The Ace Cafe London in Brent

The breakfast was superb. Piping hot and served with minimal delay. Great variety at a reasonable price. Easy access and plenty of parking. Great atmosphere.

I wanted to go to the Ace for a while but living in the Midlands means it's not local. But I was passing with a friend (also into bikes and cars) so we dropped in. Had 2x burger and chips for about £12 each which was alright. A bit basic but it's what I expected. Drinks are expensive though. A pint of beer and a pint of coke cost £16. The cafe was quiet when we were there and not much atmosphere. If it wasn't for the heritage/history that the Ace has I probably wouldn't recommend it. I feel they could make it into something better rather than just relying on their name and history.

Bike and car meets from different eras most nights and other events too. Food available along with coffee, tea or pints and a shop for memorabilia too. A historic car and bike venue that's always good to drop by on.

The vibe.. it was a weekday lunch and not busy, but a great time to see the memorabilia in the cafe. The odd combination of food and oil was in the air, but it smelled like my garage if I eat while working on my bikes. From business meetings to casual lunch meets.. it was a cool array of people. A few crusty bikers blended with a youngins. A stop for every rider and definitely for tourists.

Been waiting so long to visit, and wasn’t disappointed such an iconic place so glad we traveled the 3.5 hours to visit

The coffee shop I visited was an incredibly underwhelming experience, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment lacked the essential qualities that define a good coffee shop. Firstly, the ambiance was far from inviting. The lighting was dim, not in a cozy way but more like they forgot to change burnt-out bulbs. The furniture appeared worn out, with scratches and stains visible on every table and chair. It seemed as though no effort had been made to maintain cleanliness or aesthetic appeal. Moreover, the music playing in the background was neither soothing nor appropriate for a coffee shop setting; instead, it felt jarring and out of place. The service was another major letdown. The staff seemed disinterested and untrained. When I approached the counter to order, it took several attempts to get their attention. Once I finally placed my order, there were numerous mistakes. My drink came out wrong—not once, but twice—and when I politely pointed out the errors, the barista responded with noticeable irritation rather than apologizing or offering a solution. This attitude left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. As for the quality of the coffee itself, it was disappointing. The taste lacked depth and richness, which is crucial for any respectable coffee shop. It tasted watered down, almost as if cost-cutting measures were prioritized over flavor. Additionally, the presentation of the drinks was lackluster. There wasn’t even an attempt at latte art, something that has become standard in most decent cafes today. The pastries accompanying the coffee were equally uninspired, stale, and clearly not homemade. To make matters worse, the prices were unjustifiably high considering the subpar product and service. Paying premium rates only to receive inferior goods is infuriating and leaves one questioning the value proposition entirely. In conclusion, this coffee shop failed on nearly every front: atmosphere, service, product quality, and pricing. I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant coffee experience and will certainly avoid returning myself.

Top spot for food and drink while looking at lots of motorbikes! Great for a breakfast on weekdays too when it’s easier to park!

Hello I wanted to share this magnificent place in London there were 2 of us Saturday morning for breakfast and Saturday evening for dinner it was a great place we were very well received by the staff the place is very pretty and the dishes are super good in quantity and quality and the price also compared to other places in London

Center of london, highly rated and recommended cafe, used alot by bikers and motor enthusiasts. Quite expensive, poor value for money but is as you would expect. Very busy, but clean toilets and tables. Plenty of seating, parking and food/bev choices.

An interesting place, huge breakfast which I liked, I had an omelette with chips (combination that I never seen before) and it was fine, plain but fine. Its a place for motor bike lovers.

Disgusting place, the food is horbble, beer tasting like expiry, members of staff are like dead they don't serve you right. All car park smells on weed. PS: don't do doughnuts at the car park, the managers call the police.

Llegué a Londres para una excursión de un día en la tienda Fred warrs Harley con mi hermano que está comprando una bicicleta nueva muy pronto, pensé que sería bueno parar en el café para el desayuno. Bueno ojalá no me hubiera molestado, 2 emparedados de salchicha y tocino para el desayuno, fríos y viscosos, margarina barata, tocino muy mal cocido y lleno de grasa. Nunca más.

