £21 however when it turned up I could see why. The pie was huge and truly the most comforting dish and so filling. Big chunks of steak and great flavour. Farnham has so far impressed with the food on offer and this pub is not one to miss!! Defiantly visiting again and may even do the quiz next time too!

long way from home in the east midlands, so it was great to find this place after a recommendation by a colleague. a great thriving survival of English pub culture, great surroundings and atmosphere, really friendly helpful staff, and some really welcome veg and vegan menu options at affordable prices. Highly recommended if you're visiting the area. If you live around here and you haven't tried it, do.

WHY are you listing the same burger menu and calling it 'NEW'? It's been the same for ages - we need more choice. Ideally to be able to pick from a list of toppings ourselves - THAT would make this place THE perfect takeaway.

Foods class staff are class , but karaoke needs to turn the volume down got no bloody ears left.... All the best Greg

The service was kind, nachos were good with yummy pulled pork, jalapeños, coriander, and curcuma sauce. We realised we were running late and the waitresses were super nice getting us the food to go fast enough so we didn’t miss our train. Thank you!

Our favorite pub stop on our UK visit. The cod and chips was excellent. Their tartare sauce was perfection with a touch of dill. Service was fabulous.

I’ve been to the Queens Head in Farnham a few times for food and drinks. The staff the food and ambiance is fantastic. Recommend their breakfast but also lunch menu is great. I would highly recommend it to everyone

Only popped in for a decent pint ended up getting food I must say we had the burger deal (only on a Wednesday) and it was legitimately one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time and incredibly well priced.

Pulled pork burger is the best I have ever tasted and the chunky chips are so tasty.

Table booked for 3, bit of a delay so waited in the 'holding area'. Food took a little while to come (time to drink two full drinks) but when it arrived it was very good. The pub is obviously extremely popular and customer numbers seem to exceed it's capacity which means the polite and very helpful staff have a constant struggle!

Went in for a sandwich and a drink at lunchtime. Service was excellent and the teriyaki chicken sandwich was very tasty.

We drove over 30 minutes to The Queens Head because we had heard about the vegan menu they offer. The choice is amazing and the food even better. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the pub has a great buzz. I will come back to try the roast next time 🤩

Nice pub, Sunday roasts are amazing

We often meet up with friends at this cosy, traditional pub in the centre of Farnham. The food is always tasty and the service excellent- a thanks to Tom and Maria especially on our visit yesterday for being so friendly and accommodating.

I ordered the lamb roast dinner. everything was outstanding. I reluctantly shared some with the dog. thank you, food and service brilliant.

Great experience for two decorators working away in Farnham. We were welcomed by warm friendly staff. The food was delivered fast and tasted fabulous. And the atmosphere was great.

Had a fab evening at the Queens last Wednesday- great atmosphere, friendly service and all the food was spot on. Also had two takeaways from here recently and both times all the burgers arrived fresh and hot and were enjoyed by everyone. Highly recommend.

Marked as delivered, but it wasn't. I ended up on the phone with the guy for ages, trying to work out where he was. Shared a pin via WhatsApp - in the end, my partner had to drive around to locate him and get our food.

I had the vegan breakfast here today and I’d probably go as far as saying that it was in the top 2% of vegan breakfasts I’ve experienced from any outlet. The portion sizes were huge and there was an option to add ‘additional items’ too. They offer vegan options on most of the standard menu items also so, the next time we’re back in Farnham, we’ll be in again! We’ll done 👍🏼

Their roast dinner are excellent would highly recommend

Arrived around 12.50, quickly seated at a table. Took staff around 10minutes to bring menus and to take orders for drinks. Another 10minutes before someone took our food order. 40minutes later we asked where our food was and was told it was the next order out. After another 10minutes still no food. Then a couple who had arrived 40 minutes after us got their food, we went to the bar to pay for our drinks and were apologized to and told everything would be half price ! Too late matey we paid for our drinks and left. Won’t be going back ever!

Service was friendly couldn't fault it and the fish tacos were lovely. Would definitely go back there again.

Popped in for dinner and were met with really lovely staff and a very nice environment. Friendly atmosphere but not too in your face. Food was great and not badly priced. Would love to return. Only gripe is Pepsi on postmix and no Coke Zero or Appletiser.

I ordered two signature burgers and one Double Burger, and all of them arrived absolutely dry. The meat was too hard and dry, we had to apply some force to cut through it. It felt like burgers were made a day earlier and we’re just reheated. Overall no one was happy with the order.

Stopped in for an impulsive breakfast. Wonderful atmosphere and fantastic customer service! Probably the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten... definitely worth more than the £11 price tag! A must stop if you are ever in Farnham Town centre!

Great food in this local pub. Was very lively when we were there as the euros were on the tv and England were playing. The bar staff did say usually they don’t have the football on as it’s not a sports bar. Service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious.

I've always loved this pub and have visited it quite a few times. Yesterday, I came with my sister, and we were made to feel so welcome. The lovely waitress, Else, really stood out. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, adding a personal touch to our visit. Her warmth and friendliness made our experience even better.

Came in for a couple of pints as me and my husband are exploring the area as a place to move to, fantastic pub! Beautiful old interior and lovely atmosphere with staff that are welcoming and friendly. Did not have any food but it looked very nice as it was being served to others!

Great pub, so many vegan options. Something for everyone! Service was great, quick and attentive.

Quite a small little boozer in the middle of town with the bar as the centre piece and tables scattered around in any nooks and crannies to be found. It was pretty busy when we were there but the barmaid was on top of it all and very cheerful- you have to love your job! I won't say there was heaps of space to move around in but it also wasn't jammed packed with little tables and chairs everywhere. The Guinness was excellent as was the London Pride.

I didn't eat here so I can't comment on it. A short visit on a busy Saturday afternoon, but my impression was that the staff were top notch, and the beer well kept. Must give it a longer visit next time.

The heart of the local community. Best service I've ever had, consistently. Incredible drink and food selection, especially for vegan/vegetarians. Couldn't fault a single thing if I tried!
