The Physic Garden Cafe in Kensington and Chelsea

Alimentos de mala calidad y precios extorsivos injustificables. El chocolate caliente que me dieron estaba frío de nuevo, solo la mitad de la taza llena y sabía a leche, sin sabor a chocolate alguno hasta el punto de ser insultante. Tuve que levantarme 3 veces para arreglar su desastre, incluyendo que me dieran un tenedor sucio. Calidad de fábrica, tortas producidas en masa no descongeladas correctamente. Esta es la segunda vez que experimento este nivel de calidad ofensivo y no volveré atrás. Qué vergüenza en el Jardín de Física por permitir tan terrible contratista explotador. Están tomando el relevo y explotando a clientes vulnerables: turistas, discapacitados, personas neurodiversas y personas mayores. Una verdadera pena.

Un gran ambiente sentado en la terraza con vistas al jardín. La comida era muy buena y el servicio era atento sin ser intrusivo. La selección de platos vegetarianos fue impresionante. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente.

No hay reserva en línea, nadie contestó el teléfono. Hicimos cola para estar sentados, había mesas vacías y un poco de personal. La comida era decepcionante y muy caro, César ensalada huevo escalfado era duro y negro, Club sandwich cuña era rancio. Muy caro para lo que es, qué desgracia para un lugar que solía ser decente

La comida era sabrosa e imaginativa y el lugar agradable, pero el servicio era terrible. La camarera no vino a tomar nuestra orden hasta que la había llamado desde el otro lado de la habitación. Ella nos aseguró que todos los platos principales estaban calientes, pero mi plato de batata estaba frío. (Yo había querido comer comida caliente ya que era un día frío). Ella estaba completamente desinteresada cuando mencioné esto mientras pagaba la factura, lo que llevó mucho tiempo porque el personal no sabía cómo operar la caja.

Precios ridículos por comida deficiente. Pudín de toffee pegajoso con crema en polvo por 12 libras, ¿en serio? La ensalada de chorritos era repugnante, bastante impactante.

Indifferent food served by grumpy staff with no interest in the garden or its ethos. Take a picnic if you are visiting.
