Ava and Christina provided the best service i've experienved in London. Friendly and chatty in the perfect balance. The food is amazing, and the plqce is worth a visit just for the arhistructure alone anyways. 5stars

Had a great evening at Paradise. Vide, food and service were brilliant.

Came here for secret boozy brunch - the unlimited cocktail hour was very good, and the vibes were incredibly upbeat. However, the sound system was so loud could barely hear the person next to you and the food was slightly underwhelming for a pub lunch. The venue has an upstairs room which basically turned into a club at 4pm, crazy scenes. Thankfully at my old age, the pub area downstairs was fairly quiet to retire to for some pints.

I was there on sunday for lunch and it was not busy , only 4 tables were occupied and there was enough staff . It took for ever for our drinks to arrive , and even longer for our food to arrive . My friend and i had a roast . All the roasted veg were not cooked properly there was no seasoning whatsoever. So asked for salt & pepper which again took a long time to arrive . Just to make matter worse salt mill was filled with salt flakes , so no salt was coming out of course. Then i asked the waitress which took for ever to get her attention to bring some salt in a tiny bowl . Need i say anymore . I did give them my feedback and we were given 20% off . Even then that is still a lot of money for a very under seasoned undercooked meal .

Booked the venue for a private event, staff were very helpful leading up to the event and on the day all hands on deck to help and support. Highly recommend this venue for any bookings for corporate or social events!

The staff here are really nice and I highly recommend the Sunday roast. Great value and a lot of food. Lovely pub. Only complaint is not a lot of gluten free options - nothing on the dessert menu gluten free except ice cream. but other than that have always had a great roast here.

The food was okay. We asked to check if everything was on the menu, and they confirmed and knew it was a late booking. However, instead of roast beef, we got a steak cut up into pieces. The roast chicken piece was also quite dry. I needed a lot of gravy before it was good. I've been here before so I know the food could be better, but on this occasion it was not and saddened by it. Service was also quite laid back, and I had to ask for our plates to be clear despite everyone visibly finished with tissue on the plate, etc. Will I come back again? Yes , but I hope they make an improvement..

I have been going to Paradise for more than 15 years and always liked it but I stopped going in the last 2 years since they changed management. I went back unfortunately last Sunday with my 14 years old daughter and a friend of her ( two girls ) . As soon as I we entered a very young and arrogant girl came to me and asked me what did I want ? I asked for a table for lunch , it was 2 pm and the restaurant was almost empty , only 2-3 tables with few people . The girl told me , these the exact words : I am sorry but we will not accommodate you today , you can go to other pubs in the area , there's plenty .!! I was shocked , when I asked why she replayed : " Darling , as I said we will not accommodate you today , so please if you could go as we are very busy .my daughter got very upset and started crying so I told this young girl ( called Isla ) : please don't call me darling as i am 57 years old , I am a doctor and been coming here for many years and never been treated so badly . I then left as the girl ( presumably a new manager started laughing to us with other members of the staff. I find this behaviour unacceptable for a msnsger of a pub like Paradise . I then found out after one hour from A friend of mine who works at the door there that they had a group of 100 people whom booked most of the restaurant. Fair enough , but it would have been easier to explain me that instead of insulting me in front of my daughter . Iwill not go back to paradise until they ll change manager at the door as they can't have a young girl with no manners treating clients like that

I photographed a wedding there and thought that this is tha most unique wedding venue in London and would deffinatly recommend to anyone getting married!

Went for an amazing book launch party. WHAT A PLACE, one of the oldest pubs around. Great setting for any celebration. Staff were wonderful too

I had a fantastic experience at Paradise on Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing weekend meal. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, with special mention to the, Tiger Prawn stater in fact to all the dishes. Whether you’re looking for a cozy meal or a special family treat, Paradise truly lives up to its name. I can’t wait to return!

Had the most amazing Sunday lunch. Best beef I’ve had to be honest! The manager Jamie is so friendly and helpful which made for a brilliant experience! I will definitely be going back very soon.