Went there yesterday before travelling on to the RAF Museum (which is always worth a long visit). It was a dull and damp February morning and that coolness outside was rather evident inside, too. The heating could be turned up a notch or 2. I had planned on an English breakfast seeing as it was about 10:30am. Having though seen someone with Fish & Chips which looked good I gave that a go. Not bad at all. The chips were a bit lacking in flavour, a bit ordinary, but the fish was really good, so too the tartare sauce. My wife had soup and was amazed at the monster sized bowl: the Fish & Chips were larger than expected as well. So, that was pretty good. The lady who served us was pleasant and the chap marshalling the carpark was equally as friendly. We'll return when an event is on come a summer's day. Pleased I called in there.

I was at Ace Cafe today, and they charged me £3.25 for a cup of tea. I’ve been going there for about two years, and it has always been £1.50 even last week it was the same price. I have no idea what happened for the price to suddenly multiply like that. I hope the staff made a mistake.

Decent place, hard to get to in a car, traffic is obviously hard work. Other than that, fair sized car park, not too busy on a weekday lunchtime. Food was acceptable, nothing special, but cafe food is to be expected. Price is very reasonable for London.

Went here for a small Saab meet at lunchtime (well, there aren't many Saabs left) and was pleasantly surprised. Sure the hall is rustic, but it's full of cool memorabilia and pictures. The food is reasonably priced, hearty and the portions generous. Recommended!

Went here with my local motors club, been a few times now. Place is full of history. Food is your typical roadside cafe but always cooked well and never any complaints on the staff looking after everyone

To be honest, I've never been there, but I've heard wonderful stories about it. Wheeler dealers and Car sos have also been there regularly. I find that way of marketing companies very successful. This location is definitely still on my wish list

Properly gone down hill. Isnt what it used to be. Staff dont give a monkeys Worst breakfast ive ever had. Food was cold, undercooked and soulless. Server couldnt care less - completely dead now. Shame

Loads of history and character here and a great place for a car or bike meet. Also, the breakfast is one of the best in the UK. MY personal recommendation is the Special breakfast with an extra sausage. Perfect

The Ace Cafe has been a petrol head staple on this spot for decades. I’ve probably visited 5 times over the last 30 years and it’s nice to enjoy a bit of history. The interior is decked out with a range of motoring paraphernalia, rows of Formica tables and some fun lighting plus a juke box. A pal and I visited on this Monday as it was supposedly German night (BMW & Mercedes) but perhaps owing to the Monday and dark night, there was only 5 or so visitors besides ourselves. I have been to other events and it can get rammed quickly, so happy to chalk this up to an anomaly. The grub (cheese covered shepherds pie and a tuna / mayo jacket) was filling and turned up quickly, prices not too bad, service as expected. After a good natter we departed, picking our way across the car park dodging the couple of scooter riders who had spent the evening going back and forth pulling wheelies… Maybe something for the Ace team to have a think about - spoiling it for those customers who’re less mobile.

Iconic, authentic & thoroughly original feel to the place; it's a mecca for bikers & petrol heads from all across Europe & you regularly see number plates from all over there. It offers a good selection of food, hot & cold drinks, plus it holds an alcohol licence, so it serves a decent selection of draught & bottled beers, etc. It's open long hours, during weekday working hours it serves as a transport cafe, evenings & especially, weekends - it comes alive in a big way. If you've not visited this world-renowned establishment, like motorcycles & cars, you'll definitely enjoy a visit to the Ace Cafe.

Ace cafe is always a good place to go but the coffee was weak and expensive at £4 a cup and the slice of cake was bland and also £4 a slice. Not really worth the visit to be honest, not what it used to be.

We visited twice - first, my son went on a motorcycle tour and loved it so much he brought me back. The atmosphere was great, with good service and simple, no-fuss English food. Good value too! The history of the Mods vs. Rockers was interesting, and we bought some merch to take home.

As a motorcyclist, the visit is of course a MUST! Especially since we were also traveling on motorcycles. Of course there isn't much going on here during the week or in the mornings. Still, I can say "I've been to Ace Cafe!"
