Visited the other night not usually a person to leave a review but felt needed to, my first and last visit due to low standard of customer service and the food which came soggy and uncooked 🤢should of mentioned at the time and sent food back but I witnessed one the waitresses being rude to an elderly woman who I am assuming was celebrating her 60th birthday as there was balloons on the table. I believe the girl was called Danielle and just couldn’t believe my eyes when she chucked the change at the table with the old woman and she just generally didn’t seem like she was happy in the slightest. However the young boy who served me was very pleasant

Food is always great and service is brill too, Agata saved us our favorite booth when booking online. Staff are always very friendly and helpful if we have any issues.

Food was 10 out 10 served by the lovely kiera. Will be back!👍

The food was ok , customers service was a disgrace, Danielle attitude was disgusting

Some of the food was edible and portions smaller than advertised. The chicken was dry and the crispy chicken coating was slimy and soggy. The natchos were burned in parts, soft and not crispy at all. The two servers were unwelcoming and neither smiled. Danielle was very rude when I returned my £5.99 Indulgent Chocolate Torte. ( There was no Indulgent Chocolate Mouse on what looked like a small dry rectangular brownie, the fresh berries on the side was actually a small cut up strawberry and there was no drizzled chocolate sauce) . I actually thought I had been given a childs pudding. To top it all, because I returned a £5.99 pudding, (food and drinks bill was separate) the 15o/o voucher used for the puddings was cancelled therefore giving me back a refund of the difference it would have been before the voucher was used. In essence, only received part of the refund.. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Was here the other day for brunch with my little one. We got the southern fried chicken goujon baguette & a kids breakfast which were both amazing. Danielle and Greig were extremely hopefully and super friendly!

Probably the worst meal I've ever had. The chicken was so tough I could not get knife through it. Was so hungry I persevered instead of complaining. Never again.

Easter bunny breakfast with lovely hosts, Kian and bunny :) All kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the food was hot and fresh and the special gift and visit from the Easter bunny was fab!

Excellent Sunday roast - food delicious, piping hot & great value. Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive - order taken by Jamie (slight problem with the draft drinks being poured - quickly resolved, he brought drinks to table and apologised for the delay, which had been minimal) Then food served by Catherine, who came back to check everything with our meal was ok, which it was. Be back soon!🙂

Hate to give a bad review because I like this place, I got the mexican pasta salad today and decided to get the breast of chicken, never again the chicken looked that slimey cheap way and tasted awful, pasta was ok but couldn't eat it due to gagging after the chicken I just tasted, plz don't get breast of chicken. Letting yourself down with cheap products, Never again 😷😷

Took parents out for lunch. Order was quick and food was good. Had an issue with my bill and they resolved it quickly and effectively. Would recommend

Food is always brilliant although i did have a problem with my steak and Danielle very kindly took it back and got me a fresh 1 cooked. Nothing was too much of a problem for her. Great staff

Pub was very busy so we waited thirty minutes for our food to be served which was fine, food was delicious and very warm when served. Prices were good, we paid £29 for 2 with soft drinks. Staff were friendly and pleasant. All staff were really busy at the bar and on the floor. Pub was family friendly. Definitely recommend

Went in for breakfast with family and was served by Darren, Danielle and Cat. Friendly and quick service, food was great especially for the price point and as a regular visitor, usually find this to be standard at the Projectionist.

Fantastic food, fantastic service especially from Danielle. Danielle is an asset to your team. Even had a smile on her face when she had to deal with "Karen" nothing is ever a bother to all the staff.

Great experience, food was lovely and very reasonably priced, staff were very friendly and food arrived quickly. I would absolutely recommend and I will be coming back.

Dreadful was supposed to be birthday treat. Booked table and was left standing a while before being taken to table. Then waited 15 mins at counter to order then told meal would take half an hour before service. During starters two burger meals brought out, girl didn't know what to do with them said to us do you not want them just now and just stood there holding them. Unbelievable. Then when starters finished three of the meals brought out had to ask where was fourth meal after everyone had started their meal. A total disgrace staff needs more training looked like they couldn't have cared less. Hope you get in touch with me regarding this.