I love this place! It has everything you need for a great night out. Great cocktails, delicious food and the service is superb! During our month in London, we dined at Paradise several times, including two Sunday roasts. All our dining experiences were excellent. The food, the service and the atmosphere were all wonderful. Our two Sunday roasts were far superior to the others we tried in the neighbourhood. The atmosphere is comfortable, the service attentive, varied menu selections and price point certainly reasonable. A great neighbourhood pub.

I have had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Paradise on a few occasions now and am always impressed with the staff and in particular the manager Jamie, always attentive without being intrusive and always has a smile on his face, never been disappointed with the food n drinks and have even ventured out for a lil boogie on a Friday night l, great music and friendly faces.. highly recommend .

My favourite venue for events ever!!!! I spent days looking online for a venue for my event and reviewed around 150 without finding the perfect place. Luckily I was gifted Paradise by way of kendal green from a colleague and I shall be forever grateful!! I hosted a quirky Mad Hatter fashion shoot and Alice in wonderland party here….and… The venue is to die for! We had the first floor, with a stunning conservatory, private dining space and ball room. All are perfect, beautiful finish, lovely lighting as the sun drops. Amazing back drop for both our photoshoot and our event. The team are sensational! Initial chats with Kelsey were amazing, we were those annoying people who wanted everything to be on theme - an aerialist, Prosecco that changed colour, performers giving out the food , decanter drinks. Nothing was off limits and finding venues that say yes these days is hard! Jamie on site was my hero, I needed early access, use of venue props, set food and drinks times, rooms for changing rooms, constant pick up and drop offs etc etc etc….all no problem, an event organisers dream, I’m so very grateful! And for the rest of the fabulous team. The food was wonderful, super well priced and guests loved it! Drinks service was perfect (the staff didn’t batter an eyelid when we wanted playing cards and tinys keys to be exchanged for drinks and shots) If you want your event to your favourite yet, with the best feedback you’ve received from guests, with a wholeheartedly appreciated flexible approach, perfect team, gorgeous venue, THIS PLACE IS YOUR DREAM! Literally cannot recommend this place enough!

Amazing Local Pub with Outstanding Service! I recently visited Paradise, and I can confidently say it's one of the best local spots around. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service, especially from the manager, Jamie. Jamie went above and beyond to ensure that every guest was well taken care of. His friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and genuine care for the customers made all the difference. The food and drinks were top-notch as well. Overall, The paradise is a gem of a pub with a fantastic vibe, great food, and stellar service. A big shoutout to Jamie for making the experience so memorable. I can't wait to return and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time out.

I wanted to give a special thank you to Jamie and Cristiana for helping to plan and execute my engagement party. I had booked the conservatory and the private dining room for 24-26 guests and it was perfect! All of my guests including myself absolutely had the BEST evening! There was only positive feedback from my guests about how lovely the venue and service was! I also wanted to thank the lovely and caring bartenders who helped make the evening even better and run so smoothly! If you’re thinking about hosting any event here, please do so and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed! Cannot recommend enough!

A friend and I hosted our birthday there and the staff were very accommodating. Melissa was incredibly lovely and made sure we were looked after all night. Would thoroughly recommend!

I hired the private dining room and conservatory upstairs for my 30th birthday and it did not disappoint! I was extremely impressed with the setting and the staff couldn't do enough for you. I had ordered canapes and snacks which were very timely and tasty. Overall, Jamie and his team delivered an exceptional experience and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to have an event for 40-60 people. Will definitely be going there again soon.

At our first visit to Paradise by Way of Kensal Green we had a very enjoyable time. We had delicious starters, followed by scrumptious Sunday roast with succulent tender beef and the desserts were great too. All the staff were friendly and courteous and we would like to thank Melisa who looked after us especially well. We look forward to a return visit.

