The poacher in North Somerset

The breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked with quality produce. Toast was thick sliced with real butter. Decent coffee with warm milk. Definitely eat here again.

recently visited portishead and was taken here for a meal. Bar staff very polite. But wish I had been warned rugby was on. The cook looked drunk no jacket just normal clothes hair a mess and after asking find out she is the manageress and often drunk according to the locals, not what I would expect from a establishment. The language in the bar was awful. You expect some but not this amount. Would I go there again No. The food was ok but the rest of it was a ridiculous.
