Good gastro pub with friendly staff, good beer and excellent food. All nice people including the customers! Good location next to the park.

The Prince Albert is a top Sunday lunch spot. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, there's a great atmosphere and the yorkshires are the best!

Best Sunday roast in SW It’s our second time in this pub. First time we came with a big group of friends and food was just very good. And came after hard work in a Sunday to this place again just me and my boyfriend and the food was even better than before 😊 I highly recommend. The only thing i would change is gravy. I prefer it thicker but I believe it’s just about everyone’s taste😊

Great spot next to the Battersea Park, scrumptious food and good facilities. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, making for a top ambiance. I wholeheartedly recommend going there.

Mixed feelings about this pub. My fiancé always spoke highly of the great Sunday roast they have here so we thought we’d try it for Friday dinner whilst family were visiting. There are some lovely tables on the right as you walk in the RHS entrance which were all laid out. And then, a server (guy in a t shirt - I want to add that staff should be more identifiable/smart than that) plonks is down right next to the door, on a greasy drinking table with no cutlery or anything else. Screw the nut! You’re a good pub! Staff need to read the room when placing guests because I hate annoying the manager to try and square us away. She did sort us out, was a very easy fix, and to you Ma’am I’m very grateful, and do apologise for my abrasiveness. Food was absolutely delicious- especially the scotch egg! Steak was perfect but I feel sides (a little handful of rocket), average fries) could be improved. Then, you wait ages for someone to get plates and offer dessert (they actually just didn’t…). Unfortunate because the American waitress was really lovely, must have been busy. Sort it out Prince Albert - you’re better than that!

Delightful evening in a great pub with excellent food and lovely service. It was very well paced, service not too intrusive, just attentive. Music absolutely fine until 9.15 when it was ramped up but it was The Doors so no complaints from me!

More popular than ever by default as so many neighbouring eateries on or near Parkgate Road have shut The Prince Albert pub still had a superior view from its lofty Victorian saloon bar of Battersea Park. On a Saturday afternoon most tables had already been booked for the Six Nations starting at 2. So an earlier lunch at 12.30 was called for. Lumps of wood were being thrown none too ceremoniously on a fire as our order was taken of chicken breast on kale with what turned out to be slightly undercooked dauphinoise potatoes and a dish called Jacob’s Ladder, no not the opera by Schoenberg but a load of old ribs. Washed down with some ripe Merlot it out me in a good mood to escape the rugby and wander around antique furniture at the Battersea Decorative Arts Fair.

Best Sunday Roast in London! Food is delicious and portions are big! Roast is also GF. Pub is lovely and the team is super kind and professional. Love it!

The bartenders are all very nice but the man who I assume is the manager was extremely rude. This bar is right next to our university and several people have had an experience with the manager being rude to the point we don’t want to go back.

WE HAD SUNDAY LUNCH UPSTAIRS, UNFORT. NEXT TO A BIRTHDAY PARTY OF 16 WITH CHILDREN, NOT THE PUB S FAULT BUT I DID REQUEST A RELATIVELY QUIET TABLE AS OUR GUEST IS A LITTLE DEAF. THE TABLE WASN'T READY AND VERY MESSY. Jeremy WHO SEEMED TO BE IN CHARGE UPSTAIRS WAS FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL AND WARM AND FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT ONCE THINGS GOT GOING..... WE ALL ORDERED ROAST BEEF AND IT WAS AWFUL, LIKE A THINLY SLICED SCHOOL BEEF OVERCOOKED TASTELESS AND NOT ACCEPTABLE. HAD JEREMY NOT BEEN SO STRESSED WITH THE AWFUL PEOPLE ON THE LARGE TABLE WE WOULD HAVE COMPLAINED FULLY. AS IT WAS I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFFERED A GLASS OF WINE ON THE HOUSE OR SOMETHING..... I hate to do this review but it needs saying. I’m not a regular customer but have always respected the fact that lightbulbs are always 100’ ()thanks ) x I arrived today at approximately 1230 via the garden door and stood at the bar awaiting the usual hello 👋. Today I waited whilst 3/4/5 staff at the restaurant/toilet end of the bar were chatting ( maybe restaurant bookings etc) no one acknowledged me and then another couple with a dog came in the corner door and picked a bag of crisps and stood beside me. We waited. No response of the door!! I said they are having a good chat and I am leaving. Those doors are your money making doors! Do Not ignore the doors. Please check the cameras and make sure your guys are alert to entry not exit!! I will come again as you are on my walk plan. Maybe some bells on the door would help! Sorry to be a moan today but your staff are really great stars and I feel bad but blessed knowing them xx

Celebrated a family Christmas Day on 21st. Couldn't have been better. The food was excellent as was the service. It was very well organised. The booking procedure and food preordering was very simple and well organised. We were not rushed and asked whether we wanted a break before the next course. My only developmental thing would be that the preorder didn't explain that the extras that we could order were enough for approx 2 people so I needed to call to check. We'll be back next year for sure!!

Booked a table weeks before only to be told upon arrival they had given it to someone in a wheelchair and ours was upstairs. My mum is also disabled albeit not in a wheelchair hence asking and agreeing on specific table. Then ordered food and they gave us wrong starters so had to wait for mine. Garlic prawns were all in their shells but no water bowl for fingers or wet wipes given. Over priced roast dinner. Two potatoes! Meat tasted as if it was just cooked days before. Meal was like warm for all of us. Peach Melba dessert was sliced peaches on Plate with scoop of ice cream in middle. Wouldn’t recommend the visit.

This is a nice venue in a nice location and the staff were friendly but the service was very slow and the food felt like it had been sitting around for a long time before it was served. We ordered at the bar as there was no table service but it took about forty five minutes for most of the starters to come to the table (even the bread) and nearly an hour and a half for the mains to be served. We had children with us and they struggled with the wait so we didn't enjoy the meal.

We went as a family of 9 people and two dogs for dinner and we had the best table in the place by the window downstairs. The food was very good and the waitress was adorable and highly professional. Due to it being a Monday after the weekend a few of dishes on the menu were not available. We also had to wait a long time to get our food as the restaurant was very busy. However we got a complimentary bottle of fizz and some olives for this wait which was very gratefully received. We had a lovely time highly recommend.