The best thing to do is to compare this to the other option next door, Wetherspoons. And I’m rating this relative to other ‘greasy spoon’ lower priced establishments. Versus spoons: The food is better The service is better The wine is better The decor is better The place is cleaner The coffee is nowhere near as good So four stars relatively, as a cheaper chain I f sleazy food. We had the breakfast 3 times now and it was very good for a restaurant of this standard. I particularly liked the tattie scone. Could use better gluten free and dairy free options, and not offering decaf coffee is a shocker. As a haiku: Posher greasy spoon Hot tattie scones are so good Give me decaf please

Loved it here. As the name suggests it was full of Cinema, movie, and filming equip. It was a fantastic place especially if you are into behind the scenes movie equipment and movie advert bill boards. I loved it. Lovely deco and very polite helpful staff. Food was fine for your typical chain like pubs. Draught drink we had was very good standard. I would go back, i could have quite happily have sat there longer to have a few drinks. I would have added photos and i did try at time but im always taking photos so my storage was full. 😔

Everything else was good apart from the food the chicken coujon wrap wasn’t even a wrap was hard and was tasteless the cheese burger was also tasteless and was not an appetising plate of food at all £15 and was not worth the £15 absolutely shocked at the quality of food

Food was standard, served to us by a well meaning but gormless young man - who wasn’t like that at that age? Just really run of the mill, nothing stands out as exceptional but it was far from bad. £3 for a peroni is good going!

Busy bustling bar. Too many patrons not using / being encouraged to use the Greene King app led to a consistent and massive queue at the bar. No problem for us as we ordered on the app and received our drinks in a quick timescale.

Very good service from everyone and very good to see Scottish favourites like square sausage and potato scones on the menu.

Booked a week here. I thought it was nearer Split but turns out it's 35 minutes away. But the bus stop is by the hotel and only costs 2 euros and after our first day in Split we realised it was the best of both worlds. On the beach with a terrific spa and indoor and outdoor pools but easily accessible to Split. So we eat in the first night but unfortunately nothing special. After that we eat in Split before coming back. A quick tip when arriving get the airport bus into Split for 8Euros then the no.15 to the Amphora at the bus stop at the entrance. It'll save you 70 euros. Taxi from the bus station took 30 euros off me

Worst food I have ever had in any restaurant. This is a picture of the potatoes . Sent them back and they offered Chips , did not want chips so they told us this was the only potatoes they had to offer . The chicken was like leather and instead of giving a small tub of salad dressing they poured it all over the salad … will definitely never be back .

We had a wonderful time because we got the chance to celebrate one of our young people's birthday in the company of wonderful new friends. Only time staff bothered to make any kind of contact of any kind was one young man, when food was served pleasant enough, but honestly the scowling faces of the staff was terrible. No eye contact, no smiles, no pleasantries, nothing. Our 2 tables where so longterm dirty we actually had to have them washed as our clothing was sticking to the table, when joined our tables revealed a filthy greasy wall. Honestly for a big chain with so many staff this level of dirt!!! These chains trade on reliable, family friendly, basic pub food done reliably, no one is expecting luxury or fine dining its supposed to be the Mc Donald's of pubs. The manager should be ashamed hospitality is about making people feel good this place didn't thank god we had great company.

Both had quadzilla burgers with added mac, and drinks on bogof friday, used app along with blue light card, food was fantastic, service great and fast and no hassle or issues whatsoever, cannot fault whatsoever, will defo be back

Had a Scottish breakfast that was absolutely disgusting. Sausages tasted of poor quality, bacon was too salty egg left a horrible after taste potato scone was heated then served not cooked at all only thing edible was the toast. Can’t fault the staff as they were just serving us. Definitely won’t be back.

Had lunch with the kids. Excellent value for money. Nothing was too much trouble. Jamie served us and his service and help with the menu was above and beyond. Loads of veggie options and the kids menu is great. Go to place with great staff. 10 out of 10! 👌

The worst steak i have ever had in my life , Came out freezing and tasteless, won't be back there

1st and last visit ordered and to start fine starter came out and was lovely then had to wait over a hour for mains and thats was only after asking! Mains arrived curry was like warm at best, onion bhaji just plain disgusting a soggy mess, soup cold, gammon steak was nice but as juicy and not left to rest everything on the plate was swimming, service terrible when we asked about mains waitress just grabbed cutlery off table and stormed off, food was dumped on table, was suppose to be £7 curry night and a drink, ordered 2 chicken tikkas and 2 cokes and charged full price for them both, will certainly not visit again

Place was quiet and we were able to order quickly. Food did not arrive all at once and that was a little disappointing.

