Food was good. Had the mixed grill which was excellent. Closing for a refurb at the moment. Has proper cider on tap too.

Pretty decent pub. Has a modern feel to it. They do serve food, although not sure what it's like as we only went for drinks. We went on a Monday night, and there was quiz night on. We managed to find a quiet area in the pub away from the speakers. There is plenty of parking available in their car park. Just don't forget to register your vehicle registration on the machine in the pub. Update: food is made freshly. Not a wide range of vegetarian or vegan meals available for choice.

I am visiting from Kenya and fancied a Pub lunch. It was everything I expected and great service enhanced the experience.❤️🍻

The Preston pub has been my local pub for over a decade now. I have to give a massive thank you to Elly and Tigun and Kelly they are amazing no matter how busy, they alway make you feel like part of the family and professional helpful and alway go above and beyond expectations. I really hope you guys are rewarded accordingly for all your hard work. I would give 10 stars ⭐️ if I could. keep up the good work ladies

Friendly reliable, great family atmosphere, big shout to Tejan and crew, we had a largish gathering, nothing was too much trouble, even she arranged candle and cake as always. Best service value for money, main thing everyone enjoyed, also compliments to the chef, great food, stayed nice and hot, they made life easier. Cant wait till renovations, will be back for xmas. Thank you. Much appreciated.

Tasty food served in a crowded setting by friendly staff. Toilets need to be kept clean & smelling fresh. Parking is available. The tables need to be cleared & cleaned up soon after customers use. 24.11.22 Tasty steak served by friendly staff in clean environment. 11.1.23 Tasty burger 🍔 .Toilets need to be kept clean & fresh with the hand dryers working! & staff meetings where four letters words are are repeatedly used by female members of staff should be held more privately to avoid giving customers the wrong idea! 2.3.23 Tables need to be cleared up & cleaned for the next customer. 15.3.23 Tasty fish & chips 🍟 on a deal & toilets smelling fresh with phones not working! One of the best pubs in all of Wembley Park. Service 10 Service 10 Food 10 Outdoor space like a backyard, very good for sunny days (rare) lol. Weekly schedule always with activities... I recommend

Nice pub. Clean inside and toilets as well. Was not so busy, nice atmosphere outside. Had a burger , nothing special , typical pub burger but was ok. Nice drinks , martini was great. My friend spilled the drink and friendly barman gave her another for free. Will definetely go again.

Visited The Preston with an old friend for brunch which has a very varied menu. I had the full English breakfast and my friend had scrambled eggs on toast, both very large portions. The service and the food were very good, there's also outdoor seating. I would recommend if you want to treat yourself at a reasonable price but still getting quality food and excellent customer service.

Great service and food. Especially grateful to Kelly for making my visit that extra bit special. Great customer service and a friendly face - made me feel at home. Would defo visit The Preston again! I can't give 10 stars unfortunately.

If you pay a £7 for a 50ml Whiskey and the pub room manager take your glass without ask you if you finished? This is a good manager or not? (Poor service)

I have been to this pub a few times. It's quite large with a good sized garden. Staff are lovely and sociable and the food is good at a reasonable price.

As an old Preston Manor school pupil, it holds many fond memories but a nice pub in it's own right 🍻

A great pleasant surprise. Went for a Sunday lunch (beef rib), which I highly recommend as it was cooked perfectly with good amount of sides. Ordering through the website is quite handy too!

The bartender tonight was not very friendly. We've come here in the past many times and always had a great time! Noticed she was amazing with some and very noticeable with an attitude with others. Will think twice coming back to spend over £60 we did on foods and drinks! You probably need to be regular here to get service with a smile!

Not the best of sunday roasts. Had rib of beef, roast potatoes processed like aunt bessys, veg limited and beef very fatty. I wont be returning.

I sat down with my wife at a table to order lunch on FA Cup Final Day. We were coldly told by security to leave because it had just today been designated “by the police” as a Manchester United only pub. Yeah, right. So much for it being the “ultimate pub to eat, drink, and socialise, no matter what the occasion” (quote from website). Needless to say, we won’t be returning to any Ember Inns anytime.

They gives drinks in a plastic glasses which is not good and they serve beer from a bottle which was not a good.

May 2024 Me again. Met the new manager, Gabriel, today. Warm, friendly and a pleasure to talk with along with Raoul and Kelly. thanks to all. I last reviewed this pub three years ago and went today to celebrate my birthday with my daughter, 7 year old grandson, 5 year old grandaughter and our beautiful Tara and her carer, Alina, from the nearby care home where she lives. Ellie and Katie were wonderful and attentive in spite of what looked like a full house. The local care home come hear often with the carers and there is always a warm wellcome. Thank you both This Old Bird rocked up with a daughter, long suffering son-in-law, baby of 15 months, beautiful boy of 4 and TARA, our wonderful 50 year old disabled girlie who tends to get excited and shout a lot. Well, table reserved was perfect for her wheelchair, baby was able to fling her chips around without bothering other diners. Food excellent, expecially Garlic bread - do try the sausage and mash. And they serve cabbage! it is so lovely to have a chef who isn't mean with the garlic and the butter. Kaley Vincent was a real treat, unfazed by the party and able to join in the banter. Eve managed effortlessly to make it a lovely place to be. When it came time to leave it was all hands on deck to help me get the wheelchair out. May have to move to Wembley to be near this gaff...…..