Just had dinner here and it was marvelous. The sea bass with potatoes and broccoli had a marinade dripping that made all the elements come together. My friend had the chicken and said it was the best he has ever had! The dining room was airy and welcoming with all the flowers. And the prices were modest for such excellent cooking. Highly recommended.

Great jazz trio, drums , bass and saxophonist. Sadly returned for a second visit and they were no longer there. Oh well :(

Nice pub, clean pub, friendly staff, good food

A delicious mid-week lunch with very attentive and friendly staff. A highchair available for children, there were great cocktails and the food was brilliant. The staff couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. A great place to eat.

The atmosphere of this establishment is normally perfect, which is why on New Years Eve's Eve my husband and I took our friends there for dinner. I ordered the cod and all was going very well until I swallowed a fishbone. It would have been very hard to see in the atmospheric lighting, but it was also unexpected to find a bone in a cod fillet. The waiter did his best to provide as much bread as I wanted (to try and push the fishbone down) and he did look after me as he seemed concerned. After various attempts to either swallow or eject the bone we left and a few distressing hours later I was in A&E as the bone now seemed lodged for good and was painful. After a whole night in A&E the bone was finally removed at 10am. Just over 4.5cm of it. Shortly after this episode, I sent an email addressed to management, to merely make them aware as I really felt the chefs should be checking their fish before serving to customers. I never expected anything other than a courteous response from management and perhaps an apology. But I received nothing. I later sent another email, politely suggesting that they perhaps had not received the first email, yet still nothing... months later. These things happen but I am most disappointed by the management's lack of courteousness and the lack of acknowledgment. This experience has left me with a very sour taste, not to mention a rather scratched oesophagus.

there's a bald headed facially challenged security guard who seems to think it's okay to shout in women's faces without listening - screaming calm down when i replied that i wasn't, not calm he denied entry because i don't want to be shouted at told him as much, ultimately needlessly for about ten minutes until another woman apologised to him on my behalf which i did not ask for or want and took back instead of focusing on the people drinking in the road he took issue with me the bullied child to miserable security guard pipeline is strong and clearly needs his ego massaged better door staff

Melissa and the team ensured that our hen party of 25 were looked after amazingly. Communication before and on the day was perfect and Melissa ensured everyone was taken care of at all points during the evening. Food was delicious and drinks were great. I cannot express just how fantastic the team were at ensuring we had a seamless evening. The bride to be was so happy and we had 25 very happy hens! Thank you Melissa!

We hosted a funeral wake at paradise last week and what could have been sad and depressing was the complete opposite. Luna and her team made our day at paradise so much more. The venue , the atmosphere, the staff were 100!. Nothing was too much, the team was there for us before , during and after offering support and anything we needed. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more and I can’t thank Luna and her team enough!

Popped in for a quick drink before a local event, choosing this place as it was close by. Didn't expect it to be quite so stunning inside! Staff were lovely too. Wish I had more to say but it really was a quick drink - recommended if you're in the area!

Held a 30th Birthday here for 50+ people, we had a lunch downstairs and hired out the conservatory upstairs. Service was truly amazing and food was great also. Thanks so much to the team here - great before the event and fantastic during.

Had a lovely night here, not too rammed, very good DJ and the drinks weren't extortionate (£6 a shot) two floors of music, nice bunch or staff.

I was very disappointed by this place. My friend had hyped it up. The batter on my fish was grey and undercooked and the rest of the food was cold and unappetising. The service was slow but mainly due to the main waiter seemingly working alone. The only saving grace was the stylish dining area. Otherwise have a pint and give the restaurant a miss.