Poor experience in what used to be a good restaurant, coudnt find a clean table, had to ask staff to clear away dishes on our table. Then had to ask for spray and a cloth to clean, waited 35 minutes for food to arrive then 25 minutes for dessert. Food was good ,but overpriced juices and desserts. Won't rush back.

Food was shockingly bad How can you burn the inside of a pie? Did point out...Best resolution was to offer a free dessert. Eh, no thanks. A polite refusal offered and then we swiftly left....

Nipped in for breakfast and it was first class. Our server Jamie was brilliant in helping us out with a gluten free selection for my dad.

Disappointing visit food wasn't great had to ask one of the staff to clean the table before sitting down as it was wet...Sprayed the table and wiped it down with what looked like a bit of toilet roll and what is with the buckets with the cutlery in it they are n eye sore and that's being polite they look terrible can't say we will be back.

First and last time in hungry horse Braehead place was feeezing Eve you’re sitting with outdoor jackets on asked passing staff member could they look at air con being not so cold as it was only 16 outside no the staff need it like this they are melting! “But customers are freezing”, “no they won’t put it off their too hot”, another customer said same and got same reply… staff very unhelpful used a Clubcard rewards voucher had £30 on it never used this before advised what you don’t use you loose … so lost £15 but then thought could get some puddings asked a staff member who advised to go back up to till and get staff member to scan voucher… “no it won’t work”, was advised without scanning it asked again if could scan it as other staff member had suggested “no point it won’t work ..”, I said can you not just try scanning it .. as was still showing full about in app…”no won’t work!” Thanked said staff member for all ther help! Food was ok but due to all off above won’t be back in such an unhelpful lack lustre staff environment

Ordered a Korean BBQ burger with salt and chilli chips. Burger was tasteless and the extent of the salt and chilli chips a little bit of salt with some chilli on about 4 chips. Burger didn't come with the coleslaw on it. Waiter returned with a tiny dish of it between the two of us. Save your money and time and go to the weatgerspoons next door.

Cat served us and was an absolute pleasure. She was so polite and helpful. Service was amazing and food was great value.

Booked a table for my sons 10th birthday tea. When ordering, several choices not available so had to keep running back to our table to get alternatives. Then asked about a gluten free menu which was presented but with the caveat ‘we can’t guarantee there will be no cross contamination’ …. eh? That’s useful to someone who’s severely gluten intolerant! All meals delivered to the table except mine which took another 10 minutes. My nephew’s Sunday chicken roast was clearly a re-heat. Everything was totally dry, the gravy wouldn’t pour it was so thick and congealed. He couldn’t eat it. Sent it back but no refund offered. The other meals were edible but nothing to write home about. Disappointing experience. Won’t be back.

One of our regular stops for a pub lunch. Great prices, big portions and helpful staff, Cat being our server today was good fun and very friendly. Food was piping hot and served quickly.

10 of us decided to visit on the spur of the moment, place was busy but a staff member, Cat, got us all seated quickly. Food was served very quickly and was excellent, Cat came back to make sure everything was ok. Will visit again based on this visit. 5 stars.

Regularly visit this place. Food is very good and great value for money. All staff are very friendly and efficient especially Cat who is very pleasant and helpful.

Although we live within 15 miles of a hungry horse ( The Titan ) we always travel over to the Projectionistwhich approx 4 miles away as the staff are always friendly, nothing g is to much trouble and the food is decent standard pub food, everything tnat the Titan is not.

Excellent service and assistance from the bar tender Dave, food was lovely and the environment was cosy. Would eat here again

Good food and price, quick service

We wanted to eat here and checked ahead of time that they had a gluten free menu (We ASKED, with our mouths, not the website), which they said they did. This was a total lie. Their gluten free menu is just for show, it's not actually safe for people who need to follow a gluten free diet. So, honestly, it's kind of a waste of time. We ended up having to find somewhere else to eat. On Easter Monday. With a large group. Luckily we found somewhere that actually has a gluten free menu. They really need to be honest about the menu, and be upfront about the fact that it's basically just showboating. And yes, it is showboating. Because people who NEED to follow a gluten free diet CANNOT EAT HERE. If you're doing it as a fad diet or for a trend then you can go right ahead. But if you cannot actually have gluten, you cannot eat here.