Only 10/15 minutes walk from Wembley stadium, well worth a visit with real ales and reasonably priced food.

The new menu is good, and edible now. Simple things are finally done well, however the service is really bad. As friendly as staff is, it takes FOREVER for food to come out. Quoting times of 20mins for food to come out an hour if not more lately when you know food is probably cooked from frozen.. and still arrives cold.. It's a busy pub always full good outdoor and in door seating and parking available. More likely to only return for a drink until service improves..

The Preston Pub, just outside Preston Road station, is a delightful spot that captures English pub heritage perfectly. It's great for both drinkers and those seeking a hearty English breakfast. The hot chocolate is particularly exceptional, making it a cozy and enjoyable visit.

Just had one of the worst Sunday roasts ever, the beef was ribs and 99% fat. The veg was raw and the 3 roast potatoes were only a little bigger than the raw peas. On the positive side, crispy Yorkshire pudding and the tasty gravy but that didn't come close to justifying the £14 price tag. The drinks were poor too with Guinness served in a cheap plastic glass and my partners JD and coke had nasty diet coke as normal coke isn't a tap option. Mens toilets were in a terrible state too. Staff were great with a friendly service but i won't be going back anytime soon.

This is a good pub in a great location with lots of car parking space at the front and back of the building. Service is always very quick and attentive. Food and drink is good value for money too.

My friend and I came to the Preston in the late morning and were greeted warmly by the staff. Then we had tea together and a nice chat before my partner arrived. We all enjoyed a delicious lunch together. My friend and I liked our chicken, bacon and avocado salads very much. My partner found his classic chicken burger and chips to be very tasty and enjoyed his rose wine as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our lunch and there was a good atmosphere in the pub.

We visited the Preston to celebrate my wife's birthday. Our daughter, her husband and her two young children joined us. The two young ladies who were on duty were very friendly and helpful even though they were very busy. We enjoyed the food and drinks. The portions were generous and the food was tasty. We were a bit disappointed that all the dishes listed on the website were not available. I was looking forward to sausage and mash, but the chicken pie was a good alternative.

We had a great Mother’s Day at The Preston, our server Kara was great. Advised us on menu options and nothing was too much trouble.

A massive thank you to Katie and her team for all your hard work in looking after my family and friends so well yesterday afternoon. A special thank you to the chief who provided us with a buffet that was both delicious and interesting, catering for meat eaters and vegetarians alike.

Excellent pub. We went before 5 pm and ate from the lunch menu. Good at that time of day.

Ok. I expect it to be a little over priced when there's a game on at Wembley and people are there drinking BEFORE! The game however this still exists when the pub is dead and everyone has left for the game. When the pub was packed full of football fans, I got my Chardonnay in a plastic wine glass. Once the pub was emptied, this glass of Chardonnay came in the form of a double plastic pint glass. Yes! Double. I went to the garden with a takeaway kebab in a bag and cheekily nicked a bit off kebab meat out of that bag knowing that they served food. Politely yet sternly, I was asked what I was eating and that it should be consumed outside. Of course, I didn't want to look like a tramp, so I downed my Chardonnay in my Double plastic pint glass and proceeded to leave sharpish as to not spill my uncouthness into this pub!

The Preston is a great place to eat in a warm friendly environment. The choice on the menu is varied & they serve up good food. Lovely staff too.

For months now, there has not been any fish and chips (fryer not working) and to top that no working hand dryer in the unclean toilets (usual problem)…

The toilets are terrible for the men. The dryer has not been working for months, there are no tissues to dry one's hands. The urinals are all leaking and generally very dirty and unhygienic

Great local pub, lovely staff and very tasty food

Recently my partner and l enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Preston Pub. We were greeted warmly on arrival. Our starters of root vegetable soup and garlic bread were very tasty. Our main meals of chicken breast and fish cakes with chips and peas were delicious. Our desserts of caramel apple pie and mini chocolate brownie were very good. My partner liked his wine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great. I would recommend the Preston Pub very highly to everyone.

The food is generally good when available.We generally visit mainly for Sunday Roast , but for the secon time we were told they have run out of the all roasts That was very disappointing.