I love this pub for a quick drink or dining in. It retains all the Brit pub vibes you want - and gastro dining with a welcome twist. Fab decor too

I booked dinner and drinks at Paradise for a friends 50th. Everyone from the booking team(Big shout out to Steve)to Nico who put up with my high expectations and excelled front of house, through to the DJ was exceptional. thank you for making our time with you so memorable

We booked the Conservatory and Dining Room private hire space at the top of Paradise. They were responsive when we kicked off the process and confirmed our date and took our deposit payment promptly. However it proved to be extremely challenging to get to speak to anyone about arrangements prior to the event itself which was challenging when we were on the hook for several thousand pounds of minimum payment. The night itself was really fun. The conservatory is a great space. Excellent having your own bar with staff all night. We brought our own music ( just plug in your iPhone). But annoying that strangers kept wondering in later in the evening. The bouncers weren’t great at keeping it clear that this was a private party and given we had a free bar for our friends annoying to have to be vigilant that random people weren’t coming g in to access that. Overall it was a memorable night and worth it.

Thank you so much to the Paradise for a most fabulous 25th wedding anniversary celebration. We couldn’t have asked for more! Having been coming here for at least 25 years it was great to mark our special occasion. Luna is the very very best - super capable and her attention to detail made it so relaxing. We were in good hands. We had a wonderful evening from a 5pm reception in the club room, delicious meal for 50 in the private dining rooms and then back to the Club Room for late night dancing. The best ever. Here’s to our next celebration…..

Absolutely shocking. The staff are useless, the management seem clueless, there isn’t a single thing I could say made my visit in any way welcoming. Please do better.

The quality of the food has significantly dropped. We’ve been there several times in the past and we can definitely see the difference. Service was good, the guys were very attentive and helpful but the food was really disappointing, especially for the price we paid.

Used to be the best place in west London for a roast but we were left sorely disappointed during a recent trip. Meat was overcooked, veg selection was not as good as before, even the desserts didn’t taste homemade. Prices had also gone up considerably. Obviously we were the last to know as the place was empty compared to a few years back. Very sad.

Great atmosphere. Delicious food. Enthusiastic staff. Made me want to stay until the early hours. Worth the visit despite being in an out of the way location.

Went there for a friend's 50th birthday and it was my worst dining experience in London ever. Where do I start ... everything was aweful. - Only one waiter in the entire restaurant and apparently he was on his second day. We didn't have enough glasses, had to beg to be able to order drinks on the rare occasion we caught a glimpse of him ... you get the gist - All 12 of us had pre-booked options from a set menu online as Paradise had requested. We arrived at 8.pm and 1.5 hours later four of us were told that our burrata starter had already been given to other guests ...(what's the point of pre-ordering if the chef gives it away?. After a 2 hour wait the starters finally arrived - we could choose substitutes. - At about 10.30, more than 2.5 hours after we had arrived, the mains were fianlly served. The pork was super-dry and tough. The friend who had ordered aubergine was approached by the waiter who said that the chef had brought her "flowers" - some really lame joke as the aubergine, too, had been given to other guests and she was served half a cauliflower sitting lonely on her plate without even an option of another choice! - The staff was rarely seen, plates were left piled up on our table and not taken away, we had to beg for drinks, water. - We were given our deserts at 11.15pm AFTER the chef had left and the restaurant had started to close, a security lady had begun to clean up glasses in the restaurant and another lady was cleaning the bar. Not only was it far too late to eat but also a terrible atmosphere. I felt really bad for my friend who had gone through all the trouble of inviting us. Maybe the restaurant compensated her but it should have never been this awful to start with.

An item was missing from two of the three plates they brought and had to ask twice to get it by which time of course we’d basically finished. Restaurant was cold, table was wobbly, pointed it out to waiter: nothing. Fixed it ourselves. No kids menu on Mother’s Day, despite being told there was by waiter. No drinks menu, had to ask twice to get one. At least we didn’t wait over an hour for any food like the poor table next to us. Definitely just going to Parlour next time, the place is a shambles. It was full so I’m sure they don’t care: not caring is written all over the place.

We had to tell two staff members to cancel the Cauliflower cheese and then remove it from the bill when it came. The food itself was good, but the portion size was not. The wait time clearly showed a preference for filling the venue buy not expanding the number of kitchen staff to accommodate. We won't go back again.

