Nothing wrong with the food or coffee but my god is it slow. Always. I'm not sure how it can take so long to make a coffee but it was 20 minutes this morning and that is about normal. No packaging for tray bakes either, which seems like a missed opportunity

What was the best clubhouse in scottish rugby had been reduced to a shell of a venue. The food waa excellent. Lyne ?? Who was running the show - superb. As a rugby clubhouse oh dear. Thank goodness for gracious hosts and good char.

Bonito lugar si el sol brilla se puede sentar fuera. En el interior carece de un poco de ambiente - necesita un poco de arte en las paredes / muebles más suaves. Café bien, pero no muy caliente. Scones muy pobres. Cantidad más que calidad. Muy grande pero pesado y no sabroso ni agradable de comer. Vergüenza como los bollos no son difíciles de hacer. Prueba más pequeño y mejor horneado. Consigue una receta decente. El personal es amable.

Service was really slow (40 mins after ordering 4 sandwiches & one soup) Then forgot soup order !! Will not be returning

Two stars are for the two youngsters who were serving. Over-run by customers they were nice folk who did their level best. Not enough staff for a Friday. The place itself, is a basic cafe, very similar to many places of works cafes in appearance/style. Beware that between 3pm and 4:30pm it can often be swamped by young local school kids and their mothers or grandparent/s so is Very lively.

We have visited a few times and can vary between very good to atrocious. This was the worst time ever. It took 1/2 hour to serve up lukewarm soup. And another half hour to eventually provide soup that is warm enough on a cold day. Apparently the staff hadn’t noticed that the soup tureen had been switched off……..

Lovely place, friendly staff, great value

Lovely reshaping of an old sports Pavilion. Ample parking and easy access to ground and upstairs levels. Excellent breakfast enjoyed, and served by efficient and well trained staff. Very good well stocked bar upstairs to watch the rugby in, and a superb veranda to view the cricket from. Huge thanks to all for their willingness to accomodate and serve a group gathering. One constructive comment: perhaps some strategically placed soft furnishings in the cafe, i.e. canvass prints, cushions, curtains, etc, would reduce noise levels.

The food there was great but we did have to wait for a bit to get the food.

This is by far the best pavilion I have seen in the city. Amazing services and a great view of the ground.

Well run pavilion with parking available and plenty of cricket pitches and other sports facilities to boot.

Such a shame the fire destroyed so much, however the new building is lovely. While modern builds will never have the character of older ones, it's a lovely bright space and was perfect to have a birthday party. Staff are amazing and good is great. Will be back a lot more often!

Great simple cafe Not an over complicated menu but enjoyed everything I have had. We have visited many times. I usually have coronation chicken sandwich. The staff are friendly and helpful. Loos very lean. Will keep coming back.

Good choice of drinks and food. Very fresh and enjoyable but slightly overpriced, in my opinion, for where it is.

Went to a recent function at Myreside Pavilion and thought that the place was well suited for the party. The staff were very helpful and friendly on the night. Many thanks indeed.