Visited to meet up with friends and have a meal. We were not disappointed. Large selection of beer, lagers and ciders as well as wines. The menu selection was quite extensive too. We went for the Ultimate Burger , mixed grill and curry. All enjoyed the meals . The burger and mixed grill were large so make sure you are hungry when you order. Surprising easy to park on Saturday evening - don't forget to register your car (for free) to avoid a penalty charge

Absolutely one of my favourite pubs! Lots of parking, space and huge beer garden! The staff are always very friendly and accommodating! Not to forget, they are super dog friendly - biscuits and water bowls given and lots of cuddles. 😅 Thanks to the team at Preston for such an awesome pub!!! ❤️ I'll be back for sure again soooon!

We made a large booking of over 50 people for lunch on a Sunday and the service and quality of food was second to none. Kate was incredibly helpful in organising and managing our booking and was a pleasure to deal with. On the day, Laura was responsible for serving our tables and nothing was too much trouble. Great service with a smile - We’ll definitely be back again soon.

We want to thank all the staff at Preston pub especially Laura. We were a group of 50 for my uncles memorial. Laura made sure everyone got there meals in a speedy timescale with a smile on her face the whole time. She was so friendly and super professional. Everyone had an amazing time. The whole atmosphere was warm and homily. Couldn't recommend enough. Definitely recommend the beef roast. Thank you Laura. We wish you all a happy new year x

I would like to thank the gentlemen Manager,who helped me as soon as I was trying to get in at the door with my crutches👨🏻‍🦯, food was delicious, and the young guy who delivered the food from the kitchen was very efficient and friendly,my friends and I had a wonderful afternoon here,will definitely come back🤩🍻🍻🍻🍻

We came here for a Christmas meal and booked weeks in advance, giving a deposit. On the day they were out of stock of the only vegan/vegetarian option from the Christmas menu (a Wellington) and they asked if we booked meals beforehand. We were not asked to reserve dishes on the 2 times we called them (for the Christmas Menu booking) and have not ever had this problem at other venues. In replacement, 2 of us ordered the pasta (awful, taste like bland pasta + ketchup, no seasonings, edible at best) and 1 ordered the vegan burger (this was okay, small with no frills). The plantbased skewers were tasty though! There was also only one vegan Biscoff cheesecake left, which we shared. And they gave vegan ice cream. We ordered mulled wine, which was nice but had a strange sour aftertaste (vs others we've tried). The pub itself has a lovely atmosphere and fireplaces, for that cosy feeling.

My partner and I had a lovely lunch at the Preston recently. The female member of staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our lunch. We enjoyed our starters (soup and nachos) and main meals (fishcakes and ham, egg and chips) from the set menu. The staff member offered me a takeaway box as well, which was very kind of her. We were so pleased to have nice food in a relaxing, friendly atmosphere and we are looking forward to our next visit to the Preston soon.

Fair service Good food, but expensive.

food was poor and poatos we not cooked, paid over £200 for a piss poor christmas lunch and will not be booking again.

The food was not great, came out cold and at different times. The last main was so delayed it arrived when people on the were having their dessert!

Booked a christmas meal for 2. Sat down waiting for someone to come over to take our order after being told someone will come over then having to be told you have to order from the bar. The food was dissapointing, carrots were hard and the roast potatoes were from frozen. Nobody checked as to how the food was, had go to the bar to request for our desserts . No clear communication with staff and customers. Service was very poor. Cpuldnt get out of there quick enough. Will not be returning again.

I booked a table for 2 both myself and friend are disabled . He is wheelchair bound. So on arriving I parked in a disabled bay and displayed my Blue badge went in made my booking had a non alcoholic drink and left. Today 11/12/23 I received a £100 parking fine for parking on the pubs premises. I didn't see a sign warning of parking charges. The pub trade is in a dire state I suggest M+B you are not helping yourselves. I will be going up today to cancel my booking!

Hi, We are a choir group Including myself there were 31 people. This was a bit of a panic booking as my two more local venues, one would not not accommodate more than 25 people and the other did not want to disturb the existing quiz night. the initial phone call to the staff at the Preston was warm, enthusiastic and totally accommodating..wonderful!! On the night the food was delivered with speed and efficiently and hot, well not the prawn cocktail!!. The main courses were delicious and plentiful and the turkey was succulent and delicious. The desserts were also lovely and the Apple and black currant crumble was just perfect. The staff were absolutely wonderful and i really do mean wonderful. Any tiny glitches were dealt with immediately and with kindness. I had two people who did have allergies but this was also met with kindness and patience and concern. Afterwards as a choir we love to sing and even though i say so myself we are not bad at all. The remainder of the other guests in the pub seemed quite happy to turn there chairs and listen. All in all a truly super evening. The staff and chefs were just quite simply perfect (if they were having a melt down we would never have known). We were so impressed we will be booking our Christmas Party there next year!! Thank you to all the staff, you made the evening perfect !!!