I had an amazing time at Paradise by Kensal Green with my friends! The restaurant part offered delicious food, the garden smoking area provided a relaxed atmosphere, and the upstairs disco added the perfect touch for a fun night out. Highly recommended for a diverse and enjoyable experience.

A friend booked for 9 last night. We were disappointed not to be in the main restaurant but stayed on a long table downstairs. We waited a long time for our food and because they had two events I thought the food was going to be average… it was really nice, fresh, tasty and the service was really good!!! By 11pm they had a DJ who put some really good music and we didn’t stop dancing! Really fun atmosphere and will definitely come back!

Back to Paradise [by way of Kensal Green] after a number of years. Overall a disappointing visit due to long wait times, communication issues, restricted vegetarian options and dietary limitations due to restaurant food preparation choices. Waiting 1.5 hours for our food was bad enough but the fact that we received no updates throughout that time was unacceptable. However, we were treated to a new dining experience: the mains arrived (lukewarm) and then our starters appeared, except the 3 which were no longer available! We were asked whether we required sauce/gravy for our meal after finishing the meal which is poor service. An unusual sequence of events… Unfortunately the chips and fries are cooked in the same fat as chicken croquettes which excludes vegetarians and non-meat eaters from this food option. On a positive note, this restaurant has a nice vibe and the company was great! However, unlikely to return after today’s experience.

Celebrated my 40th birthday at Paradise - dinner, lots of drinks and dancing. We had the best time. Dinner was amazing, great value for money and the service could not be faulted at all. Melissa was our host and she was amazing. Thanks for a great night!

Amazing venue to drink & dance, we had a fantastic evening - but they really need to sort out their food service and if they can’t cope just tell customers in advance. We only got some of our food & were then told ‘the kitchen is overwhelmed’ - not really what you want to hear! I understand many hospitality venues are struggling with staff etc so I am sympathetic but we should really have been compensated.

One main dish was slightly disappointing but starters were great. Atmosphere and surroundings are fabulous and cozy. Only real bummer of the evening was that my wallet got stolen out of my bag whilst I was sitting at the table by some people who came to sit on a sofa which was next to where I was sitting. They did not seem to have any business there and also quickly disappeared. The staff did not notice them coming in nor served them anything so they came and went unnoticed which is not good.

Being in this lovely pub for a birthday, the food was amazing and the services as well, we were really looked after by Jazz and Fay and the whole atmosphere felt really good. Good selection of beers as well Highly recommend

Our second function on 26/01/2024 at the paradise and a complete difference to the 1st. Federica is a credit to Paradise, she couldn't have been more accommodating and kind on a sad occasion. The bespoke buffet was really delicious ( compliments to the chief) nothing was too much trouble for Federica and the team.

Your venue is wonderful, and the roast dinner is the best I’ve had. When I returned last week for the best roast, I was waiting for over an hour after making an order for a roast before even my patience wore thin, and I cancelled my order before leaving. I am a patient and reasonable customer, but I was given no warning of the roast taking a long time, no update on when to expect my food, and no apologies from the waitstaff who took my food. After wasting an hour in the restaurant and most of my evening travelling to and from your restaurant I feel mostly upset I didn’t get to eat the roast dinner and more upset that I will now be put off from coming back and bringing my family and friends. On my last visit I was taken care of wonderfully by a woman with short hair, her attentiveness should be the benchmark for hospitality in the venue for the staff to learn from. I rated the food 5 stars as the first time I went it was delicious, 10 out of 10 fantastic, but upon second visit the food didn't exist. by way of average this would yield a result of 2.5, however my fond memories of that first dinner shall grant you that extra 0.5 stars.

Frederica made our Sunday lunch a wonderful one. She was serving several tables but still had such great customer service and upbeat energy. I’ll definitely be returning.

Mid week visit just before Xmas and couldn't have been made to feel more welcome or catered for.

Hidden gem near Kensal Green cemetery. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful on a bitterly cold Sunday lunchtime. Highly recommended.
