Had Breakfast here quite a good price considering it's an all you can eat buffet lots of choice nicely cooked but under hot lamps and they don't keep them hot just about warm i didn't mund this apart from the beans was going to eat here more but coukd only do it if you had booked meal deal and paid i n premier inn because their computer system was down and they were closed to people other than hotel guests would give food an 8/10 but be prepared to be standing around ages waiting to be seated we were nearly 10 mins before someone came front could do with a tidy up looks grubby snd let's inside down a bit looks a bit off putting will be back if we are in the area again good food fair price kids eat free

The staff here are lovely and friendly and very helpful, but I was disappointed that the only gluten free sausages were vegan! I’m not vegan, I like meat in my sausages. Also there was no gluten free toast available and although I was offered a burger bun, it was too late, as I was half way through my breakfast by then. I don’t see why you can’t offer proper GF sausages and ensure you have GF bread available for toast. I’m aware that you need separate equipment, but you are part of a big chain and these days it’s expected. As I said this is not the fault of the staff.

The “ manager” here was soooo rude. We came into a nearly empty restaurant after travelling 4 hours and was staying in the premier inn connected. When we entered she barked at us “ have u booked? “ which we had no but the place was empty. She had “ cant serve u then” My husband enquired politely about the empty tables. To which she replied “ I’ve got a hen night over then and too much on my grill” The couple behind us commented on how rude she was. I was embarrassed and have no desire to be spoken to like that at all. Would not eat here again now even if they were empty. Very rude and unwelcoming. Gives beefeater a bad name having someone like that greeting customers and turning customers away because she can’t cope.

My partner and myself come to weston supermere regularly and stay in the premier inn hotel east we are regular customers to the beefeater and spend a lot of money in the beefeater each time we goWe had booked a meal for the saturday evening to which i paid on my debit card 46Pounds before the meal there were numerous transactions at the bar also on my debit card all these transactions showed as pending on my bank accountthe next morning we had booked breakfast which was stone coldToday 3 weeks later beefeater decided to take the money for the meal from my bank bearing in mind every other transaction had come out on 3rd of August by doing so this put me into an unuthorised overdraft i called the beefeater customer relations to be advised nothing they can do just one of those thing i felt let down with this attitude no explanation as to why this was taken 3 weeks later

See photos of what you order from the menu and what you actually get. This is a lobster stacker for close to £16 with what is no bigger than a large prawn on top. I asked why the lobster provided with this burger is so much smaller than the menu photo and was told it was served by weight (not sure mine even registered on the scales and this was not explained in the menu). I don't blame the staff as they are all lovely hence 2 stars and to be fair they brought me an extra 'prawn'. If this is honestly what Beefeater think is acceptable they are sorely mistaken. This was the general theme for all our meals, plus a long wait and cold chips. Would rather go to Burger King. At least you get what you pay for there.

Came here boxing day on a whim and they had a set meal menu. Food was lovely and our waitress's Kellie and Emily were amazing, very sweet and helpful. Definitely plan on coming back in the new year :)

We had booked at the restaurant for a lunchtime meal, on arrival we were shown to a table, given menu's and told the waitress would soon be with us, however that waitress never arrived! After a while the gentleman who showed us to our seat returned and asked if we wanted drinks, we said yes and we are ready to order, so he said ok and took our orders. After quite a while a waiter brought our meals and said to me your meal has come with chips is that alright or did you want salad to which I replied I was not asked anything when ordering and on the menu chips were not mentioned it just said lasagne, salad and garlic flatbread to which the waiter said he could get me salad as well as having the chips to which I declined as I was astonished at what had gone on already. The meal was adequate, but not really enjoyable and the portions were smallish for the price we paid. We finished our meals and another waiter came and took our plates away without even asking if we wanted deserts or anything else, so we finished our drinks and then we had to go to a waiter to be able to pay!! The atmosphere in the restaurant was dismal and I noticed people at other tables were not getting proper service the same as we had experienced, basically it seemed as if there were not enough trained staff to cope and they certainly were not friendly and welcoming. Just before we left the restaurant I visited the toilets and I really wish I hadn't as there was a horrible musty smell within them, they were dark and dismal and definitely in desperate need of repair and decoration. This is a restaurant I will not be visiting again and will warn family and friends not to go there for a meal.

Went here for breakfast before flying from Bristol having stayed in the hotel over night, it was the worse breakfast I've ever had, the bacon was hard and greasy the eggs were like rubber and the toast came out burnt, the sausages looked over cooked but were not cooked through, the food was also luke warm.
